Iese o limonada cu o culoare rubinie superba si un gust dulce-acrisor, usor iute de la ghimbir. Cand e soare sunt cea mai fericita si productiva persoana din lume, iar cand e urat afara ma deprima de-a binelea. Asa ca, gandindu-ma la zilele insorite ale verii, am facut aceasta super limonada roz cu sfecla si ghimbir. Abia vazand pozele am observat ce degrade frumos are. E limonada mea preferata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce ingrediente iti trebuie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lista e scurta si simpla, dar fiecare ingredient conteaza. <strong>Sfecla rosie cruda<\/strong> da toata culoarea aceea de bijuterie si o dulceata pamantoasa, deci alege o sfecla ferma, fara pete moi. O jumatate e suficienta pentru o limonada cu o nuanta intensa. <strong>Lamaile<\/strong> aduc aciditatea care echilibreaza dulceata sfeclei &#8212; foloseste-le proaspat stoarse, sucul de la sticla nu se compara. <strong>Ghimbirul<\/strong> proaspat da nota iute si vie; o bucata de circa 3 cm e de ajuns, dar poti pune mai mult daca iti place mai picant. <strong>Indulcitorul natural<\/strong> il adaugi la final, dupa gust, in functie de cat de acrisor iti place. <strong>Apa rece<\/strong> dilueaza concentratul intr-o limonada placuta de baut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o prepari pas cu pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Storci mai intai lamaile si pui sucul deoparte. Treci apoi sfecla si ghimbirul prin storcatorul de fructe si legume, iar sucul rubiniu care iese il adaugi peste sucul de lamaie. Diluezi totul cu putina apa rece si adaugi indulcitorul natural, gustand pe parcurs pana ajungi la echilibrul de dulce-acrisor care iti place tie. Gusta dupa fiecare ajustare &#8212; raportul ideal intre sfecla, lamaie si ghimbir depinde mult de cat de dulce e sfecla ta si de cat de iute iti place. Daca o servesti cu gheata, fa concentratul putin mai tare, fiindca gheata se topeste si dilueaza in plus. Si o nota practica: sfecla pateaza, asa ca poarta un sort si curata storcatorul imediat dupa ce ai terminat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o pastrezi si idei de variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Limonada se bea cel mai bine proaspata, cat e culoarea vie si gustul de ghimbir inca puternic. Daca vrei sa o faci dinainte, tine concentratul (inainte de diluare) la frigider, intr-un borcan inchis, pana la doua zile, si il diluezi cu apa rece chiar inainte de servit. Daca te-ai indragostit de combinatia sfecla-ghimbir, incearca si o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-morcovi-ghimbir\/\">supa crema de morcovi cu ghimbir<\/a> sau un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bors-de-sfecla-rosie-vegan\/\">bors de sfecla rosie<\/a> pentru zilele mai racoroase.
