Se face din doar cateva ingrediente, intra la cuptor 25-30 de minute si iese fierbinte, aromata si numai buna de rupt cu mana. Am ales o bagheta integrala crocanta si telemea veche din piata, asa ca a iesit o versiune un pic mai consistenta, cu o crusta crocanta care lasa loc unui mijloc cu branza topita. La fiecare felie rupta dai de usturoi, verdeata si branza filanta &#8212; exact tipul de paine care dispare de pe masa in cinci minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce iti trebuie: ingredientele cheie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta sta pe putine ingrediente, asa ca fiecare conteaza. <strong>Bagheta<\/strong> trebuie sa fie una cu crusta serioasa, nu o paine moale de sandvis &#8212; crusta este cea care tine forma cand o crestezi si o umpli. Eu am folosit o bagheta integrala, dar merge orice bagheta cu coaja crocanta. <strong>Branza<\/strong> face diferenta: telemeaua veche sau feta, taiate in felii subtiri de 0,5-1 cm, se inmoaie frumos la caldura fara sa curga complet. Daca telemeaua ta este foarte sarata, poti sa o tii 10-15 minute in apa rece inainte de a o felia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pasta de verdeturi este simpla: <strong>usturoi proaspat pisat, patrunjel tocat marunt, oregano si ulei de masline<\/strong>. O bagi sub jet de apa, o mototolesti, o stoarce usor si o intinzi &#8212; apoi asezi bagheta pe ea si o invelesti. Hartia umeda creeaza un mic mediu cu abur in jurul painii in primele 20 de minute, asa ca mijlocul ramane moale si branza se topeste uniform, fara ca exteriorul sa se usuce sau sa se arda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Partea a doua a trucului este la fel de importanta: dupa cele 20 de minute desfaci putin hartia si mai lasi painea 5-7 minute la cuptor descoperita. Acum aburul se evapora, marginile expuse se rumenesc si crusta redevine crocanta. Asa pasta si branza intra adanc, dar bagheta nu se desface in bucati.<\/li><li><strong>Distribuie pasta peste tot<\/strong> &#8212; unge si exteriorul painii, nu doar interiorul crestaturilor. Marginile unse cu ulei se rumenesc cel mai frumos.<\/li><li><strong>Cate o felie de branza intre fiecare doua felii<\/strong> taiate, ca sa ai branza topita in fiecare imbucatura.<\/li><li><strong>Serveste-o fierbinte<\/strong>, direct din cuptor &#8212; atunci este branza filanta. Daca pregatesti o masa cu mai multe gustari de impartit, o asez langa niste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ardei-jalapeno-umpluti\/\">ardei jalapeno umpluti<\/a> sau o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bila-de-branza-cu-morcovi\/\">bila de branza cu morcovi<\/a> pentru un platou de aperitive complet. Pentru o varianta vegana, inlocuieste telemeaua cu o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/branza-mozzarella-vegana\/\">branza mozzarella vegana<\/a> care se topeste &#8212; pasta de usturoi si verdeturi ramane la fel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si daca vrei sa incerci sa iti faci propria paine de casa, arunca o privire peste retetele mele de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paine-keto\/\">paine keto<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paine-rustica-fara-gluten-cu-seminte-fara-framantare\/\">paine rustica fara gluten<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paine-fara-gluten-negrilica-chimen-negru\/\">paine fara gluten cu negrilica<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o pastrezi si o reincalzesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cel mai bine este savurata fierbinte, dar daca ramane, o pastrezi invelita in folie sau intr-o cutie inchisa la frigider 2-3 zile. Pentru reincalzire, evita microundele &#8212; iti inmoaie crusta. Pune-o cateva minute in cuptor la 160-170C, invelita lejer in folie, ca sa se reincalzeasca branza, apoi desfa folia pentru ultimul minut ca sa revina crusta crocanta.
