Galbiorii sotati cu ceapa si vin alb se aseaza peste un strat de spaghete legate cu oua si ierburi, totul copt pana se prinde frumos. Pur si simplu m-am indragostit de ei si au devenit ciupercile mele preferate! Pe langa textura carnoasa si culoarea superba, au si o aroma specifica pe care o ador. Ce rau imi pare ca nu am avut ocazia sa ii gatesc mai des si pacat ca se gasesc mai greu, doar in perioada asta a anului. Pentru ca mi-a placut foarte mult <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tarta-de-paste-la-cuptor-tofu-fara-gluten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tarta de paste la cuptor cu tofu afumat si ciuperci<\/a>, pe care am pregatit-o deja in vreo doua variante, am zis sa fac ceva similar cu galbiorii pe care ii aveam. Asa a rezultat aceasta tarta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce ingrediente folosesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lista este scurta si se sprijina pe cateva ingrediente cheie. Galbiorii (4 cani feliati) sunt vedeta &#8212; alege exemplare ferme, uscate, fara zone moi sau zdrentuite. Curata-i cu o perie sau o carpa umeda, nu ii tine sub jet de apa, fiindca absorb lichidul si lasa apa la gatit. Spaghetele fara gluten (250 g) formeaza baza; eu am folosit Schar, dar merg orice paste fara gluten, ba chiar si paste cu gluten daca nu ai nevoie de varianta fara. Cele 2 oua batute sunt liantul care tine tarta legata la felierea, asadar aceasta reteta este vegetariana, nu vegana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Restul aromei vine din ceapa maruntita, jumatate de pahar de vin alb, marar proaspat, cimbru uscat si oregano. Adaugi condimentele si ouale batute si amesteci bine, ca fiecare fir de pasta sa fie acoperit. Separat, sotezi ceapa 2 minute, apoi adaugi restul de galbiori si vinul alb si lasi inca 5 minute. Tapetezi o forma de tort cu pereti detasabili (sau un vas yena rotund) cu hartie de copt unsa, distribui amestecul de paste uniform, asezi deasupra ciupercile sotate si dai la cuptor la 200 C pentru 30 de minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce iese carnoasa si bine legata<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doua lucruri fac textura. Ouale batute se coaguleaza la caldura si transforma spaghetele dintr-o gramada de paste intr-o felie compacta care se taie frumos &#8212; de aceea este important sa amesteci ouale cat pastele sunt inca calde, ca sa imbrace totul uniform. Iar galbiorii, spre deosebire de ciupercile apoase, isi pastreaza textura ferma si &#8220;carnoasa&#8221; si dupa gatit, mai ales daca i-ai curatat uscat. Sotarea cu vin inainte de copt evapora excesul de lichid si concentreaza aroma, asa ca tarta nu lasa apa in forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi ca sa iasa perfecta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Nu spala galbiorii sub apa &#8212; absorb lichid si tarta va fi apoasa. Imi plac culorile pamantii, tonurile de oranj si bej, aspectul &#8220;de casa&#8221; si imperfectiunile minunate pe care acestea le au. Tarta merge servita calduta sau la temperatura camerei, alaturi de o salata verde simpla. Daca vrei sa ramai pe nota cu galbiori, o poti pune in meniu langa o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/fasole-batuta-cu-galbiori\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fasole batuta cu galbiori<\/a>, iar daca ti-a placut combinatia paste plus ciuperci, arunca o privire si la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/spaghete-cu-sos-alb-marar-piper-verde\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">spaghetele cu sos alb, marar si piper verde<\/a> sau la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chec-sarat-fara-gluten-cu-ciuperci\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">checul sarat fara gluten cu ciuperci<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o pastrezi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tarta se pastreaza la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 2-3 zile. O poti incalzi la cuptor sau in tigaie ca sa isi recapete textura &#8212; microundele o lasa mai moale. Se taie cel mai curat rece, asa ca daca o transporti la o masa, o duci felii deja portionate. Pentru zilele cand ai chef de copt mai mult, vezi si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tarta-de-cartofi-cu-branza-paprika\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tarta de cartofi cu branza si paprika<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sper ca mi-a iesit si ca va place si voua cum arata! Daca o incerci, lasa-mi un rating si spune-mi in comentarii cum ti-au iesit galbiorii si daca ai gasit alte ierburi care merg bine in tarta asta.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
