Se face cu ingrediente putine, ieftine, si hraneste o familie intreaga. Chiar nu stiam ce sa fac cu ei &#8212; erau atat de multi incat ma uitam la ei nedumerita pe blat. Iar astazi, cand m-am trezit, am gasit o minunata budinca de dovlecei cu branza facuta de mama mea! Am fost surprinsa de ideea ei si reteta a iesit excelent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De atunci o fac des, fiindca se prepara extrem de usor: razi totul, amesteci intr-un singur bol si bagi la cuptor. Iata ca poti hrani o familie intreaga cu doar cateva ingrediente simple, pe care le ai mai mereu in casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Despre ingrediente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dovleceii<\/strong> sunt baza retetei &#8212; 1 kg, adica vreo 3-4 dovlecei mai maricei. Au un continut foarte mare de apa, asa ca dupa ce ii razi trebuie sa ii scurgi bine. Acesta e pasul de care depinde totul: daca lasi apa in ei, budinca iese apoasa si nu se leaga. Eu ii pun in sita, presar putina sare si ii las cateva minute, apoi storc cu mainile sau intr-un tifon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Branza telemea<\/strong> da gustul si sarea retetei. Aici merge cel mai bine o telemea veche, mai sarata si mai uscata &#8212; exact cum scrie mama in reteta. Fiindca telemeaua e deja sarata, fii atent cat mai adaugi din sarea de la final, ca sa nu iasa prea sarat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ouale<\/strong> sunt liantul: ele leaga dovleceii rasi cu branza si pesmetul si transforma amestecul intr-o budinca compacta, care se taie frumos in felii. Sunt nevoie de 3 oua la 1 kg de dovlecei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pesmetul<\/strong> &#8212; 4 linguri &#8212; absoarbe umezeala ramasa si ajuta budinca sa se lege. Daca ai nevoie de o varianta fara gluten, poti folosi linistit pesmet fara gluten, rezultatul e la fel de bun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usturoiul, mararul, coriandrul boabe macinat si turmericul<\/strong> sunt cele care ridica reteta de la simpla la gustoasa. Usturoiul pisat (4 catei) si mararul proaspat dau aroma clasica romaneasca, coriandrul macinat aduce o nota calda, iar turmericul (1 lingurita) coloreaza frumos budinca in galben-auriu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Budinca-de-dovlecei-cu-branza-Zucchini-and-cheese-casserole-recipe-veg.jpg\" alt=\"Budinca de dovlecei cu branza reteta vegetariana\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trucuri ca sa iasa perfect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Scurge dovleceii cat mai bine.<\/strong> E greseala numarul unu la aceasta reteta. Dupa ce ii razi, presara putina sare, lasa-i 5-10 minute si storce-i bine &#8212; apa scoasa de ei ar dilua altfel tot amestecul.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gusta inainte de a saraviza.<\/strong> Telemeaua veche e deja sarata, asa ca adauga sarea la final si cu masura, ca sa nu dai peste cap echilibrul.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unge bine tava.<\/strong> Asa budinca nu se lipeste si o scoti frumos in felii.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Niveleaza amestecul in tava<\/strong> inainte de a-l baga la cuptor, ca sa se coaca uniform si sa aiba o crusta aurie peste tot.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stii ca e gata<\/strong> cand marginile s-au rumenit, suprafata e aurie si un cutit infipt in mijloc iese curat. La 180 de grade ii ia in jur de o ora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum se pastreaza si cum o servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Budinca se pastreaza la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 3-4 zile. O poti incalzi la cuptor sau la tigaie &#8212; chiar imi place rece a doua zi, e si mai legata. Se serveste calda sau rece, cu smantana proaspata pe deasupra (optional, dar eu o pun aproape mereu). Merge minunat ca fel principal vegetarian, langa o salata verde simpla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei si alte retete vegetariene facute la tava, incearca si <a
