Rumenirea concentreaza dulceata rosiilor, iar tofu afumat aduce o nota afumata care echilibreaza tot. Pana cand va veni acea zi, incerc sa ii vizitez pe parintii prietenului meu cat de des pot, ca sa ma bucur de timpul petrecut in gradina lor minunata. De acolo vin cele mai bune rosii pe care le-am gustat &#8212; zemoase si foarte dulci &#8212; si exact astfel de rosii fac diferenta intr-o salata atat de simpla ca asta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele care conteaza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta are doar cateva ingrediente, asa ca fiecare trebuie sa fie bun. Foloseste rosii cherry coapte, rosii si portocalii, pentru culoare si pentru dulceata maxima &#8212; cu cat sunt mai coapte, cu atat se caramelizeaza mai frumos in tigaie. Tofu afumat este vedeta aici: el da acel gust afumat care transforma o salata banala intr-una cu caracter, asa ca merita cautat unul bun, ferm. Porumbul dulce si maslinele feliate completeaza farfuria, iar uleiul de masline extravirgin si un praf de sare si piper proaspat macinat leaga totul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum rumenesti rosiile ca sa iasa dulci<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secretul gustului este rumenirea scurta. Incinge uleiul intr-o tigaie, taie rosiile in jumatate si pune-le cu partea taiata in jos. Adauga sare si piper si acopera tigaia cu un capac pentru doua minute &#8212; capacul tine aburul inauntru, asa incat rosiile se inmoaie si isi elibereaza sucul, iar caldura concentreaza zaharurile naturale si le face si mai dulci. Asa ramane fraged inauntru si capata un contrast placut de textura fata de rosiile moi. Apoi aseaza feliile de tofu deasupra salatei, ca sa ramana crocante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce o servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salata se serveste calda si e satioasa cat sa fie masa de pranz de una singura, dar merge minunat si ca parte dintr-un meniu de vara. Daca vrei o masa mai bogata, pune-o alaturi de o alta <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-vara-cu-rosii-cherry-coapte\/\">salata de vara cu rosii cherry coapte<\/a> sau de o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-spanac\/\">salata de spanac<\/a> proaspata. Iar daca tofu afumat ti-a intrat la suflet, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/rulada-de-tofu-cu-ciuperci\/\">rulada de tofu cu ciuperci<\/a> &#8212; aceeasi nota afumata, dar intr-un fel principal mai consistent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o pastrezi si sfaturi de final<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salata e cea mai buna proaspata si calda, imediat dupa ce ai facut-o. Daca iti raman resturi, tine-le la frigider intr-un recipient inchis si consuma-le in maximum o zi &#8212; gustul si textura sunt la inaltime cand e abia facuta, asa ca eu nu o pregatesc cu mult timp inainte. Daca vrei sa castigi timp, poti rumeni tofu mai devreme si sa-l reincalzesti scurt, dar rosiile le fac mereu pe loc, ca sa nu lase prea multa apa. Un truc bun: pastreaza tofu separat de rosii pana la servire, ca sa-si tina crusta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci aceasta salata de rosii coapte cu tofu afumat, spune-mi in comentarii cum ti-au iesit rosiile rumenite si daca ai folosit rosii din gradina &#8212; si lasa-mi, te rog, o evaluare cu stelute ca sa stiu daca ti-a placut!<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
