Se prepara in aproximativ 25 de minute si este reteta perfecta pentru zilele in care ai nevoie de ceva cald si reconfortant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cand eram mica, supele clare cu legume au fost un aliment de baza in familia mea, mai ales in lunile reci. Le-am primit de la mama si bunica mea, iar pentru noi aceste supe au fost intotdeauna un remediu de incredere pentru raceala si gripa. E genul de mancare pe care am invatat-o pur si simplu privind, fara retete scrise, si pe care o fac si azi exact la fel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Morcovii sunt vedeta acestei supe. Imi place sa ii pastrez intregi sau taiati in bucati mari de 3-4 cm, dar e o preferinta personala &#8212; daca preferi bucatele mici, merge la fel de bine. Alege morcovi fermi, drepti, cu coaja neteda; cei care se indoaie usor sunt deja batrani si si-au pierdut din suculenta. Eu ii pastrez intregi sau in bucati mari de 3-4 cm, ca sa ramana fermi si sa nu se faca terci in supa clara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cartofi<\/strong> &#8212; dau corp si saturatie supei. Taiati cubulete, se fierb in acelasi timp cu morcovii si ceapa. Pentru o supa care ramane limpede, clateste cuburile de cartof sub apa rece inainte sa le pui in oala, ca sa indepartezi excesul de amidon care altfel ar tulbura zeama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa<\/strong> &#8212; este baza de aroma a oricarei supe bune. O maruntesti marunt si se topeste practic in zeama in timpul fierberii, lasand in urma dulceata si profunzime, fara bucati mari de simtit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Taitei<\/strong> &#8212; 120 g sunt suficienti pentru toata oala. Se adauga abia dupa ce legumele au fiert 15 minute si mai au nevoie de doar 10 minute, ca sa nu se inmoaie excesiv. Daca vrei o supa complet vegana, verifica eticheta: unii taitei contin ou, asa ca alege o varianta din faina si apa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei de masline<\/strong> &#8212; o singura lingura, adaugata la final dupa ce ai oprit focul. Adaugat la sfarsit, nu fiert, isi pastreaza aroma si aduce o rotunjime placuta supei clare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Patrunjel proaspat<\/strong> &#8212; ingredientul cheie si, pentru mine, ce face diferenta. Se adauga doar la final, dupa ce ai oprit focul, ca sa pastreze culoarea verde vie, aroma si vitamina C. Daca il fierbi, isi pierde si prospetimea, si o buna parte din nutrienti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Respecta ordinea fierberii.<\/strong> Legumele intra primele si fierb 15 minute, apoi adaugi taiteii pentru inca 10 minute. Daca pui taiteii prea devreme, se vor face papa si vor tulbura supa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu fierbe patrunjelul.<\/strong> Cea mai frecventa greseala este sa adaugi patrunjelul in timpul fierberii. Daca vrei mai multa aroma, inlocuieste apa cu supa de legume.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Taitei fara gluten.<\/strong> Pentru o varianta fara gluten, foloseste taitei din orez sau hrisca. Tine cont ca acestia fierb mai repede, asa ca adauga-i mai spre final.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai multe legume.<\/strong> Poti adauga telina, pastarnac sau pastai verzi alaturi de morcovi si cartofi, daca vrei o supa mai bogata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Forma morcovilor.<\/strong> Eu ii pastrez intregi sau in bucati mari, dar daca preferi, taie-i rondele sau cubulete &#8212; gustul ramane acelasi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supa se pastreaza foarte bine la frigider, in recipiente inchise, 3-4 zile. Daca stii ca o vei manca pe parcursul mai multor zile, fierbe taiteii separat si adauga-i in portia pe care o incalzesti, altfel vor absorbi zeama si se vor inmuia peste noapte. La reincalzire, da-i un clocot scurt si adauga patrunjel proaspat de fiecare data, ca sa ai mereu prospetimea aceea verde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac supele calde si reconfortante, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-cu-galusti\/\">supa cu galusti<\/a> sau o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-morcovi-ghimbir\/\">supa crema de morcovi cu ghimbir<\/a>. Iar daca vrei ceva mai aromat in stil asiatic, arunca o privire la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-asiatica-cu-taitei-supa-pho\/\">supa asiatica cu taitei (supa
