Vegan. Sanatos!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Salamul de biscuiti fara zahar<\/strong> este un desert vegan fara coacere, gata in aproximativ 10 minute. Biscuitii pisati si nucile se amesteca cu o pasta fina de prune uscate, curmale, pudra de carob, ulei de cocos, lapte vegetal si esenta de rom. Se modeleaza sub forma de salam sau bombonici si se da la rece pana se intareste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta de salam de biscuiti a fost preferata mea inca din copilarie si imi place la fel de mult si acum. Singura diferenta e ca am transformat-o intr-o varianta mai sanatoasa: am scos zaharul si am inlocuit untul si cacaoa cu ingrediente pe care le ador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am facut-o de vreo cinci ori deja si sunt innebunita dupa ea, mai ales ca e gata foarte repede. Nu am modelat-o mereu in forma clasica de salam; uneori am facut bombonici, alteori am pus compozitia intr-o forma de tarta ca sa o pot taia feliute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"710\" height=\"394\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Biscuit-Salami-no-bake-sugar-free-vegan-Gourmandelle.com_-1-710x394-1.jpg\" alt=\"Salam de biscuiti fara zahar vegan\" class=\"wp-image-213435\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Biscuit-Salami-no-bake-sugar-free-vegan-Gourmandelle.com_-1-710x394-1.jpg 710w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Biscuit-Salami-no-bake-sugar-free-vegan-Gourmandelle.com_-1-710x394-1-600x333.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 710px) 100vw, 710px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aceasta reteta e potrivita daca ai nevoie de<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un desert rapid, gata in aproximativ 10 minute, fara cuptor si fara preparare termica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O alternativa fara zahar adaugat la salamul de biscuiti clasic din copilarie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un dulce vegan, fara produse de origine animala<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O gustare dulce de pus la pachet sau de servit la o cafea cu prietenii<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O reteta usoara la care pot ajuta si copiii, fara foc si fara unelte complicate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fara zahar adaugat:<\/strong> dulceata vine doar din prunele uscate si curmale, nu din zahar rafinat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fara coacere:<\/strong> tot ce ai nevoie este un blender sau robot de bucatarie si cateva minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vegana:<\/strong> in loc de unt foloseste ulei de cocos, iar in loc de lapte de vaca lapte vegetal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gata repede:<\/strong> compozitia se face in aproximativ 10 minute, apoi se lasa la rece sa se intareasca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Usor de modelat:<\/strong> o poti face sub forma de salam clasic sau bombonici, dupa cum preferi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cu textura placuta:<\/strong> bucatile mai mari de nuca dau un crocant fin in fiecare felie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note despre ingrediente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Biscuiti simpli<\/strong> (150 g) formeaza baza retetei. Poti folosi biscuiti pentru diabetici sau biscuiti de casa fara zahar, daca vrei sa controlezi complet continutul de zahar. Ii pisezi bine, dar nu trebuie sa devina pulbere fina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prune uscate<\/strong> (1\/2 cana) aduc dulceata naturala si umiditatea care leaga compozitia. Sunt unul dintre cei doi indulcitori naturali ai retetei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Curmale<\/strong> (1\/2 cana) completeaza dulceata prunelor si dau o textura cremoasa pastei. Daca sunt foarte uscate, le poti inmuia cateva minute in apa calda inainte de blenduire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nuci<\/strong> (1\/2 cana) se pulseaza doar de 2-3 ori in blender. Nu trebuie facute faina, pentru ca bucatile mai mari sunt cele care dau textura caracteristica feliilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pudra de carob<\/strong> (2 linguri) inlocuieste cacaoa. Carobul, adica pudra de roscove, este mai dulce decat cacaoa si da culoarea inchisa specifica salamului de biscuiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei de cocos<\/strong> (3 linguri) tine locul untului. Pe langa aroma, ajuta compozitia sa se intareasca frumos la rece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lapte vegetal<\/strong> (1\/3 cana) ajuta pasta sa devina fina si usor de amestecat. Poti folosi orice lapte vegetal ai la indemana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Esenta de rom<\/strong> (2 lingurite) da aroma clasica de salam de biscuiti. Asa eviti sa-i imprastii prin bucatarie si ii sfarami mult mai usor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pulseaza nucile doar de 2-3 ori. Daca le faci faina, pierzi textura crocanta care da farmecul feliilor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blenduieste separat prunele, curmalele, carobul, uleiul de cocos, esenta de rom si laptele vegetal pana obtii o pasta fina, abia apoi le combini cu biscuitii si nucile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amesteca compozitia cu mainile, nu doar cu spatula. Asa simti cand pasta s-a distribuit uniform si modelezi mai usor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daca o pui intr-o forma, captuseste-o mai intai cu folie de plastic, ca sa scoti salamul cu usurinta dupa ce se intareste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Varianta fara gluten:<\/strong> foloseste biscuiti fara gluten, iar restul retetei ramane neschimbat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In loc de carob:<\/strong> daca nu te deranjeaza un gust mai intens, poti folosi cacao pura in aceeasi cantitate, dar tine cont ca va fi mai putin dulce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Alte fructe uscate:<\/strong> poti inlocui o parte din prune sau curmale cu smochine uscate sau stafide, in functie de cat de dulce o vrei.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Alte nuci:<\/strong> nucile pot fi schimbate cu alune, migdale sau fistic, pentru o aroma diferita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pastreaza salamul de biscuiti la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis sau infasurat in folie. Datorita uleiului de cocos, se intareste frumos la rece si se taie in felii curate. Pentru o portie ferma, lasa-l cel putin cateva ore la frigider inainte de a-l felia. Este o reteta numai buna de pregatit in avans: o faci cu o zi inainte si o ai gata cand vrei sa servesti un desert. Pentru perioade mai lungi, il poti tine si la congelator, apoi il lasi cateva minute la temperatura camerei inainte de servire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac deserturile si gustarile rapide, fara multa bataie de cap, arunca o privire si peste alte retete de pe blog. <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/clatite-fara-oua\/\">Clatitele fara oua<\/a> sunt o alta varianta usoara cu care poti improviza un desert, pentru gustari sarate ai mereu la indemana un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-simplu\/\">humus simplu<\/a>, iar daca vrei ceva cald si
