Eu, care ziceam ca nu ma pricep, am ajuns sa descopar ca ador uleiul de canepa si tahini-ul, doua ingrediente care au transformat un simplu bol de verdeturi intr-un dressing cu adevarat bun. Combinatia lor da o nota usor nucoasa si cremoasa, fara sa fie nevoie de niciun produs lactat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele si ce trebuie sa stii despre ele<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salata se sprijina pe verdeturi de primavara, asa ca prospetimea lor face toata diferenta. Iata la ce sa fii atenta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Spanacul<\/strong> &#8212; foloseste frunze tinere, crude. Alege-le pe cele de un verde intens, ferme, fara pete galbui sau frunze ofilite. Spanacul baby este cel mai potrivit pentru salate pentru ca este fraged si nu are tulpini ate.<\/li><li><strong>Ridichile<\/strong> &#8212; feliate subtire, aduc crocant si o nota usor iute. Cele tari, fara goluri in interior, sunt cele mai gustoase.<\/li><li><strong>Leurda<\/strong> &#8212; este verdeata-vedeta a primaverii, cu aroma ei de usturoi. Apare doar cateva saptamani pe an, asa ca prinde-o cat e sezon. Daca nu gasesti leurda, poti folosi putin usturoi verde sau o cantitate mica de patrunjel proaspat.<\/li><li><strong>Ceapa verde<\/strong> &#8212; maruntita marunt, da prospetime si o aroma mai blanda decat ceapa uscata.<\/li><li><strong>Mixul de seminte<\/strong> &#8212; aduce crocant si grasimi bune. Merge orice combinatie ai la indemana: floarea-soarelui, dovleac, susan, in. Daca le prajesti usor in tigaie uscata, aroma se intensifica.<\/li><li><strong>Ulei de canepa si tahini<\/strong> &#8212; baza dressingului. Nu te speria: adauga apa cate putin, lingurita cu lingurita, si amesteca pana ajunge la consistenta de smantana lichida pe care o vrei. Asa controlezi grosimea fara sa diluezi gustul. Amesteca bine pana se omogenizeaza complet uleiul de canepa cu tahini-ul, ca sa nu ramana straturi separate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trucuri ca salata sa iasa de fiecare data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Usuca bine verdeturile<\/strong> dupa ce le speli. Daca vrei sa o transformi intr-o masa completa, o poti combina cu o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-cartofi-reteta-germana\/\">salata de cartofi in stil german<\/a> sau cu o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-cu-naut-crocant\/\">salata cu naut crocant<\/a> pentru ceva mai consistent si plin de proteine. Pentru o masa cu verdeturi de sezon, o asezi linistita alaturi de o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-detoxifianta-de-primavara\/\">salata detoxifianta de primavara<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o pastrezi si cat tine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cel mai bun sfat este sa pastrezi salata si dressingul separat. Verdeturile spalate si uscate rezista 1-2 zile la frigider, intr-un bol acoperit sau o caserola etansa, iar dressingul de tahini se tine separat intr-un borcanas inchis cateva zile &#8212; doar amesteca-l din nou inainte de folosire, pentru ca tinde sa se aseze. Asa eviti ca spanacul sa se inmoaie. Daca iti place dressingul de tahini, il poti folosi si peste alte salate de verdeturi, cum ar fi <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-untisor-dressing-balsamic\/\">salata de untisor<\/a>, sau il poti compara cu varianta de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/mutabal-salata-de-vinete-cu-tahini\/\">mutabal, salata de vinete cu tahini<\/a>, unde tahini-ul joaca tot rolul principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci aceasta salata de spanac, mi-ar placea sa imi spui in comentarii cum ti-a iesit dressingul de tahini &#8212; l-ai lasat mai cremos sau mai lichid?
