Este un fel de mancare vegetarian, economic si bogat in proteine, cu o textura consistenta, \u201ecarnoasa&#8221;, care satisface chiar si pe cei care nu cauta neaparat o reteta fara carne. Lintea rosie e ingredientul ideal aici pentru ca se gateste repede si se inmoaie pana devine aproape o pasta, asa ca leaga foarte bine restul legumelor. Pe langa asta, e o modalitate buna de a folosi radacinoase pe care le ai prin frigider &#8212; morcov, pastarnac, telina &#8212; intr-un singur vas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele si la ce sa fii atent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lintea rosie se fierbe aproximativ 20 de minute, pana se inmoaie complet &#8212; nu o lasa al dente, pentru ca rolul ei aici este sa lege compozitia, nu sa ramana boabe separate. Intr-un bol amesteci lintea fiarta, telemeaua rasa, legumele calite si ouale batute, apoi adaugi patrunjelul, sare si piper. Torni compozitia intr-o forma unsa, presari deasupra cascavalul amestecat cu pesmet si dai totul la cuptor 40 de minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce functioneaza tehnica de gratinare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Calirea prealabila a legumelor scoate apa din ciuperci si incepe sa caramelizeze radacinoasele, asa ca aroma este mai concentrata, iar caserola nu iese apoasa. Crusta de cascaval cu pesmet functioneaza pentru ca pesmetul absoarbe grasimea care se scurge din branza topita si se rumeneste, dand acel strat crocant la suprafata. Ouale, intre timp, coaguleaza la caldura si transforma amestecul moale intr-o caserola care se taie frumos in portii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce o servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fiind un fel consistent, se descurca foarte bine ca preparat principal alaturi de o salata verde simpla sau de muraturi. Daca vrei sa pui pe masa mai multe feluri la cuptor, merge bine langa <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cartofi-dulci-gratinati-la-cuptor\/\">cartofi dulci gratinati la cuptor<\/a> sau langa o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/conopida-gratinata-cu-branza-si-spanac\/\">conopida gratinata cu branza si spanac<\/a>. Se poate pregati si in avans: o asamblezi, o tii la frigider si o coci atunci cand ai nevoie. Daca ai linte in plus dupa ce gatesti, o poti folosi rapid intr-un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/pate-cremos-de-linte-rosie\/\">pate cremos de linte rosie<\/a> sau intr-o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-linte-rosie\/\">supa crema de linte rosie<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci acest gratinat de linte cu legume, lasa-mi
