Rezultatul: paine crocanta cu unt pe exterior si ou cu albus complet gatit si galbenus moale in centru. Se face in 5 minute, cu ingrediente pe care le ai mereu acasa. Painea subtire nu tine oul in gaura &#8212; albusul se scurge pe sub felie inainte sa se prinda. Paine de tara mai densa functioneaza excelent si da o aroma mai bogata decat painea alba de sandwich. Paine integrala, cu seminte sau cu maia &#8212; toate merg, cu conditia sa fie suficient de groasa.<\/p><p><strong>Oul<\/strong> &#8212; Oul de tara (cu galbenus portocaliu intens) da cel mai bun rezultat vizual si ca gust. Galbenusul portocaliu in centrul painii aurii arata exceptional. Oul de frigider functioneaza la fel din punct de vedere tehnic, dar galbenusul e mai pal. Foloseste oua la temperatura camerei daca ai timp &#8212; albusul se gateste mai uniform.<\/p><p><strong>Untul sau uleiul<\/strong> &#8212; Untul da painii o crusta mai aurie si o aroma mai bogata decat uleiul. Foloseste unt la temperatura camerei pentru a se intinde uniform pe felie inainte de a pune in tigaie. Alternativa vegana: margarina vegetala sau ulei de cocos da un rezultat similar ca crusta. Uleiul de floarea-soarelui functioneaza dar nu da aceeasi aroma.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/Mic-dejun-rapid-Ou-prajit-in-paine-Egg-in-a-Hole-Toast.jpg\" alt=\"ou prajit in paine egg in a hole reteta pas cu pas\"\/><\/figure><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Taie gaura cu un paharul sau cu un cutter rotund, nu cu cutitul. Un pahar cu diametrul de 6-7 cm da o gaura perfecta &#8212; suficient de larga pentru ou dar cu destula paine in jur pentru structura. Taie cu o miscare ferma, fara a sfarama painea.<\/li>\n<li>Unge painea cu unt inainte de a o pune in tigaie, nu pune untul in tigaie. Untul direct pe felie asigura o acoperire uniforma a intregii suprafete. Untul in tigaie se aduna in centru si lasa marginile pale si uscate.<\/li>\n<li>Prajeste prima parte 1-2 minute pana aurie, then intoarce felie si sparge oul imediat in gaura. Sparge oul intai intr-un bol mic &#8212; daca se sparge galbenusul, poti corecta. Odata spart direct in tigaie, nu mai poti face nimic.<\/li>\n<li>Acopera tigaia cu un capac dupa ce ai spart oul in gaura. Aburul creat gateste albusul de deasupra fara a intoarce oul, pastrand galbenusul moale. Fara capac, albusul de deasupra ramane crud in timp ce cel de dedesubt se arde.<\/li>\n<li>Prajeste si cercul de paine scos separat in aceeasi tigaie. Este perfect pentru a sterge galbenusul la final &#8212; cel mai bun moment al intregului mic dejun.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2><p><strong>Cu branza<\/strong> &#8212; Inainte de a acoperi tigaia, presara branza rasa (cascaval, parmezan sau mozzarella) peste albusul spart. Branza se topeste sub capac odata cu gatirea albusului. Rezultat: ou in paine cu branza topita, un mic dejun mai consistent si mai aromat.<\/p><p><strong>Cu ierburi si condimente<\/strong> &#8212; Presara sare, piper, fulgi de chili sau boia afumata peste ou imediat dupa ce l-ai spart in gaura. Cimbru proaspat sau rozmarin pus in tigaie alaturi de unt parfumeaza painea la prajire.<\/p><p><strong>Varianta mai satioasa<\/strong> &#8212; Serveste alaturi de avocado zdrobit cu lime si sare, rosii cherry taiate in jumatate sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-clatite-cu-banane\/\"><strong>clatite cu banane<\/strong><\/a> pentru un brunch complet.<\/p><p><strong>Pentru mic dejun dulce<\/strong> &#8212; Unge painea cu unt si scortisoara in loc de unt simplu, taie gaura, si umple cu un ou batut cu putina vanilie. Da o nota de french toast cu ou in centru &#8212; un hibrid surprinzator de bun.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2><p>Oul prajit in paine se mananca imediat dupa preparare &#8212; nu se pastreaza bine. La reincalzire, galbenusul se intareste complet si painea devine moale. Aceasta reteta nu este potrivita pentru meal prep.<\/p><p>Ce poti face in avans: taie cerculetele din paine cu o zi inainte si pastreaza feliile pregatite intr-o punga inchisa la temperatura camerei. Dimineata, prajirea dureaza literalmente 5 minute.
