Rezultatul este o crema fina cu o nota usor acrisoara si usturoiata, perfecta pe paine prajita, langa legume crude sau ca aperitiv. Il consum foarte des si am observat ca prepararea lui a devenit o adevarata placere. De aceasta data am incercat o combinatie putin neobisnuita de arome, adaugand in reteta simpla de humus vinete marinate. Am descoperit vinetele marinate acum un an si m-am indragostit de gustul lor, asa ca era doar o chestiune de timp pana le strecuram si in humus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce ingrediente iti trebuie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta are doua parti: humusul propriu-zis si vinetele marinate la borcan pe care le folosesti in el. Pentru humus ai nevoie de naut fiert (eu folosesc conserve de 400g, scurse si spalate bine), tahini, usturoi, ulei de masline si sare. Cateva cuburi de gheata adaugate in robot ajuta humusul sa iasa mai cremos si mai deschis la culoare. Tahiniul este pasta de susan si da humusului acea textura catifelata si gustul caracteristic, asa ca nu il sari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru vinetele marinate ai nevoie de vinete feliate, usturoi (cam o jumatate de capatana per borcan), boabe de piper, putin ulei pentru prajit, sare si o solutie de otet cu apa. Sareaza-le si lasa-le la scurs vreo 20 de minute, este pasul care scoate apa si amareala din ele si le ajuta sa se rumeneasca frumos, fara sa devina cleioase. Incinge putin ulei intr-o tigaie mare, doar cat sa acoperi fundul, si rumeneste feliile pe ambele parti, apoi aseaza-le pe un servetel de hartie ca sa lase uleiul in plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Piseaza usturoiul si pregateste solutia de marinare: incalzeste apa intr-o oala cat sa fie calduta, fara sa fiarba, si combina o parte otet cu trei parti apa. Aseaza feliile de vinete in borcan, adauga piperul boabe si usturoiul pisat, toarna solutia calduta peste ele si infileteaza bine capacul. Astfel pregatite, vinetele rezista mult timp la borcan, daca nu le mananci mai repede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum faci humusul cremos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adauga tot nautul, tahiniul, usturoiul, uleiul de masline, sarea, cuburile de gheata si feliile de vinete marinate in robotul de bucatarie si proceseaza pana se transforma intr-o pasta fina, aproximativ 4-5 minute. Daca humusul iese prea gros, adauga putina apa, cate putin, pana ajungi la consistenta pe care o vrei. Secretul unui humus cu adevarat cremos este sa il lasi sa se proceseze suficient: rabdarea la robot face diferenta intre o pasta granuloasa si una catifelata. Daca iti place sa experimentezi cu humus la fel de mult ca mine, incearca si alte combinatii: un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-simplu\/\">humus simplu<\/a> de baza, un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-cu-ardei-gras-copt\/\">humus cu ardei gras copt<\/a> sau un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-cu-avocado\/\">humus cu avocado<\/a> mai cremos. Daca esti la inceput cu humusul, am scris si un ghid complet despre <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cum-sa-faci-humus-de-la-0\/\">cum sa faci humus de la 0<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca ai prins drag de vinete, le poti pune in valoare si in alte retete: o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/crema-de-vinete-coapte-mousse\/\">crema de vinete coapte<\/a> aerata sau un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/baba-ganoush-vinete\/\">baba ganoush<\/a> cu tahini sunt rude apropiate ale acestui humus si folosesc aceleasi arome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum il pastrezi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Humusul se pastreaza la frigider, intr-un recipient cu capac, 3-4 zile. Un strat subtire de ulei de masline deasupra il ajuta sa nu se usuce la suprafata.
