Aveam niste masline feliate prin frigider, iar ca de obicei debaraua mea era plina de conserve de fasole, asa ca am decis sa le combin si sa creez un aperitiv cu aroma orientala. Folosesc foarte des conserve de fasole, pentru ca scurteaza enorm timpul de gatit si imi salveaza zilele aglomerate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frunzele dragute din poze sunt luate chiar de la o plantuta care creste pe balconul meu. Mi se pare incredibil cum a adus vantul semintele pana la etajul 9 si cum au gasit aici loc prielnic pentru a lua viata! Am incercat sa cresc niste plante aromatice in casa, insa din pacate mi-au murit. Cred ca am contribuit si eu la asta, pentru ca obisnuiesc sa mananc plante aromatice in cantitati industriale atunci cand am acces la ele. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce ingrediente intra in fasolea batuta cu masline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lista e scurta, dar fiecare ingredient conteaza. <strong>Fasolea alba boabe<\/strong> da textura cremoasa si baza neutra a pastei. Eu folosesc o conserva mare de 800g, scursa si clatita bine inainte de procesare. Daca pleci de la fasole uscata, ai nevoie de 350-400g puse la inmuiat peste noapte si fierte pana se inmoaie complet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Maslinele Kalamata<\/strong> feliate aduc sarea si nota intensa, fructata, care defineste aperitivul. <strong>Sucul de la jumatate de lamaie<\/strong> taie din grasime si invioreaz\u0103 gustul, iar <strong>usturoiul<\/strong> proaspat pisat si <strong>uleiul de masline<\/strong> rotunjesc totul. Pentru condimente, va recomand piperul alb neaparat: are o aroma mult mai placuta decat cel negru si nu lasa puncte inchise in pasta. Scurge bine fasolea si clateste-o sub jet de apa, ca sa scapi de lichidul salciu din conserva si de excesul de sare. Apoi pune toate ingredientele in robotul de bucatarie si adauga 3-4 linguri de apa. Proceseaza pana se formeaza o pasta fina si omogena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca pasta iese prea groasa, mai adauga apa cate o lingura, nu mai mult, ca sa nu o subtiezi prea tare. Opreste robotul din cand in cand si razuieste peretii vasului, ca sa se prinda si bucatile de fasole ramase pe margine. Gusta inainte de a opri: maslinele si za&#8217;atar-ul vin deja sarate, asa ca aproape sigur nu ai nevoie de sare in plus. Daca vrei o textura mai catifelata, mai lasa robotul sa lucreze inca 30-40 de secunde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o servesti si cu ce o asociezi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fasolea batuta cu masline se serveste cel mai bine alaturi de lipii calde, paine prajita sau legume taiate pe lung &#8212; morcov, telina, ardei sau castravete. Stropita cu putin ulei de masline deasupra si presarata cu inca putin za&#8217;atar, arata superb pe o platforma de aperitive. De fapt, gustul devine mai bun dupa cateva ore, cand usturoiul si za&#8217;atar-ul au timp sa se intrepatrunda, asa ca o poti face linistita cu o zi inainte de petrecere. Daca s-a ingrosat la frigider, amesteca-o cu putina apa sau un strop de ulei de masline inainte de servire si scoate-o cu 15-20 de minute mai devreme, ca sa nu fie rece ca gheata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac aperitivele si garniturile pe baza de fasole, mai arunca un ochi si la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/fasole-batuta-cu-galbiori\/\">fasolea batuta cu galbiori<\/a> sau la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/mancare-de-praz-cu-masline\/\">mancarea de praz cu masline<\/a>.
