Le poti manca ca atare cu o garnitura, le poti pune in burgeri vegetali sau le poti inabusi in sos de rosii. Ies crocante la exterior si moi in interior, fie ca le prajesti usor in tigaie, fie ca le coci la cuptor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imi plac la nebunie chiftelutele vegetariene si burgerii veggie, iar asta nu mai e un secret de mult. Saptamana trecuta am tot experimentat si am mai inventat doua retete de chiftelute vegetariene: una de chiftelute de mei cu branza si alta de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-quinoa-cu-branza-feta-si-masline\/\">chiftelute de quinoa cu feta si masline<\/a>. Trebuie sa recunosc ca reteta asta de mei este pe locul doi pentru mine, dar asta nu o face mai putin buna &#8212; altfel nu ar fi ajuns pe blog. Un mei prea umed inmoaie compozitia, deci scurgerea conteaza. <strong>Branza feta<\/strong> o pasezi cu furculita &#8212; ea aduce sare si cremozitate, asa ca nu mai e nevoie sa adaugi sare separat. <strong>Ouale<\/strong> sunt liantul care tine totul laolalta, iar <strong>usturoiul pisat<\/strong> (sase catei e mult, dar exact cat trebuie pentru aroma) da caracterul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru rosii, alege-le <strong>tari<\/strong> si marunteste-le. Rosiile prea coapte si apoase lasa mult suc si vei avea nevoie de mai mult pesmet ca sa compensezi. <strong>Pesmetul<\/strong> poate fi cu sau fara gluten, in functie de ce ai nevoie &#8212; el este cel care leaga compozitia si o transforma din ceva lichid intr-un amestec usor pastos, modelabil. Piperul macinat il pui dupa gust, la final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum legi compozitia ca sa nu iti curga in tigaie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intr-un bol mai maricel amesteca usturoiul pisat, feta pasata, ouale, rosiile maruntite si piperul. Amesteca bine, apoi adauga meiul si incorporeaza-l. In acest punct amestecul poate parea cam lichid &#8212; e normal. Secretul sta in pesmet, dar adaugat treptat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incepe cu trei linguri de pesmet si asteapta putin sa absoarba lichidul inainte sa mai pui. La mine au fost suficiente. Greseala clasica e sa torni tot pesmetul dintr-o data: vei usca compozitia si chiftelutele vor iesi tari si sfaramicioase. Diferenta tine de timp si de cat de sanatos vrei sa fie rezultatul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La tigaie<\/strong> e mai rapid, dar foloseste mai mult ulei. Unge tigaia cu putin ulei (maximum o lingura per tigaie) si neaparat foloseste una antiaderenta, altfel se lipesc si te enervezi &#8212; am patit-o. Pune cate o lingura de amestec in tigaia incinsa, apasa usor cat sa ia forma de chifteluta si prajeste 1-2 minute pe fiecare parte, pana se rumenesc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La cuptor<\/strong> dureaza mai mult, dar nu trebuie sa stai langa ele sa le pazesti sa nu se arda. Unge o tava cu putin ulei, aseaza chiftelutele cate o lingura de amestec fiecare si coace-le la 200 C timp de 25-30 de minute. Sunt gata cand marginile s-au rumenit si suprafata e ferma la atingere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum le servesti si cum le pastrezi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chiftelutele de mei sunt versatile: merg ca fel principal cu o salata sau o garnitura, ca burger vegetal intre doua chifle, sau inabusite cateva minute in sos de rosii pentru o cina mai consistenta. Daca esti la inceput cu chiftelutele vegetariene, ghidul meu despre <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ghidul-burgerului-vegetarian-perfect-cum-sa-prepari-chiftelute-vegetariene\/\">cum sa prepari chiftelute vegetariene perfecte<\/a> iti explica principiile de baza care se aplica la orice reteta din aceasta familie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se pastreaza la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 3-4 zile. Le poti reincalzi in tigaie sau la cuptor ca sa isi recapete crocanta &#8212; microundele le inmoaie. Daca ti-a placut formula cu feta, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-quinoa-cu-branza-feta-si-masline\/\">chiftelutele de quinoa cu feta si masline<\/a>, iar daca vrei o varianta complet vegetala, fara branza si oua, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-naut-tahini\/\">chiftelutele de naut cu tahini<\/a> sunt un bun punct de Am testat ambele metode si ies crocante in ambele cazuri. Atentie: foloseste o tigaie antiaderenta, altfel compozitia se va lipi. Ia aproximativ o lingura din amestec si pune-o in tigaia incinsa.
