Le presari cu seminte de susan negre si albe, le cocti 1-2 minute pe fiecare parte si le servesti ca atare sau alaturi de hummus. Sunt vegane si gata in cateva minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M-am cam indragostit de coptul fara gluten. Nu am crezut ca voi spune asta vreodata, insa de cand am renuntat la gluten, coptul a devenit o adevarata bucurie pentru mine, iar acum abia astept sa vina weekendul ca sa experimentez retete noi. Imi doream de ceva timp sa incerc reteta asta de lipii, asa ca intr-o zi cu putin timp liber m-am apucat de treaba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parathas se fac de obicei fara drojdie, spre deosebire de naan, si contin si ghee. Eu le-am facut vegane, cu ulei de masline, si recunosc ca abia astept sa le fac si cu niste chimen sau negrilica. amesteci aluatul, il modelezi si il cocti pe loc, asa ca de la pofta la prima lipie calda trec doar cateva minute.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Doar cinci ingrediente<\/strong> &#8212; faina fara gluten, apa, sare, ulei de masline si seminte de susan, lucruri pe care le ai aproape mereu la indemana.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vegane si fara gluten<\/strong> &#8212; am inlocuit ghee-ul traditional din parathas cu ulei de masline, asa ca raman complet vegetale.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Versatile<\/strong> &#8212; le servesti simple, langa o supa, sau ca baza pentru un wrap; Este un mix special pentru paine si aluaturi, care contine deja amestecul de amidonuri si liant de care ai nevoie ca aluatul fara gluten sa nu se faramiteze. Cand cumperi un mix fara gluten, cauta pe eticheta unul destinat painii sau pizzei, nu pentru prajituri, fiindca cele pentru patiserie dulce dau un aluat prea moale. Daca nu ai intoleranta la gluten, poti folosi linistit si faina obisnuita de grau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Apa<\/strong> &#8212; aproximativ 100 ml, dar trateaza cantitatea ca pe un reper, nu ca pe o regula fixa. Fainurile fara gluten absorb apa diferit de la un mix la altul si chiar in functie de umiditatea din bucatarie, de aceea o adaugi lingura cu lingura, amestecand continuu, pana cand aluatul devine elastic si usor de modelat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sarea<\/strong> &#8212; o jumatate de lingurita o pui de la inceput, direct in faina, ca sa se distribuie uniform. Sarea nu e doar pentru gust: intr-un aluat fara drojdie ea ramane singurul lucru care scoate la iveala aroma fainii, asa ca fara ea lipiile ies fade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Semintele de susan negre si albe<\/strong> dau atat aspectul caracteristic, cat si o aroma usor prajita. Le presari peste lipiile deja unse cu ulei, ca sa se lipeasca, iar cand lipia se coace in tigaie semintele se rumenesc si elibereaza acel parfum de nuca specific susanului. Amestecul de susan negru si alb arata frumos, dar daca ai doar dintr-un fel merge perfect si asa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de masline<\/strong> &#8212; o lingura intra in aluat, plus inca putin ulei (eu am folosit floarea-soarelui) pentru uns tigaia. Daca e prea umed si lipicios, mai pui putina faina; daca e prea uscat si se faramiteaza, mai adaugi cateva picaturi de apa. Aluaturile fara gluten ierta micile corecturi, asa ca ajusteaza pana se simte bine sub maini.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Intinde-le subtire, cam 3-4 mm.<\/strong> Asta e grosimea la care lipia se coace uniform si ramane suple, fara sa devina tare. Daca le lasi mai groase, raman crude la mijloc inainte sa se rumeneasca pe afara.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Scurge bine uleiul in exces din tigaie.<\/strong> Se procedeaza ca la clatite: ungi tigaia, apoi scurgi surplusul. Prea mult ulei si lipiile se prajesc patat in loc sa se coaca uniform.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Foloseste foc mic spre mediu si urmareste culoarea.<\/strong> Lasa fiecare lipie 1-2 minute pe fiecare parte, pana cand incepe sa isi schimbe culoarea si apar pete aurii. Daca iti raman, le pastrezi intr-o punga sau cutie inchisa la temperatura camerei pentru o zi sau doua, iar inainte de servire le incalzesti cateva secunde intr-o tigaie uscata ca sa isi recapete textura. Aluatul nu contine drojdie, asa ca il poti framanta cu putin timp inainte, fara sa astepti vreo dospire, iar lipiile deja intinse si unse pot sta pe blat pana le cocti pe toate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa le servesti ca o masa completa, merg perfect alaturi de o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-cartofi-dulci-ghimbir\/\">supa crema de cartofi dulci cu ghimbir<\/a> sau le presari cu propriul tau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cum-se-prepara-gomasio-sare-de-susan-macrobiotica\/\">gomasio, sarea de susan macrobiotica<\/a>. Iar daca ti-a placut sa coci fara gluten, incearca si o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paine-fara-gluten-negrilica-chimen-negru\/\">paine fara gluten cu negrilica si chimen negru<\/a>, in
