Reteta e perfecta pentru masa de Craciun, dar si servita pe post de aperitiv pentru Revelion!&nbsp;<\/em><\/p><p>Oh my, oh my, oh my!!! Cred ca e una dintre cele mai bune retete facute vreodata de mine pana acum! Mi-a placut la nebunie, iar Costin a fost si mai incantat! Am facut aceasta <em><strong>rulada de tofu cu ciuperci<\/strong><\/em> pentru Craciunul din acest an. Am vrut sa fac o reteta care sa aiba o textura carnoasa si sa imite rulada clasica de curcan. Mi-a iesit! Rulada de tofu cu ciuperci chiar seamana atat la textura cat si la gust cu cea de curcan. Este relaxant si ma face foarte fericita sa vad ca mancarea pregatita este apreciata. Anul acesta am petrecut Craciunul si alaturi de doi dintre cei mai buni prieteni ai nostri. Chiar si Grinch-ul din mine s-a bucurat! &#8230;si credeti-ma, nu sunt nicidecum fan Craciun. O puteti pregati pentru masa de Revelion. Este foarte buna si rece, servita pe post de aperitiv. Mai am cateva retete de Craciun care asteapta sa fie postate&#8230;insa cel mai probabil pe acelea le veti pregati la anu&#8217;!<\/p><p>Asadar, iata minunata rulada de tofu cu ciuperci! Salvati-o, puneti-o pe Pinterest, printeati-o&#8230; trebuie sa o incercati neaparat! \ud83d\ude00<\/p><p><em>P.S. Pozele nu sunt extraordinare. A trebuit sa folosesc blitzul pentru ca lumina din camera era cam proasta. Data viitoare o sa incerc sa gatesc rulada de tofu in folie de aluminiu, asta ca sa isi pastreze forma rotunda. Dupa cum vedeti din poze, daca nu este gatita in folie, isi pierde un pic forma si se aplatizeaza.
