Este genul de salata pe care o faci cand vrei ceva rapid, viu si plin de prospetime, fara sa pornesti aragazul. Combinatia de menta si dovlecel crud suna neobisnuit, dar exact aici sta tot farmecul ei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recunosc, nu am crezut ca o sa imi placa salata asta atat de mult. Prima oara cand am auzit de ea, la una din emisiunile lui Jamie Oliver, am fost un pic reticenta. Nu prea ma omor eu dupa combinatiile &#8220;exotice&#8221; in salate si nu imi plac deloc salatele cu fructe si legume sau cele care combina gusturi ciudate. M-a sunat mama acum cateva saptamani sa imi povesteasca despre super-reteta de salata pe care a vazut-o in emisiunea lui Jamie, iar pentru mine menta in salata a fost initial ceva ciudat. Acum insa mi se pare extraordinara, iar eu as fi regretat daca nu as fi testat-o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Zucchini-Salad-with-Mint-Pickles-Salata-de-dovlecel-cu-menta-castraveciori-reteta-702x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Zucchini Salad with Mint Pickles Salata de dovlecei cu menta castraveciori reteta\" title=\"Zucchini Salad with Mint Pickles Salata de dovlecei cu menta castraveciori reteta\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce pui in salata si cum alegi ingredientele<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Baza salatei sunt dovleceii cruzi dati pe razatoare, alaturi de morcovi. Pentru textura cea mai buna alege dovlecei tineri, mici spre medii, cu coaja subtire si fina: au mai putine seminte, sunt mai dulci si nu lasa atata apa ca cei mari si copti. Daca razatoarea iti scoate o pasta apoasa, inseamna ca dovleceii sunt prea mari. Castraveciorii feliati aduc nota acrisoara si sarata care echilibreaza dulceata legumelor crude, iar rosiile taiate cubulete adauga suculenta. Menta proaspata, maruntita, este ingredientul-cheie: o adaugi rupta sau tocata fin chiar inainte de servire, ca sa isi pastreze aroma vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dressingul este minimal &#8212; ulei de masline extravirgin, suc de lamaie proaspat stors, usturoi pisat, putin chili, sare si piper. Pentru ca este o salata raw, calitatea uleiului si a lamaii conteaza mult: aici se simte fiecare ingredient, asa ca foloseste un ulei de masline bun si lamaie stoarsa pe loc, nu suc din comert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o pregatesti pas cu pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salata se face fara gatit, prin simpla combinare a ingredientelor. Dai dovleceii si morcovii pe razatoare, feliezi castraveciorii, tai rosiile cubulete si adaugi totul intr-un bol mare impreuna cu usturoiul pisat, chili, menta, uleiul de masline, sucul de lamaie, sare si piper. Amesteci bine si gata. Daca vrei o nota crocanta, poti servi salata cu niste crackersi sarati alaturi &#8212; eu am folosit crackersi sarati fara gluten de la Schar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce functioneaza combinatia menta-dovlecel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secretul acestei salate sta in echilibrul dintre gusturi. Dovlecelul crud are un gust bland, aproape neutru, care joaca rolul de panza pe care se aseaza celelalte arome. Menta aduce prospetime si o senzatie racoritoare, castraveciorii murati dau aciditate si sare, lamaia adauga vioiciune, iar usturoiul si chili construiesc adancime si o caldura subtila. Pentru ca dovlecelul ramane crud, isi pastreaza textura crocanta si nutrientii sensibili la caldura, iar uleiul de masline ajuta corpul sa absoarba vitaminele liposolubile din legume. Acrul lamaii si al castraveciorilor &#8220;gateste&#8221; usor legumele, inmuindu-le delicat fara foc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Zucchini-Salad-with-Mint-Pickles-Salata-de-dovlecel-cu-menta-castraveciori.jpg\" alt=\"Zucchini Salad with Mint Pickles Salata de dovlecei cu menta castraveciori\" title=\"Zucchini Salad with Mint Pickles Salata de dovlecei cu menta castraveciori\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi, pastrare si cu ce o servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cel mai bine, salata se mananca proaspata, in ziua in care o prepari, cat dovleceii sunt crocanti. Pe masura ce sta, legumele crude lasa apa si menta se inchide la culoare, asa ca daca vrei sa o pregatesti din timp, tine separat legumele rase de dressing si menta si le combini chiar inainte de servire. Daca tot a ramas, pastreaz-o la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, maximum o zi. Pentru a reduce excesul de apa, poti sara usor dovleceii rasi, ii lasi cateva minute si stoarce zeama inainte de a-i amesteca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salata merge de minune ca aperitiv usor sau ca garnitura racoritoare langa preparate calde de vara. Daca iti plac salatele rapide cu legume crude, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-detoxifianta-de-primavara\/\">salata detoxifianta de primavara<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-vara-cu-rosii-cherry-coapte\/\">salata de vara cu rosii cherry coapte<\/a>. Pentru ca menta este vedeta aici, se potriveste minunat alaturi de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/aperitive-cu-iaurt-sos-de-iaurt-cu-menta\/\">sosul de iaurt cu menta<\/a>, iar daca ai dovlecei in plus, ii poti folosi intr-o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/musaca-de-dovlecei-cu-ciuperci\/\">musaca de dovlecei cu ciuperci<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci salata asta de dovlecei cu menta, spune-mi in comentarii daca te-ai impacat cu menta in salata la fel ca mine &#8212; si nu uita sa lasi un rating daca ti-a
