Nautul se mixeaza pasta, se combina cu morcov, ceapa, usturoi, mult patrunjel proaspat si condimente, apoi se modeleaza si se prajeste cate 2 minute pe fiecare parte intr-o tigaie antiaderenta, cu putin ulei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca m-ati intreba cum arata o <strong>masa ideala pentru mine<\/strong>, v-as spune ca e formata din chiftelute vegetale, piure de cartofi si o salata imensa cu de toate. Pe cat de simpla pare combinatia, pe atat de fericita ma face. Cred ca imi aminteste de copilarie, cand bunica facea piure pufos si punea langa niste chiftelute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Va spun direct: chiftelutele vegetariene bine facute sunt de mii de ori mai bune decat cele cu carne. Le pregatesc des, pentru ca se fac repede si imi plac la nebunie. Reteta asta de chiftelute de naut este, dupa mine, cea mai buna varianta de falafel pe care am mancat-o, iar eu sunt &#8220;abonata&#8221; la restaurante libaneze si am testat multe deja fiert, chiftelutele sunt gata in aproximativ 25 de minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mai sanatoasa decat falafelul clasic:<\/strong> se prajesc doar 2 minute pe fiecare parte, cu putin ulei, nu in baie de ulei.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>100% vegana:<\/strong> fara oua si fara lactate, leaga compozitia cu tarate de psyllium si faina de naut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Plina de gust:<\/strong> mult patrunjel proaspat, usturoi, boia dulce si chimion ii dau o aroma orientala autentica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Versatila:<\/strong> se potrivesc cu salata, piure, hummus sau intr-o lipie cu \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note despre ingrediente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Naut fiert<\/strong> &#8212; baza retetei, 800 g. Daca vrei chiftelutele gata in 25 de minute, foloseste naut deja fiert (din conserva). Pentru varianta de la zero, lasa nautul la inmuiat o seara inainte si fierbe-l a doua zi o jumatate de ora in apa cu o lingurita de bicarbonat de sodiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tarate de psyllium<\/strong> &#8212; 2 linguri. Ajuta compozitia sa lege fara oua si absorb excesul de umiditate, astfel incat chiftelutele sa isi pastreze forma la prajit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Patrunjel proaspat<\/strong> &#8212; o cana, maruntit. Da prospetime si culoare si este semnatura aromatica a oricarui falafel reusit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Morcov si ceapa<\/strong> &#8212; un morcov dat pe razatoarea mica si o ceapa maruntita. Aduc dulceata naturala si echilibreaza umiditatea compozitiei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usturoi<\/strong> &#8212; 6 catei pisati. Sunt cheia aromei intense, asa ca nu reduce cantitatea daca vrei gustul autentic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina de naut<\/strong> &#8212; 4 linguri (sau orice alt tip de faina). Leaga compozitia; daca ramane prea umeda, mai adauga 2-3 linguri pana se modeleaza usor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Boia dulce si chimion macinat<\/strong> &#8212; o lingurita boia si jumatate de lingurita chimion. Aceste doua condimente dau profilul oriental specific falafelului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tahini<\/strong> &#8212; 2 linguri. Pasta de susan adauga cremozitate in interior si o nota fina, caracteristica bucatariei din Orientul Mijlociu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sare, piper si ulei<\/strong> &#8212; sare si piper dupa gust, plus 3-4 linguri de ulei doar pentru prajit. Le poti reincalzi cateva minute in tigaie sau la cuptor, ca sa redevina crocante pe exterior. Compozitia cruda se poate pregati cu o zi inainte si se tine acoperita la frigider, urmand sa modelezi si sa prajesti chiftelutele la nevoie. Se congeleaza bine, atat crude cat si prajite, pana la doua luni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se servesc cu salata, piure de cartofi, hummus sau orice doresti. Daca iti plac chiftelutele vegetariene, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-quinoa-cu-branza-feta-si-masline-quinoa-patties-feta-cheese-olives\/\">chiftelutele de quinoa cu branza feta si masline<\/a> sau aromatele <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-mei-cu-branza-feta-si-rosii-millet-cakes-feta-cheese-tomatoes\/\">chiftelute de mei cu branza feta si rosii<\/a>. Iar daca esti pofticios de naut, merge de minune si o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-quinoa-cu-porumb-quinoa-patties-sweet-corn-herbs\/\">portie de chiftelute de quinoa cu
