Aici, lintea rosie face toata treaba: este printre ingredientele mele preferate fiindca se fierbe in doar 15 minute, are o culoare superba si un gust minunat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tin sa va spun ceva ce repet de fiecare data: imi testez retetele de mai multe ori inainte sa le public pe blog si ma asigur ca am scris toate ingredientele si toti pasii. S-a intamplat de cateva ori sa primesc comentarii de genul &#8220;De ce nu mi-a iesit reteta?&#8221;. Daca vreti sa va iasa exact cum mi-a iesit si mie, tot ce trebuie sa faceti este sa o urmati intocmai. Eu adesea prefer metoda prajita, in foarte putin ulei, pentru ca sunt gata mult mai repede decat la cuptor, iar de cele mai multe ori cand gatesc sunt pe graba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure din linte, gata in mai putin de jumatate de ora.<\/li>\n<li>Un pranz sau o cina rapida cand esti pe graba si nu vrei sa stai cu ochii pe cuptor.<\/li>\n<li>Umplutura perfecta pentru un burger vegetal, alaturi de salata si o garnitura simpla.<\/li>\n<li>O reteta de luat la pachet, pe care o mananci si rece, la birou sau in excursie.<\/li>\n<li>Un fel de mancare prietenos cu copiii, cu gust bland si o textura placuta, fara carne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Se face rapid.<\/strong> Lintea rosie fierbe in doar 15 minute, iar chiftelutele se prajesc cate doua minute pe fiecare parte, asa ca de la idee la farfurie trec sub 30 de minute.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ingrediente putine si simple.<\/strong> Linte, ceapa, patrunjel, masline si pesmet, lucruri pe care de obicei le ai deja in casa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bogata in proteine vegetale.<\/strong> Lintea aduce proteine si fibre, fulgii de drojdie inactiva un plus de gust si nutrienti, fara niciun gram de carne.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Versatila.<\/strong> Le mananci ca atare, in burgeri vegetali sau alaturi de diverse garnituri, dupa cum ai chef.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Se preteaza la varianta vegana.<\/strong> Inlocuiesti oul cu doua linguri de tarate de psyllium si reteta ramane la fel de bine legata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sunt ingredientul meu preferat pentru chiftelute. Aleg lintea rosie decorticata pentru ca se fierbe foarte rapid, se paseaza usor cu furculita si se leaga frumos in compozitie. Nu va recomand lintea verde: am incercat sa o folosesc mai demult si m-am enervat fiindca trebuie fiarta foarte mult timp, nu are acelasi gust ca cea rosie, iar culoarea nu este cea mai apetisanta. Cand o cumperi, cauta boabe uniforme, de un portocaliu-corai viu, fara firimituri si fara miros statut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Masline negre<\/strong> &#8211; dau caracterul salin si aroma care diferentiaza aceste chiftelute de unele simple, de linte. Le folosesc feliate, ca sa se distribuie uniform in compozitie si sa simti gustul lor in fiecare imbucatura. Alege masline negre de calitate, ideal cele coapte natural, nu cele innegrite chimic, si scurge-le bine de saramura inainte sa le adaugi, altfel compozitia devine prea sarata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fulgi de drojdie inactiva<\/strong> &#8211; aduc o nota usor branzoasa, umami, care da profunzime gustului fara sa folosesti lactate. Cauta-i la raionul de produse vegetariene sau bio, sub denumirea de drojdie inactiva sau drojdie nutritionala. Nu ii confunda cu drojdia obisnuita de panificatie: aceasta nu creste si nu fermenteaza nimic, are doar rol de aroma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa si patrunjel<\/strong> &#8211; sunt verdeturile si legumele care aduc prospetime si arome. Marunteste ceapa cat poti de fin, ca sa se gateasca repede in chiftelute si sa nu ramana bucati crude. Patrunjelul proaspat, tocat marunt, da culoare si o aroma vie; il adaug spre final ca sa nu isi piarda prospetimea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ou sau tarate de psyllium<\/strong> &#8211; sunt liantul care tine chiftelutele intregi la prajit. Oul functioneaza clasic, dar daca vrei o varianta vegana inlocuiesti-l cu doua linguri de tarate de psyllium, care absorb apa si formeaza un gel ce leaga compozitia la fel de bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pesmet<\/strong> &#8211; regleaza consistenta si ajuta compozitia sa fie lipicioasa si usor de modelat. Daca amestecul iese prea moale, inseamna ca lintea nu a fost scursa suficient; nu e nicio problema, mai adaugi pesmet pana ajungi la textura dorita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Scurge lintea foarte bine.<\/strong> Acesta este pasul cel mai important. Daca ramane apa in linte, compozitia iese prea moale si chiftelutele se desfac in tigaie. Lasa lintea sa se scurga cateva minute in sita, apoi paseaz-o cu furculita.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verifica consistenta inainte sa prajesti.<\/strong> Compozitia trebuie sa fie lipicioasa si usor de modelat, sa stea bine cand o pui in palma fara sa curga. Daca nu sta, mai adaugi pesmet, lingura cu lingura.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu pune mult ulei.<\/strong> Incinge doar putin ulei intr-o tigaie, cat sa acopere fundul. Asteapta sa fie bine incins inainte sa pui chiftelutele, asa se rumenesc frumos si nu se lipesc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu le intoarce prea devreme.<\/strong> Lasa-le doua minute pe o parte, neatinse, pana se formeaza o crusta aurie; daca le misti prea repede, se sfarama. Au exact rolul de liant si tin chiftelutele la fel de bine legate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alte verdeturi:<\/strong> in loc de patrunjel poti folosi marar, leustean sau o combinatie de verdeturi proaspete, dupa sezon si dupa gust.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai mult caracter:<\/strong> adauga un catel de usturoi tocat, putin chimen sau fulgi de ardei iute, daca iti plac chiftelutele mai aromate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La cuptor in loc de prajit:<\/strong> daca vrei o varianta cu mai putin ulei, le poti coace in cuptor. Eu adesea prefer metoda prajita pentru ca sunt gata mult mai repede, dar la cuptor ies mai usoare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chiftelutele se pastreaza la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 3-4 zile si sunt bune si reci, asa ca le poti lua la pachet. Le poti pregati si in avans: prajeste-le, lasa-le sa se raceasca complet, apoi pune-le la frigider sau congelator. La congelator rezista pana la doua luni; le incalzesti direct in tigaie sau in cuptor. Compozitia cruda se modeleaza cel mai bine cand este proaspata, asa ca eu prefer sa prajesc tot si sa pastrez chiftelutele gata facute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac chiftelutele vegetariene, mai am cateva variante de incercat.
