Se prepara din linte rosie fiarta, ciuperci, morcov, ceapa, verdeturi si oua, si este gata in aproximativ 1 ora. Textura este compacta si savuroasa, perfecta pentru masa de Paste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fiind o persoana care apreciaza traditiile pascale, am fost incantata sa creez aceasta reteta de drob vegetarian cu linte si ciuperci &#8212; si s-a dovedit a fi cea mai reusita de pana acum! Anul acesta a fost prima oara cand parintii mei au decis sa renunte la consumul de miel in timpul Pastelui, asa ca am vrut sa pregatesc ceva cu adevarat special.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M-am aventurat sa prepar un drob vegetarian care sa seamene cu cel traditional, atat la nivel de textura, cat si de gust. Este importanta scurgerea foarte buna dupa fierbere, altfel compozitia devine prea moale si drobul nu isi pastreaza forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ciupercile<\/strong> &#8212; reteta foloseste ciuperci Champignon taiate cubulete. Acestea se soteaza impreuna cu ceapa si morcovul si elibereaza multa apa, de aceea sotarea corecta este esentiala pentru o compozitie cu consistenta potrivita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ouale<\/strong> &#8212; reteta foloseste 5 oua in total: 2 se bat si se adauga in compozitie pentru a lega ingredientele, iar 3 se fierb tare si se pun intregi in mijlocul drobului. Ouale fierte la interior sunt elementul care face drobul sa arate spectaculos la taiat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Verdeturile<\/strong> &#8212; patrunjelul, mararul si ceapa verde taiate marunt sunt esentiale pentru aroma specifica de drob. Foloseste verdeturi proaspete pentru cel mai bun rezultat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Morcovul si ceapa<\/strong> &#8212; taiate cubulete mici si sotate impreuna cu ciupercile, adauga dulceata, culoare si consistenta compozitiei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cimbrul uscat<\/strong> &#8212; o linte prea umeda va face compozitia sa fie moale si drobul se va rupe la scos din forma.<\/li>\n<li>Nu soteaza ciupercile complet inainte sa le adaugi in compozitie &#8212; 7-10 minute sunt suficiente; se vor termina de gatit la cuptor.<\/li>\n<li>Unge foarte bine forma de chec cu ulei sau unt inainte sa pui compozitia, altfel drobul se va lipi si va fi greu de scos intreg.<\/li>\n<li>Lasa drobul sa se raceasca complet in forma inainte sa il scoti &#8212; rabdarea este cheia pentru un drob intact si frumos la prezentare.<\/li>\n<li>Cand pui ouale fierte la interior, asigura-te ca sunt complet acoperite de compozitie pe toate partile pentru un efect vizual uniform la taiat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ciuperci<\/strong> &#8212; poti inlocui Champignon cu ciuperci Pleurotus sau Shiitake pentru o aroma mai intensa si o textura mai carnoasa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Linte rosie<\/strong> &#8212; lintea verde sau bruna functioneaza de asemenea, insa timpul de fierbere este mai lung (25-30 minute) si textura finala va fi putin mai granulata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verdeturi<\/strong> &#8212; daca nu ai ceapa verde, poti folosi putin praz sau pur si simplu suplimenta cantitatea de patrunjel si marar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Varianta de post<\/strong> &#8212; inlocuieste ouale cu 3 linguri de faina de in hidratata (1 lingura faina de in + 3 linguri apa per ou) si omite ouale fierte din interior; Coace-l, lasa-l sa se raceasca complet, acopera-l cu folie alimentara si pastreaza-l la frigider. Se serveste rece sau la temperatura camerei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Depozitare la frigider:<\/strong> Se pastreaza acoperit la frigider timp de 3-4 zile. Feliaza doar cat ai nevoie de fiecare data pentru a mentine prospetimea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Congelare:<\/strong> Drobul vegetarian nu se recomanda la congelat, deoarece textura se poate modifica dupa decongelare din cauza continutului ridicat de umiditate al ciupercilor si lintei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac retetele vegetariene pentru Paste, nu rata si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/meniu-de-paste-vegetarian\/\">meniul complet de Paste vegetarian<\/a> de pe Gourmandelle, unde vei gasi idei pentru intreaga masa festiva.
