Se prepara dintr-un singur aluat mixat rapid, se coace la 190\u00b0C timp de 45 de minute si se imbraca intr-o glazura de ciocolata neagra topita, presarata cu nuca de cocos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am facut o pauza un pic mai lunga de cand am scris ultima oara. Aveam o multime de retete notate si pozate care asteptau sa ajunga pe blog, insa timpul nu prea era de partea mea. Nu ma plang, insa! Muncesc de zor la lucruri care imi plac nespus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta aceasta de <strong>negresa de post<\/strong> a fost creata initial de mama mea. Cu o pofta mare de dulce si cu mai nimic prin frigider, i-a venit ideea sa faca o negresa simpla, de post, fara gluten, care sa fie si fara zahar pe deasupra. Au iesit minunate, asa ca am repetat-o de multe ori de atunci. Daca nu ai intoleranta la gluten, poti inlocui cu aceeasi cantitate de faina de grau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stevia<\/strong> &#8212; este indulcitorul fara zahar din aceasta reteta. Folosesc 5 linguri, dar daca preferi un gust mai clasic poti folosi aceeasi cantitate de zahar brun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pudra de roscove<\/strong> &#8212; aduce culoarea inchisa si gustul dulce-ciocolatos, fara cofeina. Daca nu o gasesti sau preferi gustul clasic de negresa, poti inlocui cu aceeasi cantitate de cacao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nuca<\/strong> &#8212; miezul de nuca maruntit se adauga la final si aduce crocantul din interior. Se incorporeaza cu cateva apasari pe functia Pulse, ca sa ramana bucatele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gemul<\/strong> &#8212; da umiditate si un plus de dulceata aluatului. Merge orice gem ai in casa; eu am folosit gem de prune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Apa minerala si uleiul de masline<\/strong> &#8212; inlocuiesc oul si untul dintr-o negresa clasica. Apa minerala ajuta aluatul sa fie aerat, iar uleiul de masline aduce umiditate fara grasimi de origine animala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Esenta de rom si praful de copt<\/strong> &#8212; esenta de rom da aroma de desert, iar pliculetul de praf de copt (10 g) ajuta negresa sa creasca usor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ciocolata neagra si nuca de cocos<\/strong> &#8212; formeaza glazura. Eu folosesc un vas de aproximativ 35&#215;15 cm.<\/li>\n<li>Coace la cuptorul preincalzit la 190\u00b0C timp de 45 de minute; verifica cu o scobitoare daca aluatul e copt la mijloc.<\/li>\n<li>Topeste ciocolata la bain-marie cu aproximativ 5 minute inainte sa scoti negresa din cuptor, ca sa torni glazura cat negresa e inca calda.<\/li>\n<li>Presara fulgii de cocos abia dupa ce glazura s-a racit putin, ca sa ramana frumos asezati deasupra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cacao in loc de roscove<\/strong> &#8212; daca vrei un gust clasic de negresa, inlocuieste pudra de roscove cu aceeasi cantitate de cacao.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zahar brun in loc de stevia<\/strong> &#8212; daca nu vrei indulcitor, poti folosi 5 linguri de zahar brun (atunci nu va mai fi fara zahar).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Faina de grau in loc de mix fara gluten<\/strong> &#8212; daca nu ai intoleranta la gluten, poti inlocui cu aceeasi cantitate de faina de grau.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alt tip de gem si alte nuci<\/strong> &#8212; merge orice gem ai in casa, iar nuca poate fi inlocuita cu alune sau migdale maruntite, pentru o varianta diferita de crocant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Negresa de post se pastreaza foarte bine intr-o cutie inchisa, la temperatura camerei, 2-3 zile, sau la frigider pana la 5 zile (scoate-o cu putin timp inainte de servire, ca sa revina la temperatura camerei). Poti sa o coci si cu o zi inainte: glazura se intareste frumos, iar gustul de ciocolata se accentueaza peste noapte. Se poate si congela, taiata in patratele, pana la o luna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac deserturile fara gluten cu ciocolata, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chec-fara-gluten-cacao\/\">checul fara gluten cu cacao<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/briose-vegane-cu-ciocolata\/\">briosele vegane cu ciocolata<\/a>. Pentru un desert fara zahar gata in cateva minute, fara coacere, arunca o privire si la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salam-de-biscuiti-fara-zahar-vegan-sanatos\/\">salamul de biscuiti
