Se face in mai putin de jumatate de ora de lucru efectiv, nu cere cuptor si iese un desert bogat in nutrienti, perfect pentru o zi de nastere sau pentru orice ocazie in care vrei ceva dulce, dar curat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prima oara cand am facut acest tort raw vegan cu ciocolata si zmeura a fost cu ocazia zilei mele de nastere, cand am implinit 20 de ani. Tot atunci a fost pentru prima oara cand am facut o reteta de desert raw vegan, si din acea zi m-am indragostit de deserturile crude, vegane. Ce imi place cel mai mult la ele este ca se prepara extrem de usor. La indulcit, cardul listeaza <strong>miere sau sirop de artar<\/strong>: daca vrei tortul 100% vegan, foloseste sirop de artar; mierea il transforma intr-un desert vegetarian. <strong>Zmeura proaspata<\/strong> da aciditatea care taie din dulceata, iar <strong>fulgii de ciocolata neagra cu 85% cacao<\/strong> incheaga finalul cu o nota intensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce functioneaza metoda asta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Blatul tine pentru ca grasimea din nuci si zaharurile lipicioase din curmale, mixate impreuna, formeaza o pasta care se compacteaza si ramane ferma la frigider, fara sa aiba nevoie de coacere. Crema se inchega datorita taratelor de psyllium: fibra solubila absoarbe lichidul din banane si formeaza un gel care da consistenta de crema de tort. Iar racirea de cel putin doua ore nu e optionala &#8212; la rece grasimile se intaresc, gelul de psyllium se stabilizeaza, iar tortul se taie frumos in felii in loc sa se desfaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum il prepari pas cu pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mixeaza intai nucile, sarea, curmalele si pudra de roscove pentru blat in robotul de bucatarie, pana obtii o pasta moale si lipicioasa. Imparte compozitia in doua bile de coca si pune-le la frigider. Apoi mixeaza bananele, pudra de roscove pentru crema, taratele de psyllium si indulcitorul pana devin cremoase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tapeteaza forma de tort cu folie de plastic, asaza primul blat si uniformizeaza-l apasandu-l bine. Intinde peste 6-7 linguri de crema, intr-un strat de vreo 2 cm, apoi distribuie zmeura uniform &#8212; fara sa apesi prea tare, ca sa nu o turtesti, si pastreaza cateva pentru decor. Intinde a doua bila de coca intre doua folii de plastic, asaz-o peste si niveleaza. Acopera cu restul de crema, decoreaza cu zmeura si fulgi de ciocolata, apoi da tortul la frigider vreo doua ore pana se inchega bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi ca sa-ti iasa perfect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-list wp-block-list\">\n<li>Foloseste folie de plastic pentru tapetat forma &#8212; asa scoti tortul intreg fara sa se rupa blatul.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daca robotul se incinge cand mixezi nucile, lasa-l sa se odihneasca cateva secunde; nu adauga apa in blat, ar inmuia coca prea tare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apasa zmeura usor, doar cat sa stea pe loc. Daca o strivesti, lasa zeama si inmoaie straturile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Da-i timp la frigider. Doua ore sunt minimul; daca il lasi peste noapte, se taie si mai curat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Variatii cu alte fructe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zmeura nu e obligatorie. Am incercat reteta si cu mure, cu mix de fructe de padure si cu capsuni, si a iesit la fel de buna de fiecare data. Alege fructe cu putina aciditate, ca sa echilibreze dulceata cremei de banane si roscove. Pentru nuci, migdalele dau un blat mai deschis la culoare si mai fin, in timp ce nucile romanesti aduc un gust mai intens. Daca vrei desertul complet vegan, ramai la sirop de artar in loc de miere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pastrare si alte deserturi raw<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pastreaza tortul la frigider, acoperit, si consuma-l in cateva zile &#8212; fiind un desert crud cu banane si zmeura, e cel mai bun cat e proaspat. Se poate tine si la congelator daca vrei sa-l pregatesti din timp; scoate-l cu putin inainte de servire ca sa se inmoaie usor. Daca ti-au placut deserturile crude, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/halva-raw-vegana\/\">halvaua raw vegana<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ciocolata-raw-cu-caju\/\">ciocolata raw cu caju<\/a>.
