Se prepara dintr-un amestec de paste fierte, legume si tofu afumat, legat cu ou si copt intr-o forma rotunda pana se incheaga si capata o crusta aurie. Si mi-a placut la nebunie de fiecare data. Asta e, de fapt, marele ei avantaj: este o reteta foarte iertatoare, in care poti schimba legumele in functie de ce ai prin frigider, fara sa strici rezultatul. Tin sa precizez ca nu este vegana, pentru ca include oua, iar eu la ouale de tara nu am renuntat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce pui in tarta de paste la cuptor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientele sunt simple si la indemana, dar cateva detalii fac diferenta. Iata pe ce sa fii atent cand le aduni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Paste fara gluten<\/strong> &#8212; 200 g sunt suficiente. Le fierbi impreuna cu ciupercile direct in aceeasi apa, ca sa scapi de o oala in plus.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tofu afumat<\/strong> &#8212; neaparat afumat, nu tofu simplu. El da gustul de baza al tartei, acel ton usor fumat care inlocuieste aici nevoia de carne sau de branza. Il pasezi pur si simplu cu furculita.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oua<\/strong> &#8212; doua oua batute leaga tot amestecul, ca tarta sa se feliaze frumos dupa ce se raceste.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ciuperci si rosii<\/strong> &#8212; 200 g ciuperci feliate si 2 rosii taiate cubulete aduc suculenta si savoare.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dovlecel<\/strong> &#8212; feliat foarte subtire, maxim 3 mm grosime, pentru ca tapeteaza fundul si capacul tartei. Prima varianta a retetei a fost cu vinete in loc de dovlecel, asa ca poti folosi linistita si vinete.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verdeata si condimente<\/strong> &#8212; marar proaspat, cimbru uscat si oregano, plus sare si piper dupa gust. De aceea pasul de racire de la final nu e optional. Cat e fierbinte, oul abia s-a inchegat si tarta e moale; pe masura ce se raceste, se intareste si feliile isi pastreaza forma. Stratul de dovlecel de pe fund, asezat peste hartia de copt unsa cu ulei, are si el un rol: tine umezeala in interior si ajuta tarta sa se desprinda usor din forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum prepari tarta, pas cu pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cateva sfaturi care te ajuta sa o nimeresti din prima:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fierbe pastele si ciupercile impreuna<\/strong>, 10 minute, in apa cu putina sare grunjoasa. Apoi strecoara-le bine, ca sa nu lasi apa in exces in amestec.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Amesteca totul intr-un bol mare<\/strong>, mai putin dovlecelul si rosiile cherry, care raman pentru asamblare si decor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Foloseste o forma cu pereti detasabili<\/strong>, un vas yena rotund sau chiar o cratita, tapetata cu hartie de copt unsa cu putin ulei. Cateva idei testate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vinete in loc de dovlecel<\/strong> &#8212; prima versiune a fost cu vinete; feliaza-le tot subtire, maxim 3 mm.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alte legume<\/strong> &#8212; poti adauga ce ai prin frigider, atat timp cat pastrezi raportul de paste, tofu si oua care leaga totul.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai mult tofu afumat<\/strong> daca vrei un gust si mai pronuntat de fumat, sau un strop in plus de cimbru si oregano.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca ti-a placut combinatia de tofu afumat cu ciuperci, o regasesti si in aceasta <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/rulada-de-tofu-cu-ciuperci\/\">rulada de tofu cu ciuperci<\/a>, iar pe aceeasi nota fumata merita incercata si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-rosii-coapte-cu-tofu-afumat\/\">salata de rosii coapte cu tofu afumat<\/a>. Pentru alta idee de tarta sarata din paste, arunca un ochi pe <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tarta-de-spaghete-cu-galbiori-fara-gluten\/\">tarta de spaghete cu galbiori fara gluten<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce o servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tarta de paste este satioasa de una singura, dar se simte si mai bine alaturi de ceva proaspat si verde. O salata simpla sau niste legume la cuptor o transforma intr-o masa completa. Daca vrei o garnitura cu acelasi spirit fara gluten, merg de minune <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cartofi-noi-la-cuptor-legume-de-primavara\/\">cartofii noi la cuptor cu legume de primavara<\/a> sau o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ceapa-verde-rumenita-la-cuptor-zaatar-masline\/\">ceapa verde rumenita la cuptor cu zaatar si masline<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o pastrezi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tocmai pentru ca se feliaza frumos si se mananca la fel de bine rece, tarta asta este ideala de pregatit din timp. Se pastreaza la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 3-4 zile, iar feliile raman compacte. O poti lua la pachet pentru pranz, la picnic sau la potluck, exact asa, rece. Daca preferi sa o reincalzesti, cateva minute in cuptor ii readuc crusta, mai bine decat la microunde, unde se inmoaie.
