Se prepara fara coacere, fara zahar rafinat si fara aragaz, doar la blender si la frigider. Zilele trecute aveam pofta de ceva dulce si, vazand ce am prin debara, mi-a venit ideea sa fac aceasta reteta de halva raw vegana, extrem de simpla si cu un gust incredibil de asemanator cu halvaua clasica. Si cat credeti ca mi-a luat sa o fac&#8230;? Aproape nimic. Asta e frumusetea ei: o aduni dintr-un pumn de ingrediente pe care le ai oricum in camara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele de care ai nevoie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Baza retetei sta in trei ingrediente, restul sunt pentru aroma. Iata ce conteaza la fiecare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Seminte de floarea soarelui crude<\/strong> &#8212; inima retetei. Alege-le crude (nu prajite si nesarate), pentru ca prajirea le schimba gustul si le face mai amare la macinat. Sunt cele care imita textura granuloasa a halvalei clasice.<\/li><li><strong>Indulcitor lichid<\/strong> &#8212; sirop de agave sau sirop de artar. Un indulcitor lichid leaga compozitia mai bine decat zaharul granulat si pastreaza caracterul raw al desertului.<\/li><li><strong>Ulei de cocos<\/strong> &#8212; lasa-l la temperatura camerei ca sa devina cremos, nu complet topit si nici tare ca piatra. El este liantul care face ca halvaua sa se intareasca frumos la frigider.<\/li><li><strong>Tahini<\/strong> &#8212; pasta de susan da acea nota usor amaruie si profunda, tipica halvalei. Pune mai intai semintele crude de floarea soarelui in blender si mixeaza-le pana se transforma in faina fina. Adauga apoi indulcitorul, uleiul de cocos cremos si extractul de vanilie, dupa care pulseaza de cateva ori, doar cat sa omogenizezi compozitia. Captuseste o forma dreptunghiulara cu folie de plastic, intinde compozitia uniform si baga-o la frigider pentru 40 de minute pana la o ora, cat sa se intareasca. Apoi o poti felia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce functioneaza aceasta metoda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secretul texturii sta in doua lucruri. In primul rand, macinarea semintelor pana la faina elibereaza uleiurile naturale din ele, asa ca pasta devine cremoasa singura, fara sa adaugi apa. In al doilea rand, uleiul de cocos este solid la temperaturi mici si lichid la caldura, asa ca, atunci cand racesti compozitia, el se intareste si tine totul legat, dand felii care nu se sfarama. De aceea e important sa nu il topesti complet inainte si sa nu sari peste timpul de frigider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta de baza e doar punctul de plecare. Pentru ca are ulei de cocos, va fi mai ferma cand e rece si se inmoaie putin la temperatura camerei, asa ca o tin mereu la rece si scot doar feliile de care am nevoie. Se poate si congela pentru cateva saptamani, iar dupa decongelare la frigider isi recapata textura. Daca iti plac deserturile dulci facute in casa, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/turta-dulce-vegana\/\">turta dulce vegana<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/clatite-americane-cu-cacao\/\">clatitele americane cu cacao<\/a> &#8212; merg de minune alaturi de o portie de halva si o cafea. Iar daca esti la inceput cu alimentatia pe baza de plante, ghidul despre <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegana\/\">dieta vegana<\/a> te ajuta sa pui cap la cap mesele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci aceasta halva raw, spune-mi in comentarii cat de aproape ti s-a parut de halvaua clasica si daca ai indraznit sa adaugi fistic sau ciocolata raw.
