Daca te-ai saturat de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-simplu\/\">reteta clasica de humus<\/a> si vrei ceva cu mai multa personalitate, varianta asta cu ardei copti e exact ce iti trebuie. Mie imi place pentru ca, desi pare elaborata, e de fapt foarte simpla: cat timp se coc ardeii, restul ingredientelor stau cuminti, gata sa fie aruncate in robot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce ingrediente iti trebuie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lista e scurta si vei gasi totul fara batai de cap. Cateva detalii care chiar conteaza:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Naut la conserva (800 g)<\/strong> &#8212; scurs si clatit bine sub jet de apa, ca sa scapi de lichidul de conservare si de gustul lui salciu. Pentru un humus extra-cremos, poti chiar sa indepartezi pielitele de pe boabe, dar nu e obligatoriu.<\/li><li><strong>Ardei grasi rosii sau ardei capia (2 bucati)<\/strong> &#8212; capia e mai dulce si mai carnos, asa ca da un rezultat mai aromat; ardeiul gras rosu functioneaza la fel de bine.<\/li><li><strong>Tahini (2 linguri)<\/strong> &#8212; pasta de susan da humusului cremozitatea si nota usor amaruie tipica. Spala ardeii, scoate-le cotorul si taie-i in 4. Aseaza feliile pe o tava cu hartie de copt si porneste functia de grill (rezistenta de sus a cuptorului). Lasa-i aprox. 10 minute, pana cand pielita capata o crusta innegrita, aproape carbonizata pe alocuri &#8212; asta inseamna ca s-au copt cum trebuie. Daca nu ai grill, ii poti coace direct pe flacara aragazului, intorcandu-i cu un cleste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cand sunt gata, pune-i imediat intr-un bol si acopera-l cu un capac. Lasa-i sa se abureasca 1-2 minute: aburul desprinde pielita de pe miez, astfel incat sa o poti curata usor cu degetele. Acest pas face diferenta dintre un humus catifelat si unul cu coji aspre in textura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum obtii textura perfecta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adauga toate ingredientele in robotul de bucatarie si lasa-l pe viteza maxima pana se formeaza o pasta cremoasa, omogena. Nu te grabi: cu cat il lasi mai mult, cu atat humusul iese mai pufos si mai fin. Daca pasta e prea groasa, regleaza textura adaugand putina apa, lingura cu lingura, pana ajungi la consistenta dorita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La final, intinde humusul intr-un bol, presara boia dulce deasupra (pentru culoare si o nota usor afumata) si stropeste cu putin ulei de masline. Aroma chiar se intensifica dupa cateva ore, asa ca il poti pregati linistita si cu o zi inainte. Daca s-a ingrosat dupa frigider, amesteca-l cu putina apa sau ulei de masline ca sa revina la cremozitatea initiala. Nu il recomand congelat, fiindca textura tahiniului are de suferit la decongelare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il servesti perfect ca dip langa legume crude sau cu paine prajita, dar functioneaza minunat si ca tartina la micul dejun. Daca iti plac cremele de naut, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-cu-avocado\/\">humusul cu avocado<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-cu-pesto-de-busuioc\/\">humusul cu pesto de busuioc<\/a> pentru variatie.
