Se face dintr-un singur bol si o tigaie, e gata in aproximativ o jumatate de ora si iese satioasa, fara sa fie grea. E felul perfect cand vrei ceva cald si hranitor fara sa stai mult la bucatarie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eu am ales sa fac o frittata cu cartofi noi si branza telemea pentru ca cele doua se completeaza foarte bine: cartofii noi sunt dulci si cremosi, iar telemeaua aduce nota sarata care echilibreaza totul. E genul de reteta in care poti varia ingredientele dupa ce ai prin frigider, asa ca o folosesc adesea ca sa nu risipesc verdeturile ramase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Frittata-cu-cartofi-noi-si-branza-Potato-frittata-slice.jpg\" alt=\"Frittata cu cartofi noi si branza reteta\" title=\"Frittata cu cartofi noi si branza reteta\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce inseamna, de fapt, o frittata<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frittata este, simplu spus, o omleta groasa pe care o termini la cuptor in loc sa o rulezi in tigaie. Diferenta fata de o omleta clasica este ca ouale sunt amestecate cu ingrediente mai consistente (aici cartofi, ceapa si verdeturi), iar coacerea uniforma le inchega frumos, fara sa ai grija sa o intorci. Asta o face iertatoare: nu trebuie sa nimeresti momentul exact in care sa rulezi, cuptorul face treaba in locul tau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Despre ingrediente: ce conteaza cu adevarat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta are noua ingrediente, dar cateva merita o vorba in plus. <strong>Cartofii noi<\/strong> sunt vedeta: alege-i cat mai mici, pentru ca se gatesc mai repede si ai mai putin de taiat. Coaja subtire nu trebuie curatata, doar spalata bine. <strong>Telemeaua<\/strong> rasa (jumatate de cana) aduce sarea si umiditatea, asa ca nu mai e nevoie sa sarezi suplimentar ouale &#8212; gusta inainte de a adauga sare in plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verdeturile de primavara &#8212; ceapa verde, usturoiul verde si patrunjelul &#8212; se adauga la final, ca sa isi pastreze prospetimea si culoarea. Boiaua dulce da o nuanta calda si putina culoare. Daca poti, alege oua si lactate dintr-o sursa de incredere; la o reteta cu atat de putine ingrediente, calitatea fiecaruia se simte in farfurie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Frittata-cu-cartofi-noi-si-branza-Potato-frittata-with-cheese-slice.jpg\" alt=\"Frittata cu cartofi noi si branza telemea veche\" title=\"Frittata cu cartofi noi si branza telemea veche\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trucuri ca sa iti iasa de fiecare data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cheia unei frittate reusite sta in cateva detalii simple. Rumeneste intai bine cartofii in uleiul de masline, vreo 10 minute, pana prind o crusta aurie &#8212; abia asa capata gust si nu raman crizi in mijloc. Dupa ce adaugi ceapa si o mai lasi cinci minute, <strong>scurge uleiul in exces<\/strong>; pasul asta e usor de sarit, dar te ajuta sa nu iasa frittata uleioasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Foloseste o tigaie care poate intra la cuptor (din fonta sau cu maner metalic). Daca tigaia ta nu rezista la cuptor, transfera totul intr-o tava unsa inainte de a presara telemeaua. Coace la 180C aproximativ 30 de minute: frittata e gata cand mijlocul nu mai tremura la atins si marginile se desprind usor de tigaie. Daca infigi un cutit in centru, trebuie sa iasa curat. Las-o sa se odihneasca cateva minute inainte sa o portionezi, ca sa se aseze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce se potriveste si cum o pastrezi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frittata e buna si calda, si la temperatura camerei, asa ca merge la fel de bine la micul dejun, la pranz sau la o cina usoara. Langa ea pun de obicei o salata verde simpla sau niste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cartofi-noi-la-cuptor-legume-de-primavara\/\">cartofi noi la cuptor cu legume de primavara<\/a> daca vreau o masa mai consistenta. Daca iti plac retetele in care branza telemea sau feta joaca rol principal, mai poti incerca <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tarta-de-cartofi-cu-branza-paprika\/\">tarta de cartofi cu branza si paprika<\/a> sau niste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-mei-feta-rosii\/\">chiftelute de mei cu feta si rosii<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se pastreaza la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, doua pana la trei zile. O reincalzesti cateva minute in cuptor sau in tigaie la foc mic; microundele merg si ele, dar textura ramane mai placuta la cuptor. Poti chiar sa o pregatesti din ajun si sa o servesti rece a doua zi &#8212; e la fel de gustoasa.
