Cand m-am hotarat in sfarsit sa o transform in chiftelute, mi-a parut rau ca am asteptat atat. Pff&#8230; imi ploua in gura numai cand ma gandesc la ele acum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce ingrediente iti trebuie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lista e scurta si fiecare ingredient are un rol. <strong>Quinoa<\/strong> e baza care da volum si o textura usor crocanta dupa rumenire, asa ca foloseste-o bine scursa si lasata la racit. <strong>Branza feta<\/strong> aduce sarea si cremozitatea &#8212; pasata cu furculita se imprastie uniform in compozitie, deci nu mai e nevoie sa adaugi sare separat. <strong>Maslinele negre feliate<\/strong> dau note intense, sarate, iar <strong>ceapa maruntita<\/strong> si verdeata (patrunjel sau marar, ce preferi) aromatizeaza totul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cele <strong>doua oua<\/strong> sunt liantul care tine chiftelutele intregi, iar <strong>pesmetul<\/strong> (cu sau fara gluten) regleaza consistenta, absorbind excesul de lichid. Pentru o varianta complet fara gluten, alege pesmet fara gluten &#8212; restul ingredientelor sunt deja potrivite. Dupa ce incorporezi quinoa, compozitia poate parea un pic cam lichida &#8212; asta e normal, pentru ca ouale si feta lasa umezeala. Incepe cu 3 linguri de pesmet, amesteca si asteapta un minut sa absoarba lichidul. In multe cazuri atat e suficient; daca mai e nevoie, mai adaugi cate o lingura pana cand amestecul devine usor pastos si poti modela chiftelute care isi tin forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De ce conteaza asta? Daca torni tot pesmetul dintr-o data, risti sa usuci compozitia, iar chiftelutele ies sfaramicioase. Adaugat treptat, pesmetul leaga exact cat trebuie, asa ca obtii un miez fraged care nu se rupe in tigaie. Quinoa bine scursa ajuta si ea: cu cat e mai uscata, cu atat ai nevoie de mai putin pesmet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La tigaie sau la cuptor?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am testat ambele metode si chiftelutele ies crocante indiferent de varianta aleasa. La <strong>tigaie<\/strong>: unge o tigaie antiaderenta cu putin ulei (maxim 1 lingura per tigaie), pune cate o lingura de amestec, apasa usor sa ia forma de chifteluta si rumeneste 1-2 minute pe fiecare parte. Foloseste neaparat o tigaie de care nu se lipeste nimic, altfel iti faci un car de nervi &#8212; am patit-o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>cuptor<\/strong>: unge o tava cu putin ulei, aseaza chiftelutele (o lingura de amestec pentru fiecare) si coace-le la 200\u00b0C timp de 25-30 de minute. Metoda asta dureaza mai mult, dar partea buna e ca nu trebuie sa stai langa ele si sa le pazesti sa nu se arda. E si varianta mai sanatoasa, pentru ca folosesti mai putin ulei. Le poti reincalzi in tigaie sau in cuptor ca sa redevina crocante; microundele le inmoaie putin, dar merg si asa. Compozitia cruda se tine si ea o zi la rece, asa ca poti amesteca totul de seara si rumeni chiftelutele a doua zi, proaspete. Pentru toate trucurile de baza, arunca un ochi si pe <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ghidul-burgerului-vegetarian-perfect-cum-sa-prepari-chiftelute-vegetariene\/\">ghidul chiftelutelor vegetariene perfecte<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce le servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fiind sarate si aromate, chiftelutele astea cer ceva proaspat alaturi: o salata verde simpla, niste rosii cherry sau un sos racoritor de iaurt cu usturoi le echilibreaza perfect. Merg de minune si langa o garnitura calda de legume &#8212; de exemplu o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/mancare-de-praz-cu-masline\/\">mancare de praz cu masline<\/a>, care reia notele mediteraneene din chiftelute.
