Nu am avut nimic cu ce sa le servesc, nu tu hummus sau o salata de vinete, insa asta nu m-a oprit! Imi doream de ceva timp sa incerc reteta asta asa ca m-am apucat de treaba!<\/p><p>Nu ma asteptam sa iasa atat de bune! Serios! Le-am mancat asa simple, aburinde, si au fost perfecte! Abia astept sa mai repet reteta in curand. Parathas se fac de obicei fara drojdie (spre deosebire de naan) si contin si ghee. Eu le-am facut vegane, cu ulei de masline.<\/p><p>Pentru reteta de baza de lipii fara gluten aveti nevoie doar da faina fara gluten, apa si sare. Atat! Bineinteles, daca nu aveti intoleranta la gluten se pot face si cu faina normala de grau. Puteti sa va jucati cu aromele, adaugand si alte condimente sau chiar si verdeturi!
