Si este similara si cu reteta mea de lasagna cu dovlecel. Putem spune ca rulourile cu dovlecei sunt un fel de combinatie intre cele doua. Au un gust bun de dovlecei, se prepara mai rapid decat lasagna si rezultatul final este si foarte frumos. Acest proces va fi foarte simplu daca aveti o mandolina pentru legume. Daca nu, nicio problema, acelasi rezultat il puteti obtine foarte usor si cu ajutorul unui cutit foarte ascutit sau, chiar si mai simplu, cu un peeler pentru cartofi. Trebuie sa feliati dovleceii longitudinal, nici prea grosi, dar nici prea subtiri. Foarte simplu!<\/p><p>Am si un sfat pentru voi. Pentru ca nu vrem ca feliile noastre de dovlecel sa fie pline de apa (stim cu totii ca zucchini\/dovleceii au un procent foarte ridicat de apa) pentru ca rezultatul final poate fi foarte umed. De accea va trebui sa eliminam excesul de lichid. Puteti presara putina sare peste felii si sa le lasati putin, cam 15 minute. Sau, daca aveti mai mult timp la dispozitie, puteti chiar sa lasati feliutele pe grill putin. Aceasta ar trebui sa fie, la modul ideal, cremoasa si aromata, lucru de tinut minte atunci cand alegeti ingredientele.<\/p><p>Puteti folosi o paleta larga de ingrediente, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-ciuperci-pleurotus\/\">de la ciuperci<\/a><\/strong> la ricotta, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/branza-mozzarella-vegana\/\">mozzarella veegana<\/a><\/strong> sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-tofu\/\">tofu<\/a><\/strong>. Dar iata ce am folosit eu si mi s-a parut ca a rezultat intr-o combinatie pur si simplu minunata: tofu afumat, fulgi de drojdie inactiva, rosii uscate, pasta miso si o multime de verdeturi precum ceapa verde, menta, marar. Rezultatul? Odata ce totul este gata, puteti presara niste parmezan vegan deasupra si sa mai lasati tava inca 5 minute la cuptor. Parmezanul de post va face totul mult mai bun, credeti-ma pe cuvant!<\/p><p>Iar in caz ca ati preparat prea multe rulori, nicio problema, caci am doua solutii pentru voi. Puteti sa congelati rulourile ramase si, atunci cand aveti pofta de o portie, puteti sa le incalziti din nou la cuptor. O alta idee foarte buna este sa <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/lasagna-vegetariana-cu-ciuperci\/\">preparati o lasagna<\/a><\/strong> din rulourile ramase &#8211; adaugati niste sos de rosii si puneti totul la cuptor. In primul rand, sunt sarace in carbohidrati, ceea ce le face foarte bune si daca sunteti la dieta. Sunt si foarte satioase datorita umpluturii cu tofu afumat. Si, nici nu cred ca mai este nevoie sa o spun, sunt si foarte gustoase!<\/p><p>Iar daca nu va suna foarte bine propunerea mea de umplutura, nicio problema! Aceste rulouri sunt foarte versatile si puteti oricand sa schimbati sau sa inlocuiti ingredientele propuse de mine. Din cate am experimentat si eu, chiar si copiilor le va placea aceasta reteta, mai ales daca le-o serviti cu niste sos de rosii deasupra si mult cascaval topit!<\/p><p>Cam atat am avut de spus despre aceste rulouri delicioase. Daca ma gandesc mai bine, as putea spune ca sunt o varianta mai sanatoasa a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-italiana\/\">retetei italienesti<\/a><\/strong> de cannelloni, doar ca vom folosi dovlecei proaspeti in loc de paste.
