Are gust cremos de ciocolata, fara sa contina ciocolata, pentru ca dulceata si nota de cacao vin din banana coapta si din pudra de roscove (carob). Este o varianta racoritoare si satioasa pentru micul dejun sau pentru o gustare dulce de dupa-amiaza.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Smoothie-de-ciocolata-cu-banane-si-mure-Chocolate-Banana-Blackberry-Smoothie.jpg\" alt=\"Smoothie de ciocolata cu banane si mure \" title=\"Smoothie de ciocolata cu banane si mure \"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ma laud singura, dar reteta asta este una dintre cele mai simple si gustoase retete de smoothie pe care le-am incercat vreodata. De obicei nu prea ma omoram dupa combinatiile de ciocolata cu fructe, insa de cand am inceput sa pregatesc dulciuri raw, parca asta e singura combinatie care imi place cu adevarat. Si, de cand am descoperit pudra de roscove, nu am mai folosit cacao deloc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce pui in pahar: cele 4 ingrediente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frumusetea acestui smoothie sta in cat de putine lucruri ii trebuie. <strong>Banana<\/strong> trebuie sa fie bine coapta, cu coaja patata cu maro: asa devine natural mai dulce si mai cremoasa, deci nu mai ai nevoie de niciun indulcitor adaugat. <strong>Murele<\/strong> dau culoarea intensa si nota acrisoara care echilibreaza dulceata; eu le prefer pe cele congelate, pentru ca fac smoothie-ul mai rece si mai racoritor, ca o inghetata bauta. <strong>Pudra de roscove (carob)<\/strong> este cea care aduce gustul de ciocolata, fara cacao si fara cofeina; e natural dulce, deci nu amareste deloc bautura. Pune mai intai banana, murele si pudra de roscove in blender, apoi adauga apa putin cate putin pana ajungi la consistenta dorita. Daca vrei un smoothie mai gros, ca un bol cu lingura, lasa-l mai legat; daca il vrei de baut din pahar, mai subtiaza-l cu inca putina apa. Murele congelate ingroasa mod natural compozitia, asa ca vei avea nevoie de mai putina apa decat ai crede. Blenduieste doar cateva secunde, pana totul devine cremos si omogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Variatiuni si mici ajustari<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca nu ai pudra de roscove la indemana, poti folosi cacao crud, dar tine cont ca acela are gust mai intens si usor amarui, deci s-ar putea sa vrei o banana mai coapta sau un curmal pentru dulceata. Pentru o textura mai cremoasa si mai racoritoare, foloseste banana feliata si congelata in prealabil. Daca preferi un smoothie mai bogat, inlocuieste apa cu lapte vegetal. Iar pentru o portie mai consistenta, poti adauga o lingura de unt de arahide, ca in acest <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smoothie-cu-unt-de-arahide-si-banane\/\">smoothie cu unt de arahide si banane<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cand il bei si cu ce il combini<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cel mai bine il bei imediat ce l-ai facut, cat e rece si cremos. Smoothie-urile se separa si isi pierd textura daca stau, asa ca nu il pregati cu ore inainte. Daca tot vrei sa il faci din timp, portioneaza ingredientele (banana feliata si murele) in pungute la congelator si le arunci in blender direct cand ai pofta. Daca te-ai indragostit de combinatia de banane la blender, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smoothie-de-banane-cu-seminte\/\">smoothie-ul de banane cu seminte<\/a> sau, pentru ceva fructat-vara, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smoothie-de-caise-banane\/\">smoothie-ul de caise cu banane<\/a>. Iar daca ai pofta serioasa de ciocolata, mousse-ul raw din avocado merge perfect cu acelasi profil de gust ca acest smoothie &#8212; vezi <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/mousse-de-ciocolata\/\">mousse-ul de ciocolata<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci reteta, spune-mi in comentarii cum ti-a iesit si daca ai folosit mure congelate sau proaspete.
