Este cea mai simpla metoda de a gati varza rapid, cu marginile caramelizate si miez fraged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sincer, nu credeam ca o sa imi placa niste rondele de varza la cuptor atat de mult! Inainte mancam varza destul de rar, de obicei doar cand faceam sarmalute vegetariene, adica doar de vreo 2-3 ori pe an. De cand am descoperit reteta asta insa, mananc varza la cuptor foarte des &#8212; s-a transformat dintr-o leguma pe care o ignoram intr-o garnitura pe care o pun in cuptor aproape saptamanal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta nu este in totalitate ideea mea. Am gasit o reteta similara de rondele de varza la cuptor pe Pinterest si m-am gandit sa o incerc si eu. Turmericul a fost ideea mea &#8212; ii da o culoare extraordinara, iar combinatia turmeric plus piper este sanatate curata. Atat. Probabil le ai deja pe toate in bucatarie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Practic nu cere munca<\/strong> &#8212; tai varza, o asezonezi, o bagi in cuptor. Tot efortul tau dureaza cinci minute, restul face cuptorul.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Marginile se caramelizeaza si devin dulci<\/strong> &#8212; caldura uscata a cuptorului concentreaza zaharurile naturale din varza, asa ca obtii un gust mult mai bogat decat varza fiarta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Turmericul ii da culoare si beneficii<\/strong> &#8212; nuanta aurie e superba, iar combinatia turmeric plus piper amplifica absorbtia curcuminei.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Se potriveste cu orice<\/strong> &#8212; merge langa orice fel principal, de la o tocanita la o friptura de tofu sau pur si simplu cu un sos cu iaurt alaturi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note despre ingrediente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Varza<\/strong> este vedeta retetei si singurul ingredient pe care merita sa il alegi cu grija. Cauta o varza alba densa, grea pentru marimea ei, cu frunzele exterioare stranse si lucioase &#8212; asta inseamna ca e proaspata si suculenta. Taie-o in felii de aproximativ 1 cm grosime, taind perpendicular pe cotor, pentru ca tocotul tine rondela legata si nu se imprastie pe tava. Daca o tai prea subtire, se usuca si arde; prea groasa, ramane cruda in mijloc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de masline<\/strong> are rol dublu aici: impiedica varza sa se lipeasca de tava si conduce caldura catre suprafata, ajutand caramelizarea. Foloseste un ulei extravirgin de calitate, dar nu il economisi &#8212; doua linguri sunt suficiente, una pentru tava si una peste rondele. Daca ungi tava prea putin, varza se lipeste si se rupe cand o intorci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Turmericul<\/strong> este atingerea care transforma o varza banala intr-o garnitura cu personalitate. Doua lingurite sunt suficiente pentru o varza intreaga &#8212; e un condiment puternic, asa ca nu exagera, altfel devine amarui. Cumpara-l de la un magazin cu rulaj bun, pentru ca turmericul vechi isi pierde aroma si culoarea. Pastreaza-l intr-un borcan inchis, departe de lumina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sarea si piperul<\/strong> par detalii, dar piperul nu e optional aici. Piperina din piperul negru ajuta corpul sa absoarba curcumina din turmeric, asa ca cele doua merg mana in mana. Daca le inghesui, varza lasa apa si se fierbe in loc sa se coaca.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stii ca sunt gata cand marginile devin aurii-maronii.<\/strong> Dupa 30-40 de minute la 200C, marginile foilor de varza incep sa se rumeneasca si sa devina crocante, iar miezul e fraged cand il intepi cu furculita. Asta e semnul ca s-au caramelizat zaharurile.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu sari peste ungerea tavii.<\/strong> Putin ulei de masline pe fundul tavii face diferenta dintre o rondela intreaga, bine rumenita, si una lipita care se rupe cand o iei.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Asezoneaza generos cu turmeric, sare si piper inainte de a adauga uleiul de deasupra.<\/strong> Astfel condimentele se prind mai bine de varza si nu aluneca pe tava.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Daca vrei un plus de caramelizare, intoarce rondelele la jumatate.<\/strong> Nu e obligatoriu, dar daca le intorci usor cu o spatula dupa 20 de minute, se rumenesc frumos pe ambele parti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Varza rosie in loc de cea alba<\/strong> &#8212; functioneaza la fel de bine si arata spectaculos, desi turmericul se vede mai putin pe fundalul violet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alte condimente<\/strong> &#8212; pe langa turmeric poti adauga boia afumata, chimion sau usturoi granulat pentru un profil de gust diferit. Putin fulgi de ardei iute merg excelent daca iti place picant.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alt tip de grasime<\/strong> &#8212; daca nu ai ulei de masline, merge si ulei de avocado sau de cocos rafinat, ambele suporta bine caldura cuptorului.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cu un strop de aciditate la final<\/strong> &#8212; putin suc de lamaie sau otet balsamic stropit peste rondelele calde echilibreaza dulceata caramelizarii.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rondelele de varza se pastreaza la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, pana la 3-4 zile. Sunt cele mai bune proaspat scoase din cuptor, cat marginile sunt inca crocante, dar se incalzesc bine a doua zi. Pentru a le pastra textura, reincalzeste-le tot in cuptor sau in air fryer cateva minute, nu la microunde, unde se inmoaie. Poti taia varza in avans si o tii in frigider gata feliata, ca sa o asezonezi si sa o bagi direct in cuptor cand vrei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac garniturile rumenite la cuptor, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ceapa-verde-rumenita-la-cuptor-zaatar-masline\/\">ceapa verde rumenita la cuptor cu za&#8217;atar si masline<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cartofi-aurii-la-cuptor\/\">cartofii aurii la cuptor<\/a>.
