Caisele si bananele dau o textura cremoasa si naturala, iar putin rom si stafidele aduc o nota aromata, perfecta pentru zilele toride de vara. Este o reteta vegetariana, simpla si usoara, ideala cand vrei ceva dulce si rece, dar fara prea multe calorii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trebuie sa recunosc ca nici nu prea m-am omorat eu vreodata dupa inghetatele clasice cu lapte, iar acum, ca am renuntat la lactate, nici nu se pune problema sa le mai mananc. Asta nu inseamna ca am renuntat la inghetate &#8212; pur si simplu am inlocuit-o cu sorbet-uri facute in casa. Ce imi place la nebunie este ca sorbet-urile sunt destul de sarace in calorii, bogate in nutrienti datorita fructelor proaspete pe care le au in componenta, si sunt usoare, ideale pentru zilele calduroase de vara. Eu folosesc mereu banane bine coapte, pentru ca sunt mai dulci si se paseaza mai usor. <strong>Caisele congelate<\/strong> aduc aciditatea si gustul de vara; ai grija sa le scoti samburii inainte de a le congela. <strong>Stafidele<\/strong> le adaugi la final, intregi, ca sa pastrezi mici buzunare de dulceata in textura cremoasa. <strong>Mierea<\/strong> (sau alt indulcitor la alegere) regleaza dulceata in functie de cat de coapte sunt fructele tale, iar <strong>sucul de lamaie<\/strong> proaspat scoate in evidenta aroma de caisa. <strong>Romul<\/strong> sau esenta de rom dau acea nota aromata care leaga totul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nu am o masina de facut inghetata si nici nu imi propun sa imi iau vreodata, de aceea folosesc numai fructe congelate pentru realizarea sorbet-urilor. Aproape intotdeauna am cateva pungute cu felii de banane congelate in congelator. Mereu cand imi mai raman banane extra-coapte le pun la congelator si le pastrez pentru a face inghetate, smoothie-uri sau chiar prajituri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum prepari sorbetul pas cu pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adauga in blender toate ingredientele, mai putin stafidele: bananele si caisele congelate, mierea, sucul de lamaie si romul. Pune doar foarte putina apa &#8212; maximum 1-2 linguri &#8212; atat cat sa porneasca blenderul. Daca torni prea multa apa, sorbetul iese apos in loc de cremos, asa ca incepe cu cat mai putin si adauga treptat doar daca lamele se blocheaza. Paseaza bine pana obtii o pasta fina si omogena, oprind blenderul si impingand fructele spre lame cu o spatula daca este nevoie. Mai bine adaugi inca o lingura decat sa pornesti cu prea multa si sa obtii o textura apoasa.<\/li><li>Daca blenderul tau nu este foarte puternic, lasa fructele 2-3 minute la temperatura camerei inainte de pasare, ca sa se inmoaie putin.<\/li><li>Gusta inainte de a servi si ajusteaza dulceata cu inca putina miere daca fructele tale au fost mai acrisoare.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum il servesti si cum il pastrezi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acest sorbet este la cel mai bun moment al lui imediat dupa pasare, cand are textura aceea moale, de inghetata proaspata. Daca vrei sa il pastrezi, pune-l intr-un recipient cu capac la congelator, dar tine cont ca se va intari; scoate-l cu cateva minute inainte de servire ca sa se inmoaie putin si paseaza-l din nou rapid daca a devenit prea tare. Pentru ca foloseste numai fructe congelate, este si o solutie buna sa ai mereu materia prima la indemana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca ti-a placut combinatia de caise si banane, incearca si un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smoothie-de-caise-banane\/\">smoothie de caise si banane<\/a> pentru micul dejun. Pentru alte variante de sorbet din fructe congelate, ai aici un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sorbet-de-zmeura\/\">sorbet de zmeura<\/a> sau un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/crumble-de-prune-sorbet-mure\/\">crumble de prune cu sorbet de mure<\/a>. Iar daca ti-au ramas multe caise, transforma-le intr-o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dulceata-de-caise\/\">dulceata de caise<\/a> de pus la borcan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci acest sorbet de caise cu stafide si rom, mi-ar placea sa stiu cum ti-a iesit &#8212; lasa-i o nota si scrie-mi in comentarii daca ai folosit rom adevarat sau
