Am servit-o alaturi de crackersi fara gluten, pentru a adauga un plus de textura!&nbsp;<\/em><\/p><p>Planuisem de foarte mult timp sa incerc o reteta de <strong>supa crema de cartofi dulc<\/strong>i, deoarece mi se parea o combinatie tare reusita de gusturi si arome! Am auzit de tot felul de combinatii pentru aceasta reteta, cum ar fi cea cu avocado, lapte de cocos, ardei iute sau verdeturi. Printre cele mai inspirate combinatii de ingrediente si condimente mi se pare cea facuta de Radu <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.reteteleluiradu.ro\/2013\/01\/31\/supa-crema-de-cartofi-dulci-cu-lapte-de-cocos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">aici<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong>Numai citind ingredientele iti dai seama cat de aromat si bogat este gustul acestei supe! Nu prea sunt eu obisnuita sa folosesc cartofii dulci in retete, deoarece ii cumpar si ii mananc destul de rar. Prima oara i-am incercat la reteta de <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/potato-and-cheese-tart-tarta-de-cartofi-cu-branza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tarta de cartofi cu branza<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>si mi-au placut la nebunie! Gustul lor este asemanator cu cel al dovleacului si sunt minunati pentru a adauga un plus de &#8220;dulceata&#8221; retetelor.<\/p><p>Ca tot vorbim de cartofi, stiati ca exista peste <strong>4000 de varietati de cartofi<\/strong> in intreaga lume? Eu cred ca nu am incercat mai mult de 10. Nici macar nu am gustat din cartofii mov de exemplu! L-am testat pentru un fel principal de mancare, iar acum i-a venit randul sa vad ce poate face in realizarea supelor crema. Nu am fost dezamagita!<\/p><p>Ce imi place foarte mult este ca am putut apela la programul de STEAM (aburire), asadar legumele nu au fost fierte. Am folosit programul de BOIL doar 10 minute la inceput, insa in rest legumele sunt facute la aburi. NU se compara! Mazarea facuta la aburi ramane dulce, verde si plina de gust! Cea fiarta se inchide la culoare, se stafideste si gustul este la jumate!
