Am gatit super mult in ultimul timp, asa ca am multe retete de pus pe blog, dar reteta asta a fost salvarea zilelor in care vreau ceva bun fara efort. Se face cat fierb pastele, iar rezultatul este atat de cremos incat pare gatit mult mai elaborat decat este. Sper sa imi treaca si lenea ca sa ma apuc serios de treaba, dar pana atunci, asemenea retete simple sunt preferatele mele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele care fac diferenta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secretul acestei retete sta in cateva ingrediente alese bine. <strong>Avocado<\/strong> trebuie sa fie copt, adica sa cedeze usor la apasare cu degetul, dar fara sa fie moale ca o pasta sau cu pete maro inauntru. Doar un avocado copt se piure usor cu furculita si da textura aceea cremoasa care tine loc de sos. Daca este prea tare, sosul iese cu cocoloase si nu se leaga de paste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sucul de lamaie nu este optional aici: aciditatea lui taie grasimea avocado-ului si, in acelasi timp, incetineste oxidarea, asa ca sosul ramane verde si proaspat mai mult timp. Pesto-ul de busuioc aduce concentratul de aroma, asa ca foloseste unul bun. Daca vrei, il poti face acasa, iar din acelasi sos poti pregati si un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-cu-pesto-de-busuioc\/\">humus cu pesto de busuioc<\/a> pentru o gustare rapida. Caldura pastelor incalzeste usor avocado-ul pasat si il face sa imbrace fiecare fir de spaghete, fara sa-l gatesti efectiv. De aceea adaugi pastele scurse la final, peste sos, si nu invers: daca incalzesti avocado direct in tigaie, devine amarui si isi pierde cremozitatea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un truc care ajuta mult: pastraza cateva linguri din apa in care au fiert pastele si adauga-le treptat cand amesteci. Amidonul din apa de fierbere subtiaza sosul exact cat trebuie si il ajuta sa se prinda de paste in loc sa alunece pe fundul bolului. Gusteaza la final si ajusteaza sarea, piperul si lamaia, pentru ca avocado-ul cere de obicei putin mai mult condiment decat ai crede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi ca sa iasa perfect de fiecare data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fierbe pastele al dente, conform timpului de pe pachet, pentru ca pastele fara gluten se inmoaie repede daca le lasi prea mult.<\/li><li>Nu uita sarea in apa de fierbere: este momentul in care condimentezi pastele din interior.<\/li><li>Piureaza avocado chiar inainte sa il amesteci, ca sa pastrezi culoarea vie.<\/li><li>Serveste imediat. Daca iti place sa variezi pastele fara gluten, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/spaghete-cu-sos-alb-marar-piper-verde\/\">spaghetele cu sos alb, marar si piper verde<\/a>, iar pentru o masa de seara mai consistenta, o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/pizza-vegana-fara-gluten-vinete-dovlecei\/\">pizza vegana fara gluten cu vinete si dovlecei<\/a> completeaza frumos meniul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In privinta pastrarii, sunt sincera cu tine: reteta asta nu este una pe care sa o tii zile intregi. Avocado se oxideaza si isi schimba culoarea, asa ca cel mai bine este sa o mananci imediat. Daca chiar ramane portie, pune-o intr-un recipient etans, preseaza folie direct pe suprafata sosului ca sa limitezi contactul cu aerul si tine-o la frigider maximum o zi.
