Adevarul e ca mi-au iesit extraordinare! Nu ma laud, e adevarul! Neaparat sa le incercati si voi! Trebuie sa recunosc ca reteta asta de chiftelute de mei este pe locul doi. Amesteca bine de tot. Adauga meiul si incorporeaza-le bine. Amestecul poate parea un pic cam lichid. Adauga pesmet pana cand devine usor pastos.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-164728-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><em>Sfat: Adauga pesmet putin cate putin. Incepe prin a adauga 3 linguri si asteapta putin sa absoarba lichidul, in cazul meu a fost suficient.<\/em><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-164728-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Acum, sunt doua metode de a prepara chiftelutele de mei. 1. Prin prajire usoara in f. putin ulei sau 2. Prin coacere. Am testat ambele metode si chiftelutele de mei vor iesi crocante indiferent de metoda utilizata. Prajirea usoara este insa ceva mai rapida insa e mai putin sanatoasa.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Metoda 1. Prajire usoara:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-164728-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Se unge o tigaie cu ulei (folositi putin ulei, max. 1 lingura per tigaie). Atentie! Tigaia trebuie sa fie din aceea de care nu se lipeste nimic, altfel o sa va faceti un car de nervi. Am patit-o \ud83d\ude42 Luati aprox. o lingura din amestec si puneti-o in tigaia incinsa. Se apasa un pic cat sa ia forma de chifteluta si se prajeste 1-2 minute pe fiecare parte.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Metoda 2. Coacere.<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-164728-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Metoda asta dureaza ceva mai mult insa partea buna este ca nu trebuie sa stai langa chiftelute si sa le pazesti sa nu se arda.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-164728-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Unge o tava cu putin ulei.
