Se prepara usor la tigaie, cu doar putin ulei, si sunt perfecte si calde, si reci a doua zi.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chiftelutele de quinoa cu porumb sunt niste chiftelute vegetale pufoase, cu boabe de porumb dulce care pocnesc placut la fiecare imbucatura si multa verdeata proaspata. Quinoa fiarta tine totul legat, iar fulgii de drojdie inactiva le dau o aroma usor branzoasa, fara niciun ingredient de origine animala obligatoriu. Le faci dintr-un singur bol, le prajesti cate cateva minute pe fiecare parte si ai gata o masa satioasa, bogata in proteine vegetale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am devenit fana numarul 1 a chiftelutelor de quinoa! Prima oara cand am gatit cu quinoa a fost atunci cand am facut <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-quinoa-cu-branza-feta-si-masline\/\">chiftelutele de quinoa cu branza feta si masline<\/a>, iar succesul lor m-a facut sa folosesc quinoa tot mai des. Inca de cand am facut combinatia cu branza feta si masline mi-a venit ideea de a le incerca cu porumb dulce si verdeturi. Bine am facut! Quinoa contine amidon care, dupa fierbere si racire, ajuta amestecul sa se prinda fara sa ai nevoie de multa faina. Spal-o bine inainte de fierbere ca sa scapi de saponine, substantele care ii dau gustul amarui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Porumbul dulce din conserva aduce dulceata si textura. Scurge-l bine si, daca poti, tamponeaza-l usor cu un servet, ca sa nu adauge prea mult lichid in compozitie. Ceapa maruntita si patrunjelul proaspat (folosesc atat frunzele, cat si cozile, ca sa nu se iroseasca nimic) dau prospetime si aroma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru legare ai doua variante: un ou batut sau, pentru o versiune complet vegana, doua linguri de tarate de psyllium amestecate cu trei linguri de apa, lasate sa se ingroase cateva minute. Fulgii de drojdie inactiva dau acea nota usor branzoasa si umami, iar pesmetul (cu sau fara gluten) regleaza consistenta. Sare si piper dupa gust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum reglezi consistenta amestecului<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secretul unor chiftelute care nu se desfac sta in consistenta amestecului. Dupa ce amesteci toate ingredientele, compozitia poate parea putin prea lichida &#8212; e normal. Adauga pesmetul putin cate putin: incepe cu trei linguri, asteapta un minut sa absoarba lichidul si abia apoi mai pui daca e cazul. La mine au fost suficiente cele trei linguri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ideal este sa lasi amestecul la frigider cateva minute inainte de prajire. In timpul asta pesmetul continua sa absoarba din lichid, iar compozitia capata o textura usor pastoasa, exact buna de modelat. Foloseste neaparat o tigaie buna, antiaderenta &#8212; altfel chiftelutele se lipesc si te faci un car de nervi. Am patit-o, asa ca stiu ce spun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ia aproximativ o lingura din amestec, pune-o in tigaia bine incinsa si apas-o usor cat sa ia forma de chifteluta. Prajeste-le cate doua minute pe fiecare parte, pana se rumenesc frumos. Lasa-le sa se prinda inainte de a le intoarce &#8212; daca incerci sa le rastorni prea devreme, se rup. O tigaie bine incinsa de la inceput formeaza repede o crusta care le tine intregi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce le servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chiftelutele astea merg de minune cu un sos de iaurt sau cu o salata verde, dar le poti servi si in stil mexican, alaturi de o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-de-porumb-mexicana\/\">supa de porumb mexicana<\/a>, ca sa ramai pe aceeasi tema cu porumbul dulce. Daca vrei o masa de chiftelute variata, le poti pune pe platou langa <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-linte-cu-masline-si-verdeturi\/\">chiftelutele de linte cu masline si verdeturi<\/a>. Si daca tot ti-a placut quinoa, arunca o privire si peste celelalte <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-quinoa\/\">retete cu quinoa<\/a> de pe blog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum le pastrezi si cum le pregatesti din timp<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chiftelutele se pastreaza foarte bine la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 3-4 zile, si sunt bune si reci &#8212; perfecte pentru pranzul de la birou sau pentru un picnic. Le poti reincalzi cateva minute in tigaie sau la cuptor, ca sa redevina crocante la exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa le pregatesti din timp, poti fierbe quinoa cu o zi inainte si o tii la rece, asa amestecul se leaga si mai bine. Compozitia modelata se poate congela cruda, asezata pe o tava, apoi mutata intr-o punga; o prajesti direct din congelator, doar ca mai lasi un minut in plus pe fiecare parte.
