Dieta mea si sfaturi despre cum sa mentii o dieta macrobiotica vegetariana sanatoasa!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>An Nou &#8211; Inceputuri Noi! 2015 este un an foarte important pentru mine, atat pe plan personal cat si din punctul de vedere al carierei mele. Vreau sa fiu intr-o forma perfecta pentru a putea face fata cu succes tuturor dificultatilor ce pot aparea in calea mea, asadar am decis sa fiu mai atenta la ceea ce mananc si sa imi devolt noi obiceiuri sanatoase.<\/p>\n<p>Am decis sa va povestesc si voua ce schimbari am ales sa fac in ceea ce priveste stilul meu de viata si sa va spun cat de dificil sau usor imi este sa fac aceste schimbari. Sper ca povestea mea sa va ajute si pe voi sa faceti acest pas si sa va schimbati stilul\u00a0de viata catre unul mai sanatos.<\/p>\n<p>In primul rand, <strong>am decis sa imi schimb dieta<\/strong>. Sunt vegetariana de 4 ani. Deoarece anul trecut a fost destul de stresant pentru mine, am inceput sa mananc cam dezechilibrat. Chiar spre finalul anului am inceput sa mananc din ce in ce mai putine fructe, mancam multi cartofi, beam vin destul de des si ocazional mai mancam si junk food vegetarian, precum pizza, dulciuri si alte calorioase nocive. Dieta haotica a fost combinata cu nopti nedormite si stres, iar acest ritm nu mi-a facut deloc bine. Chiar daca eu ma mandresc cu un sistem imunitar destul de puternic si ma bucur ca nu ma imbolnavesc deloc des, am simtit ca imi fortez norocul si ca mai devreme sau mai tarzu voi simti repercusiunile.<\/p>\n<p>Asadar, incepand cu 1 Ianuarie 2015 mi-am schimbat dieta si totodata stilul de viata. Am decis sa imi dezvolt noi obiceiuri sanatoase si sa am mai multa grija de mine. Am revenit la dieta macrobiotica.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cred ca 2013 a fost anul in care am aflat pentru prima oara de dieta macrobiotica. Am tinut regimul de detoxifiere de 10 zile al lui Ohsawa si am decis apoi sa introduc cateva principii macrobiotice in dieta mea. Din pacate, avantul meu nu a durat prea mult si am revenit la dieta obisnuita.<\/p>\n<p>Acum cateva zile, in timp ce eram in pat si ma pregateam sa adorm, mi-am pus un documentar pe telefon sa-l vizionez inainte de culcare. Coincidenta sau nu, acesta era un film scurt despre un francez care a adoptat dieta macrobiotica dupa ce l-a intalnit cand era tanar pe Georges Ohsawa. Acesta era student cand l-a intalnit prima oara pe Ohsawa, iar obiceiurile sale alimentare erau departe de a fi sanatoase. Acum are 80 si ceva de ani si arata mai bine decat multi barbati de 40-50 de ani. Are un spirit tanar, este plin de viata, vesel si fericit! M-a inspirat. M-am gandit ca asa vreau si eu sa fiu cand voi avea 80+ ani. Nu vreau ca de pe la 50 de ani sa fiu o uscaciune bolnava. Asa ca ii voi urma exemplul!<\/p>\n<p>A doua zi am recitit cartea Zen Macrobiotic a lui Ohsawa. Mi-a reamintit de ce mi-a placut atat de mult macrobiotica si am simtit ca dieta asta chiar mi se potriveste. Am decis sa revin la dieta macrobiotica imediat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Pentru cei care nu sunteti familiarizati cu ceea ce presupune o dieta macrobiotica, trebuie sa cititi ghidul meu:\u00a0<a title=\"Macrobiotic diet\" href=\"http:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/macrobiotic-diet-101-everything-you-need-to-know-about-macrobiotics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Macrobiotic Diet 101<\/strong> &#8211;<\/a>\u00a0in Engleza.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>2. Fac sport in fiecare zi.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Sportul a fost din totdeauna o problema pentru mine. Pur si simplu nu sunt o persoana sportiva! Cu ajutorul lui Costin am inceput sa fac sport zilnic acasa. Am inceput cu incetisorul. Ma trezesc in fiecare zi pe la 7-8 dimineata si dau la pedale pe bicicleta 10 minute. Ma fortez un pic, ca sa se simta ceva, si ajung pe undeva pe la 30-35km\/h.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">E un inceput bun pentru mine. Poate in viitorul apropiat voi creste &#8220;doza&#8221;. Poate. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>3. Mi-am creat noi obiceiuri sanatoase.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Beau un pahar cu <em><strong>apa calduta, suc de lamaie si un praf de bicarbonat de sodiu<\/strong><\/em> in fiecare dimineata pe stomacul gol.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Folosesc zilnic <em><strong>metoda de deparazitare a lui Ohsawa<\/strong><\/em> &#8211; o lingura de orez brun crud, mestecat de minim 100 de ori inainte de a fi inghitit.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><em><strong>Beau mai mult ceai<\/strong><\/em>, atat dimineata cat si seara. Dimineata beau ceai verde cu catina\/macese\/merisoare + polen pentru energizare si vitaminizare, iar seara beau ceai de lavanda\/musetel\/valeriana\/altele pentru un somn odihnitor.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Imi fac singura<em><strong> capsule cu superalimente<\/strong><\/em>. Acum iau capsule cu amestec de turmeric + piper macinat. Sunt super-antioxidante!<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><em><strong>Citesc mai mult<\/strong><\/em> si nu ma mai uit la atat de multe seriale si filme.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><em><strong>Sunt mai organizata.<\/strong><\/em> Imi notez orice taskuri am in <strong>Passion Planner-<\/strong>ul meu. Imi e foarte folositor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Acestea fiind spuse, voi continua prin a va povesti cum mi-am planificat mesele si ce retete macrobiotice am pregatit pana acum.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Dieta mea\u00a0&#8211;<em> vegetariana, fara gluten, fara lactate, fara zahar, macrobiotica.\u00a0<\/em><strong> | Dieta macrobiotica<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Momentan am o dieta vegetariana, fara gluten, fara lactate, fara zahar si macrobiotica. Inca mananc oua si miere, deci nu sunt vegana. Am incercat de asemenea sa elimin si cartofii din alimentatie. Am mancat la cartofi in ultimele luni de m-am saturat! Zaharul a fost si el eliminat. Si asa nu prea mancam eu prajituri decat foarte foarte rar si in cantitati neglijabile. Acum folosesc stevia pudra pentru prajituri si miere. Ma simt mult mai bine de cand am renuntat la zahar!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dieta mea nu e 100% macrobiotica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Incerc sa aplic cat mai multe principii macrobiotice in dieta mea, insa cu unele chiar nu rezonez. De exemplu, nu voi renunta in veci la fructe, mai ales la avocado si banane! Dieta macrobiotica nu incurajeaza consumul de fructe tropicale, mai ales daca nu locuiesti intr-o astfel de zona. Este incurajat consumul de alimente locale. Chiar si asa, fructele sunt recomandate destul de rar. Nici algele nu imi plac, plus ca sunt super-scumpe!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mananc alimente fermentate la fiecare masa!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Muraturile de orice fel sunt la ordinea zilei, le mananc la absolut fiecare masa. Alimentele fermentate sunt foarte sanatoase si sunt probiotice naturale. Ajuta si imbunatatesc digestia considerabil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gomasio e noua sare!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voi face in curand un &#8220;tutorial&#8221; despre cum se face gomasio acasa. Pana atunci puteti sa aruncati un ochi pe acest <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cum-se-prepara-gomasio-sare-de-susan-macrobiotica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">articol<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong>Gomasio e excelent! Este facut din <strong>seminte de susan integrale<\/strong>, prajite usor si combinate cu <strong>sare naturala<\/strong>. Eu folosesc des <a href=\"https:\/\/l.profitshare.ro\/l\/7526229\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong> stevia pudra<\/strong> <\/a>si miere naturala.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mananc multe alimente bogate in proteine.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toate legumele au proteine. Na ca am zis-o! Asa ca hai sa incetam cu intrebarea stupida cu proteinele. O persoana normala are nevoie de 10-15g de proteine pe zi, iar daca ai o dieta vegetariana echilibrata nu ar trebui sa iti faci griji.<\/p>\n<p>Daca vrei sa iti dezvolti masa musculara, atunci ai nevoie cam de 2g de proteine pe kg corporal. Asta inseamna ca va trebui sa mananci mai multe vegetale bogate in proteine. De exemplu, eu daca vreau sa imi dezvolt muschii va trebui sa mananc cam 110g de proteine pe zi. E ceva, insa nu e atat de dificil de ajuns la aceasta cantitate.<\/p>\n<p>Eu mananc leguminoase, tofu si ciuperci la greu, asta pe langa chia si quinoa, asa ca nici nu ma gandesc la cate proteine mananc. Oricum sunt mai mult decat suficiente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mananc leguminoase in fiecare zi:\u00a0<\/strong>lintea rosie si nautul sunt preferatele mele. Mai mananc si fasole, in special rosie si Aduki. Deoarece fiertul nautului e enervant si dureaza o vesnicie, am ales o metoda care functioneaza pentru mine. Fierb 500g de naut uscat la inceputul fiecarei saptamani si apoi il tin fiert in frigider si mai folosesc din el cand am nevoie.Cantitatea e suficienta pentru doua persoane.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Sfat: Atunci cand fierbeti nautul sau fasolea, adaugati o lingurita de bicarbonat de sodiu in apa. Va fi gata in 40-60 de minute si va fi super moale!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Mananc mult <a href=\"\/\/event.2performant.com\/events\/click?ad_type=quicklink&amp;aff_code=534e1509b&amp;unique=861f9e301&amp;redirect_to=https%3A\/\/vegis.ro\/alimentare-cereale-boabe\/solaris\/2905-orez-integral-500gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">orez brun<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Orez brun, mei si malai, astea sunt cerealele pe care le mananc cel mai des. De obicei fierb 2\/3 cana de orez brun cu bob rotund pe zi si il mananc la pranz si cina (Cantitate suficienta pentru doua persoane). E delicios alaturi de gomasio si legume trase la tigaie. Meiul si mamaliga sunt super si ele, le combin pe parcursul saptamanii ca sa nu ma satur de orez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Merg la cumparaturi de doua ori pe luna.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Mi-am creat un meal plan si o lista de cumparaturi asa ca stiu exact de ce alimente am nevoie.
