In primul rand, trebuie sa mentionez ca imi place la nebunie placinta ciobanului in general. Imi placea si reteta traditionala pe vremea cand mancam carne, imi place versiunea cu legume si imi place la nebunie stratul de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bol-cu-piure-de-cartofi-si-legume\/\">piure de cartofi<\/a><\/strong> de deasupra. Dar aceasta versiune a retetei <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-cartofi-dulci\/\">cu cartofi dulci<\/a><\/strong> este&#8230; pur si simplu altceva. Dar nu astazi! Alte ingrediente ce se folosesc in mod traditional in reteta de placinta ciobanului sunt sosul de rosii, legume (mazare, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/rulada-cu-morcovi\/\">morcovi<\/a><\/strong>) si un strat final de piure de cartofi deasupra. Alte variatii ale retetei includ carne tocata de curcan sau de vita in loc de miel, sau alta carne preferati.<\/p><p>Asa cum ati ghicit probabil, mai ales daca intrati des pe acest blog, vom prepara aceasta reteta fara carne, dar cu muuulte legume si condimente! \ud83d\ude09 Va voi spune mai multe despre ingrediente imediat, dar un lucru este cert inca din titlu: stratul de deasupra va fi din cartofi dulci, ceea ce va schimba toata aroma acestei retete! In caz ca va intrebati, aceasta este o reteta original irlandeza (sau englezeasca, originile nu s-au stabilit inca 100%), ce se prepara de obicei cu ocazia St. Patrick&#8217;s Day, dar nu numai. Si probabil ca a aparut undeva in secolul al XIX-lea, inspirata de reteta de <em>cottage pie<\/em> (un soi de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/musaca-de-cartofi-cu-linte\/\">musaca<\/a><\/strong>). Apropo, placinta ciobanului (<em>shepherd&#8217;s pie<\/em>) este foarte asemanatoare cu reteta de <em>cottage pie<\/em>, doar ca cea din urma este facuta cu carne tocata de vita in mod traditional.<\/p><p>Aceasta reteta de placinta ciobanului cu cartofi dulci este ideala pentru o sesiune de meal prep, adica atunci cand preparati mai multa mancare in avans pentru a avea timp de cateva zile bune. Este perfecta <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-mancare-de-post\/\">pentru intreaga familie<\/a><\/strong>, ba chiar <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-pentru-copii\/\">si copiii<\/a><\/strong> vor cere o a doua portie. Placinta ciobanului cu cartofi dulci este super gustoasa si poate fi preparata cu ingrediente de sezon, proaspete, incepand chiar cu cartoful dulce.<\/p><p>Precum multe alte retete de pe blog, aceasta placinta ciobanului cu cartofi dulci este si foarte versatila. Daca nu va place <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/burgeri-cu-quinoa\/\">fasolea rosie<\/a><\/strong> sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/mancare-de-mazare-chiftelute-vegetale\/\">mazarea verde<\/a><\/strong>, de exemplu, le puteti inlocui cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-linte\/\">linte<\/a><\/strong> sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-naut\/\">naut<\/a><\/strong> sau orice altceva preferati. Daca vreti sa pastrati reteta &#8220;clasica&#8221;, puteti folosi piure de cartofi normali in loc de cartofi dulci, dar gustul va fi cu totul altul. Iata inca o idee: daca vreti sa preparati o varianta saraca in carbohidrati a acestei retete, puteti pune un strat de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/gnocchi-de-conopida\/\">piure de conopida<\/a><\/strong> deasupra si sa omiteti orice fel de cartof cu totul. Pe langa faptul ca au un gust foarte bun, sunt si bogati in antioxidanti, vitamina D, vitamina C, B6 si multe altele. Sunt bogati si in beta caroten, ceea ce le ofera si culoarea portocalie foarte frumoasa. Beta carotenul este foarte bun pentru imunitate si pentru sanatatea ochilor.<\/p><p>In ceea ce priveste procesul de pregatire, acesta este foarte simplu. Vom lucra pe straturi! \ud83d\ude09 Tot ce trebuie sa faceti este sa puneti amestecul de legume si condimente (veti gasi lista detaliata in reteta propriu-zisa de mai jos) intr-o tava pentru cuptor, iar deasupra sa adaugati un strat de piure de cartofi dulci. In caz ca ati preparat prea multa sau daca vreti sa faceti o tava in plus pe care sa o pastrati pentru alte zile, puneti tot ce ramane la congelator, unde poate sta foarte bine timp de multa vreme!<\/p><p>Deci, ce mai asteptati? Data viitoare cand aveti pofta de o mancarica satioasa si gustoasa pentru intreaga familie, faceti rost de toate ingredientele necesare si preparati aceasta placinta ciobanului! Se potriveste de minune si la ocazii speciale sau sarbatori, dar nu cred ca aveti nevoie de niciun pretext pentru a o face oricand aveti chef.
