Sunt super incantata!&nbsp;Chiar aveam o problema cu micul dejun. De obicei sar peste el<em> (da, stiu, gresesc!)<\/em> sau mananc oua <em>(si ajung sa am niste super-crize de bila)<\/em>. Acum de abia astept sa vina dimineata si sa ma bucur de un mic dejun nutritiv si extraordinar de bun! E ca un desert sanatos pentru micul dejun. \ud83d\ude42&nbsp;Mi-a placut atat de mult reteta asta incat de o saptamana si ceva o mananc in fiecare dimineata. Mai mult, de vreo cateva ori am mancat-o si la cina!<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Dragi parinti, va rog nu le mai dati copiilor cereale cu tone de zahar si 0 nutrienti sau salam pe paine la micul dejun! Chiar e pacat cand poti sa faci rapid un muesli fara gluten cu fructe proaspete si lapte vegetal. Este<strong> vegan<\/strong> si contine fulgi de porumb, fulgi de hrisca <em>(pe care ii ador!)<\/em>, fulgi de soia, stafide, ananas, cocos si caise uscate. Din pacate contine zahar, in cantitati mici e drept. Daca ar fi fost complet fara zahar&nbsp;ar fi fost mai mult decat perfect! Pentru a transforma acest mix intr-o reteta ideala de mic dejun, am mai adaugat si cateva superalimente, nuci si seminte.<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Laptele este bineinteles vegan. Puteti sa folositi orice lapte doriti: de soia, nuci, seminte, orez etc. Voi scrie mai jos si reteta mea de<strong> &#8220;lapte de banane&#8221;<\/strong> care imi place la nebunie!<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u00a0Reteta de muesli fara gluten este super-versatila! O puteti face intr-o multime de feluri, adaugand nucile, semintele si fructele uscate preferate. Eu va voi spune varianta pe care o prefer eu si care este testata si ras-testata! \ud83d\ude00 Asa ca de acum incolo nu o sa mai sariti peste niciun mic dejun!
