Checul are o textura elastica, fina si o aroma subtila de vin si cimbru. Poate fi servit si ca aperitiv.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p><p>Azi este prima data cand fac o reteta si o si postez pe blog in aceeasi zi! Nu am mai facut asta niciodata, de obicei dureaza cateva zile sau chiar saptamani pana imi fac timp sa scriu reteta. De data asta insa am simtit nevoia de a impartasi cu voi cat mai repede reteta asta de chec sarat fara gluten cu ciuperci. Nu prea ma omor eu cu coptul, asa ca astfel de retete sunt destul de rare la mine pe blog, insa se pare ca devin din ce in ce mai buna la asta! Asa ca e posibil sa vedeti din ce in ce mai multe retete coapte fara gluten pe aici. \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Nu [<del>imi place]<\/del> imi placea sa fac preparate coapte deoarece niciodata nu am rabdarea necesara pentru a urma instructiunile unei retete, si stiti si voi ca atunci cand vine vorba de copt, cantitatile sunt importante! Gatesc cu viteza luminii si mereu pun ingredientele &#8220;la ochi&#8221;. Nu am rabdarea de a folosi un cantar de bucatarie.
