Acest falafel roz cu sfecla rosie este super sanatos, super delicios si are o culoare superba!<\/em><\/p><p>Falafelul este una dintre mancarurile mele preferate din intreaga lume. In trecut, am incercat o multitudine de versiuni diferite, inclusiv <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-naut-falafel\/\">falafel vegan clasic<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/aperitiv-mini-falafel\/\">mini falafel<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/falafel-la-tava\/\">falafel la tava<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/falafel-la-lipie\/\">lipie cu falafel<\/a><\/strong>, ba chiar si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/falafel-din-quinoa\/\">falafel facut din quinoa<\/a><\/strong>. Am incercat aceasta combinatie si mi-a placut la nebunie rezultatul, asa ca m-am hotarat sa incerc reteta cu voi. Imi place absolut tot la reteta de falafel cu sfecla sau, cum imi place mie sa-i spun, falafel roz &#8211; culoarea, gustul, beneficiile nutritionale. Tot! In mod traditional, acesta <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-naut\/\">se prepara din naut<\/a><\/strong> (sau fasole fava) si multe condimente si ierburi proaspete, cum ar fi patrunjelul, cel ce ii da si culoarea verde clasica. Ca tot vorbim de culoare&#8230; maroniu-verde nu trebuie sa fie singura culoare posibila pentru falafel, nu-i asa? Rozul este si ea o culoare la fel de buna. \ud83d\ude09<\/p><p>Vedeta principala a acestei retete este <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/burger-vegetal-cu-sfecla\/\">sfecla rosie<\/a><\/strong>, desigur. Si datorita acestei legume radacinoase superbe, falafelul se transforma astfel dintr-o mancare oarecum plictisitoare intr-una dintre cele mai frumoase lucruri pe care le-am pus vreodata pe masa!<\/p><p>Am ales sa coc sfleca rosie pentru aceasta reteta pentru a pastra cat mai mult din gustul ei dulce, aromat. Puteti sa o fierbeti in schimb, doar ca nu va mai avea acelasi gust intens. Tot ce aveti nevoie este un blender puternic si 10 minute din timpul vostru si gata, masa va fi pregatita imediat! Si pentru ca-mi place sa pastrez lucrurile cat mai simple si rapide (probabil stiti ca, in mod ironic, imi displace total sa petrec ore intregi in bucatarie), am incercat sa pastrez si aceasta reteta cat mai rapida cu putinta.<\/p><p>Asadar, chiar daca acest falafel roz are nevoie de putin mai mult timp de pregatire din cauza coacerii sfeclei, toata reteta este in continuare foarte usor de facut si este foarte buna pentru zilele cand nu aveti mult timp la dispozitie.<\/p><p>Asa cum v-am obisnuit, am si cateva sfaturi utile pentru voi. Nu folositi mai multa sfecla decat este recomandat in reteta propriu-zisa de mai jos, altfel compozitia finala va fi foarte apoasa si textura falafelului nu va iesi foarte buna. Daca amestecul nu se &#8220;incheaga&#8221;, puteti incerca sa adaugati niste faina (alba sau de naut, idealmente). Pentru un rezultat mai sanatos, eu am ales sa pun falafelul la cuptor, dar puteti si sa il prajiti daca aveti mai putin timp la dispozitie. Asta daca nu vreti sa aveti mainile complet roz intens la final, desigur! \ud83d\ude42 Daca nu va deranjeaza acest aspect, atunci le puteti taia si cu mainile goale.<\/p><p>Puteti servi acest falafel roz intr-o multitudine de moduri. Puteti <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sandvisuri-cu-avocado\/\">face un sandvis<\/a><\/strong>, puteti sa-l <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/arayes-vegetarian-sandvis-lipie\/\">puneti in lipie<\/a><\/strong> sau il puteti servi simplu, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-porumb\/\">alaturi de o salata<\/a><\/strong> sau un sos de tahini. De ce? Pentru ca-mi place sa pastrez lucrurile cat mai clasice cu putinta, chiar daca m-am avantat astazi sa prepar falafel roz! \ud83d\ude42 Falafelul si sosul tahini sunt o combinatie coborata din Rai pe Pamant! Uneori, atunci cand vreau sa fac lucrurile si mai bune, imi place sa prepar un sos de tahini super rapid din tahini, zeama de lamaie si niste apa, suficienta cat sa ofere o consistenta mai lichida sosului. Turnati apoi sosul peste falafel si peste salata aleasa si pranzul este gata!<\/p><p>Daca vreti sa va &#8220;distrati&#8221; chiar si mai mult cu aceasta reteta, iata o idee draguta: puteti combina reteta mea de mini falafel cu aceasta si sa preparati niste mini falfel roz! Un adevarat festin!<\/p><p>Siii cam atat am avut de povestit despre acest falafel roz. Daca nu sunteti convinsi inca, va recomand sa priviti fotografiile! Culoarea acestui falafel este pur si simplu superba si sunt sigura ca toata lumea va fi incantata cand veti pune acest preparat pe masa. Iar gustul?
