Este alegerea mea pentru startul de dimineata, cand vreau ceva care imi da un boost de energie fara sa fie greu la stomac. De cum apare pepenele in piata, ajunge aproape un ritual: il pun in blender cu doua portocale si gata micul dejun lichid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele si de ce conteaza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pepenele rosu este vedeta aici. Are peste 90% apa, asa ca este unul dintre cele mai hidratante fructe si da smoothie-ului acea textura usoara, aproape de suc. Contine si electroliti naturali, precum potasiul si magneziul, care ajuta la mentinerea echilibrului de lichide din organism, motiv pentru care merge atat de bine in zilele toride sau dupa efort fizic. Alege un pepene greu pentru marimea lui si cu o pata galbuie pe coaja, semnul ca s-a copt la soare si va fi dulce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Portocalele aduc aciditatea si parfumul de citrice care echilibreaza dulceata pepenelui, asa ca smoothie-ul nu iese deloc lesietic. Foloseste portocale zemoase, cu coaja subtire, si scoate cat poti din miezul alb si din pielite, ca sa nu lase un gust amarui. Gheata raceste si ingroasa bautura pe loc, iar menta proaspata, daca o pui, adauga o nota racoritoare la final. Secretul este sa scoti bine semintele din pepene inainte, pentru ca semintele negre, mixate, dau un gust usor amar si puncte inchise in bautura. Adauga apa treptat, putina cate putina, pana ajungi la consistenta pe care o vrei: mai groasa daca o mananci cu lingura, mai lichida daca o bei pe nerasuflate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei mai multa raceala fara sa-l diluezi, congeleaza cuburi de pepene si foloseste-le in loc de o parte din gheata, asa pastrezi gustul intens. Daca pepenele tau e mai putin dulce, o portocala in plus rezolva problema mai bine decat orice indulcitor. Mixeaza menta scurt, doar cat sa se distribuie, ca sa ramana proaspata si sa nu amaresca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cand il bei si cum il pastrezi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cel mai bun moment pentru acest smoothie este imediat dupa ce l-ai facut, cat este rece si spumos. Fiind pe baza de pepene, care e foarte bogat in apa, tinde sa se separe daca sta, asa ca, daca il pregatesti din timp, pune-l la frigider intr-un borcan inchis si amesteca-l sau scutura-l bine inainte sa-l bei. Se pastreaza cel mult o zi; dupa aceea isi pierde din prospetime si din culoarea vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac bauturile racoritoare din fructe, mai am cateva variante care merg de minune vara.
