Combina cremozitatea clasica a humusului cu untul natural al avocadoului, asa ca iese mai bogat in grasimi sanatoase si capata o culoare verzulie draguta. Mereu experimentez cu noi arome cand vine vorba de humus: am incercat pana acum <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-cu-rucola\/\">rucola<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-cu-pesto-de-busuioc\/\">pesto de busuioc<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-cu-ardei-gras-copt\/\">ardei copt<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-cu-leurda\/\">leurda<\/a> si inca multe altele care nu au ajuns pe blog pentru ca au fost mancate inainte de a le face poze. Pe naut si pe avocado le ador pe ambele, asa ca rezultatul nu putea fi decat extraordinar, si mai are si o culoare draguta verzulie care mie imi place mult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele si ce trebuie sa stii despre ele<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta cere doar cateva ingrediente simple: doua conserve de naut scurs si clatit, doua avocado moi si coapte, sucul de la o jumatate de lamaie, patru linguri de tahini, trei catei de usturoi, doua linguri de ulei de masline extravirgin si sare dupa gust. Cateva lucruri pe care le-am invatat dupa zeci de retete de humus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Nautul:<\/strong> eu mereu folosesc naut la conserva. Mi se pare ieftin, nu contine conservanti si e mai rapid asa. Chiar am facut un calcul si am realizat ca e mult mai convenabil, asa ca am mereu cate 3-4 conserve de naut in casa. Daca preferi naut uscat, lasa-l la inmuiat cu o seara inainte si fierbe-l cu putin bicarbonat de sodiu, ca sa se inmoaie bine si sa se desprinda pielitele.<\/li><li><strong>Avocado:<\/strong> alege fructe moi si coapte, care cedeaza usor la o apasare blanda. Astea se zdrobesc cremos si dau gustul untos al dipului. Un avocado tare nu se va integra bine si va lasa cocoloase.<\/li><li><strong>Usturoiul si lamaia:<\/strong> chimion nu prea pun, nu imi place, insa fara usturoi si lamaie nu imi place deloc humusul. Sunt cele doua arome care dau echilibru, iar aciditatea lamaii taie din grasimea avocadoului.<\/li><li><strong>Tahini:<\/strong> pasta de susan da humusului profunzimea de gust si textura matasoasa. Aici e secretul cel mai important: am descoperit ca durata de procesare a humusului si cremozitatea sa sunt direct proportionale. Cu cat il lasi mai mult la robot, cu atat iese mai aerat si mai matasos, asa ca nu te grabi sa opresti aparatul prea devreme. Daca pasta iese prea groasa, regleaza textura adaugand putina apa pe rand; eu adaug de obicei 2-3 linguri de apa. La final, decoreaza cu seminte de susan crude sau orice alte seminte si verdeturi care iti plac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum se serveste si cum se pastreaza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Humusul cu avocado merge de minune servit cu lipie calda, dar e la fel de bun intins pe <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/toast-cu-avocado\/\">toast cu avocado<\/a> sau folosit ca umplutura cremoasa in <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sandvisuri-cu-avocado\/\">sandvisuri cu avocado<\/a>. Daca vrei sa pleci de la baza si sa experimentezi cu alte arome, reteta de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-simplu\/\">humus simplu<\/a> este punctul de plecare ideal. Pastreaza-l intr-un recipient inchis ermetic la frigider si consuma-l in 1-2 zile: pentru ca are avocado, se oxideaza mai repede decat humusul clasic, asa ca un strat subtire de ulei de masline deasupra ajuta sa ramana verde.
