Majoritatea ingredientelor sunt foarte sus pe scara ORAC, asa ca obtii o bautura racoritoare, dulce si energizanta, fara zahar adaugat in afara de mierea naturala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sincer iti spun, nu am crezut ca un <strong>smoothie de dovleac<\/strong> poate fi atat de bun la gust! De cand am inceput sa beau mai des smoothie-uri la micul dejun, m-am indragostit complet de ele. Sunt satioase, se prepara super rapid si iti dau energie aproape instant, ca niste multivitamine naturale, gustoase si hranitoare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aproape ca uitasem ca am niste cubulete de dovleac in congelator, insa mi-am amintit de ele ieri. Asa am decis sa le folosesc pentru un smoothie, pentru ca m-am cam saturat de banalul smoothie de banane pe care il prepar frecvent. A iesit delicios! Dovleacul congelat are un avantaj real: face smoothie-ul rece si cremos fara sa adaugi gheata, care ar dilua aroma. Daca folosesti dovleac proaspat, alege unul greu pentru marimea lui, cu coaja ferma si mata, fara pete moi &#8212; semn ca e copt si dulce. Cubuletele crude se proceseaza foarte bine in blender, asa ca nu e nevoie sa il gatesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceai verde rece, neindulcit<\/strong> &#8212; pun o cana si jumatate si formeaza baza lichida a smoothie-ului, in loc de apa sau lapte. Ca sa nu iasa amar, opareste-l cu apa care nu mai clocoteste (in jur de 80 de grade) si lasa-l la infuzat doar doua-trei minute, apoi raceste-l bine inainte de a-l turna in blender. Apa clocotita si infuzia prea lunga sunt greseala clasica care scoate taninurile amare din frunze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Scortisoara si cuisoare macinate<\/strong> &#8212; jumatate de lingurita de scortisoara si o treime de lingurita de cuisoare dau profilul cald, de toamna. Cuisoarele sunt foarte intense, asa ca masoara cu atentie acea treime de lingurita; daca pui mai mult, acopera totul. Daca le ai intregi, macina-le proaspat chiar inainte &#8212; aroma e mult mai vie decat la pudra stata luni de zile in dulap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ghimbir si turmeric<\/strong> &#8212; un praf de pudra de ghimbir si jumatate de lingurita de turmeric adauga caldura si culoare. Turmericul lasa pete galbene puternice, asa ca nu il tine prea mult pe blaturi sau pe haine deschise. Daca te deranjeaza nota lui usor amaruie, jumatatea de lingurita e exact cantitatea care se simte echilibrat alaturi de dovleac si miere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Piper macinat<\/strong> &#8212; un singur praf, dar important: piperul macinat mareste puterea antioxidanta a turmericului de pana la 1000 de ori. Piperina din piper ajuta organismul sa absoarba curcumina din turmeric, asa ca cele doua merg mereu impreuna. Nu se simte in gust la cat de putin pui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pudra de Ganoderma<\/strong> &#8212; optionala, un praf. Daca o ai in casa, o poti adauga pentru un plus de antioxidanti; daca nu, smoothie-ul iese la fel de bun si fara ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Miere<\/strong> &#8212; o lingura si jumatate, pentru dulceata. Daca dovleacul tau e foarte dulce, incepe cu o lingura, guesta si mai adaugi la nevoie. Mierea cruda se dizolva mai usor daca o adaugi peste ceaiul racit, dar nu fierbinte, ca sa nu ii pierzi aroma fina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Raceste bine ceaiul inainte.<\/strong> Daca il torni cald peste dovleac, smoothie-ul iese caldut si neplacut. Eu las ceaiul la frigider sau folosesc dovleac congelat ca sa il racesc instant.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proceseaza pana e complet neted.<\/strong> Cubuletele de dovleac crud au nevoie de putin mai mult timp in blender. Stii ca e gata cand nu mai simti granule si textura e omogena si cremoasa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gusta inainte de a indulci tot.<\/strong> Greseala clasica e sa torni toata mierea din prima. Pune intai o lingura, amesteca, gusta &#8212; dovleacul crud e mai dulce decat te astepti.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu sari peste praful de piper.<\/strong> Pare nesemnificativ, dar e ingredientul care face turmericul sa lucreze. Un praf e suficient si nu se simte in gust.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Macina condimentele proaspat daca poti.<\/strong> Scortisoara si cuisoarele proaspat macinate fac diferenta intre un smoothie aromat si unul plat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fara ceai verde:<\/strong> daca nu vrei cofeina, inlocuieste ceaiul cu apa rece, lapte vegetal sau un ceai de plante neindulcit. Lichidul ramane acelasi, doar aroma de baza se schimba.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai cremos:<\/strong> adauga o jumatate de banana congelata sau o lingura de unt de caju pentru o textura mai bogata si mai satioasa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vegan in loc de vegetarian:<\/strong> inlocuieste mierea cu sirop de artar sau de agave si obtii exact aceeasi dulceata, fara produse de origine animala.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai putin condimentat:<\/strong> daca preferi un gust mai bland, redu cuisoarele la un praf si pune doar scortisoara &#8212; ramane cald, dar mai discret.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Smoothie-ul e cel mai bun baut imediat, cat e rece si proaspat procesat. Daca vrei sa il pregatesti in avans, pastreaza-l intr-un borcan inchis etans la frigider maximum 24 de ore si amesteca-l bine inainte de a-l bea, pentru ca se separa natural. Un truc practic: portioneaza dovleacul in cubulete si tine-l in congelator, exact ca mine, ca sa ai mereu baza pregatita pentru un smoothie rapid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca te-ai indragostit de smoothie-uri ca mine, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smoothie-de-banane-cu-seminte\/\">smoothie-ul de banane cu seminte<\/a> sau exploreaza intreaga colectie de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-smoothie\/\">retete de smoothie<\/a>.
