E vegana, satioasa si gata cat fierbe apa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca e sa fiu complet sincera, mereu m-am gandit sa combin hummusul cu paste de fiecare data cand preparam prea mult si nu mai stiam ce sa fac cu el, dar am avut mereu o retinere. Nu stiu nici acum de ce. Cand am incercat in sfarsit, mi-a iesit una dintre cele mai simple retete din viata mea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aveam niste hummus de casa ramas de la o petrecere cu prietenii, asa ca am adaugat niste fulgi de drojdie inactiva peste (pentru un plus de aroma delicioasa), niste chives si niste spanac baby. Sper ca stiti ca hummusul si spanacul merg de minune impreuna! Mi-a iesit unul dintre cele mai rapide pranzuri din viata mea. Cauta paste din gris dur (semola di grano duro) pe eticheta, fiindca tin mai bine la fierbere si raman al dente. Daca le vrei mai consistente, alege o varianta integrala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hummus de casa.<\/strong> Hummusul este inima retetei, asa ca aroma lui se va simti direct in farfurie. Daca il faci in casa, un hummus bine mixat, cremos si cu suficient tahini si lamaie va da cel mai bun sos. Daca folosesti hummus din comert, alege unul cat mai simplu, fara arome puternice care sa acopere restul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fulgi de drojdie inactiva.<\/strong> Acestia sunt secretul aromei de tip &#8220;branza&#8221; intr-un vas vegan. Cauta-i sub denumirea de drojdie inactiva sau nutritional yeast, sub forma de fulgi galbeni. Adauga-i treptat si gusta, fiindca prea multi pot da un gust amarui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Spanac baby.<\/strong> Frunzele tinere de spanac baby sunt fragede si dulci, fara nervura tare, asa ca se inmoaie aproape instant in pastele calde. Spala-le bine si scurge-le inainte de a le adauga. Nu le gati prea mult: le pui la final si lasi caldura pastelor sa le inmoaie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chives (arpagic).<\/strong> Chives taiate marunt aduc o nota proaspata, usor de ceapa, fara sa fie agresiva. Le adaugi crude, la final, ca sa pastreze culoarea verde si aroma vie. Daca nu gasesti, ceapa verde taiata fin este cel mai apropiat inlocuitor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei de masline, piper alb si sare.<\/strong> Un fir de ulei de masline extravirgin la final rotunjeste sosul si adauga luciu. Piperul alb se integreaza discret in sosul deschis la culoare, fara puncte negre. Vor continua sa se gateasca putin cand le amesteci cu sosul cald, iar daca le-ai fiert prea mult devin moi si lipicioase.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pastreaza apa de la fierbere.<\/strong> Inainte sa scurgi pastele, pune deoparte cel putin 2 linguri din apa in care au fiert. Amidonul din ea este cel care leaga hummusul intr-un sos cremos. Fara ea, hummusul ramane gros si se aseaza in cocoloase.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Amesteca sosul pe foc mic.<\/strong> Pune cratita inapoi pe foc doar cat sa incalzesti totul si amesteca rapid. Daca lasi hummusul sa fiarba tare, isi pierde din cremozitate si se poate desface.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adauga spanacul la final.<\/strong> Stii ca e gata cand frunzele de spanac baby tocmai au inceput sa se inmoaie, dar inca sunt verzi vii. Daca le gatesti prea mult, devin apoase si isi pierd culoarea.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Serveste imediat.<\/strong> Sosul de hummus e cel mai cremos cat e cald. Pe masura ce se raceste se ingroasa, asa ca pune-l in farfurii imediat ce ai amestecat totul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tipul de paste:<\/strong> linguine si tagliatelle sunt ideale, dar merge si penne, fusilli sau orice paste ai la indemana. Pentru o varianta fara gluten, alege paste din orez sau naut.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hummus aromat:<\/strong> daca te simti mai lenes decat de obicei si nu vrei sa iti faci propriul hummus, nicio problema, foloseste unul din comert. Daca iti raman, pune-le intr-un recipient inchis si tine-le la frigider pana la 2 zile. La reincalzire, sosul se ingroasa, asa ca adauga 1-2 linguri de apa sau putin ulei de masline si incalzeste-le la foc mic, amestecand, pana redevin cremoase. Nu recomand congelarea, fiindca pastele isi pierd textura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru preparare in avans, poti pregati <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-de-fasole-alba\/\">hummusul<\/a> din timp si il tii la frigider cateva zile, asa ca pranzul se asambleaza in cateva minute. Daca vrei sa stapanesti pasul cheie, citeste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paste-al-dente-ghid\/\">ghidul despre cum sa fierbi pastele al dente<\/a>.
