Este complet vegan, plin de seminte si fructe uscate, si are exact echilibrul de dulce si condimente cald care iti face dimineata mai buna. De obicei saream peste micul dejun (da, stiu, gresesc!) sau mancam oua si ajungeam sa am niste super-crize de bila. Combinatia asta a schimbat lucrurile &#8212; mi-a placut atat de mult reteta incat de o saptamana si ceva o mananc in fiecare dimineata. Mai jos iti dau exact varianta pe care o prefer eu si care este testata si ras-testata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce pui in bol: ingredientele care fac diferenta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Baza este o jumatate de cana de muesli cu fructe fara gluten de la Schar &#8212; un mix care contine fulgi de porumb, fulgi de hrisca (pe care ii ador!), fulgi de soia, stafide, ananas, cocos si caise uscate. Peste el vin condimentele care dau caldura: pudra de roscove, scortisoara, un praf de cuisoare macinate si putin turmeric. Roscovele aduc un dulce natural, cu nota de cacao, fara sa fie nevoie de zahar, iar lingura de ulei de cocos topit leaga totul si da senzatia aceea cremoasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru partea de saturatie si fibre adaug o lingura de seminte de chia si una de seminte de in auriu, de preferat macinate inainte. Completez cu o lingura de fructe uscate la alegere &#8212; eu folosesc de obicei goji si agrise, preferatele mele &#8212; si 3-4 migdale crude sau orice alte nuci ai la indemana. Amesteci intai toate ingredientele uscate intr-un bol &#8212; muesliul, condimentele, semintele, nucile si fructele uscate &#8212; ca sa se distribuie uniform aromele. Apoi torni o cana de lapte vegetal (de nuci, orez, soia, seminte sau lapte de banane) peste mix. La final indulcesti cu stevia dupa gust si adaugi cateva felii de fructe proaspete pentru prospetime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei laptele meu preferat de banane, e si mai simplu: pui in blender o banana cu o cana de apa si procesezi pana capata o textura de lapte gros. E cremos, dulce natural si se potriveste perfect peste muesli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce functioneaza combinatia asta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secretul nu e doar muesliul, ci stratul de adaosuri. Semintele de chia si de in absorb din lichid si dau corpolenta bolului, asa ca nu mai ramane sec sau apos &#8212; de aceea merita sa macini inul, fiindca altfel trece intreg si nu iti elibereaza nici grasimile bune, nici efectul de saturatie. Uleiul de cocos topit imbraca fulgii si transporta aromele liposolubile din scortisoara si turmeric, iar pudra de roscove inlocuieste zaharul cu un dulce de fond, ca sa nu ai nevoie decat de cateva picaturi de stevia. Dimineata nu mai ai decat sa pui o portie in bol, sa torni laptele vegetal si sa indulcesti. Laptele de banane il fac proaspat de fiecare data, fiindca se separa daca sta. Daca vrei varianta overnight, toarna laptele seara si lasa bolul la frigider acoperit pana dimineata &#8212; chia il transforma intr-un fel de budinca racoroasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mie imi place reteta asta atat de mult incat de cateva ori am mancat-o si la cina. Daca vrei sa-ti construiesti un mic dejun fara gluten variat, o poti roti cu <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/clatite-pufoase-vegane-fara-gluten\/\">clatitele pufoase vegane fara gluten<\/a> pentru diminetile mai relaxate sau cu <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ou-prajit-in-paine-mic-dejun-rapid\/\">oul prajit in paine pentru un mic dejun rapid<\/a> cand ai pofta de ceva sarat. Iar pentru un desert sanatos in aceeasi nota dulce-natural, incearca <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salam-de-biscuiti-fara-zahar-vegan-sanatos\/\">salamul de biscuiti fara zahar, vegan si sanatos<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci muesliul asta, lasa-mi un comentariu si o nota cu stelute &#8212; spune-mi ce lapte vegetal ai folosit si ce fructe uscate ai pus, ca sa vad cu ce combinatii il personalizati.
