Calesti rapid legumele intr-un wok ca sa ramana crocante, le combini cu orez brun si le finisezi cu gomasio, turmeric si boia afumata. Orezul brun este aici baza care iti da satietate, iar legumele aduc culoarea, crocanteala si vitaminele. Recunosc ca boiaua nu e tocmai macro, insa o ador, asa ca o las in reteta pentru aroma afumata pe care o aduce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele de care ai nevoie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lista este scurta si flexibila. Iata cateva detalii care te ajuta sa alegi bine:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Orez brun<\/strong> &#8212; baza retetei. Tine bine la crocanteala si are mai multe fibre decat orezul alb. De obicei fierb orezul brun inainte, ca sa il am gata atunci cand vreau sa fac un stir fry.<\/li><li><strong>Broccoli, ardei gras, porumb, morcov, ceapa<\/strong> &#8212; mixul de legume care da culoare si textura. Eu am folosit broccoli, mix de ardei gras si porumb, toate congelate si cumparate din hypermarket, asa ca nu te stresa daca le iei congelate.<\/li><li><strong>Gomasio sau susan prajit<\/strong> &#8212; aduce o aroma fina de nuca si un plus de minerale. Incinge bine uleiul in wok inainte sa pui ceapa, apoi amesteca legumele aproape fara oprire timp de zece minute, ca sa se gateasca uniform si sa ramana crocante pe dinauntru. Daca observi ca se prind, adauga putina apa, nu mai mult ulei. Acoperirea cu un capac pentru ultimele doua minute lasa legumele sa se gateasca usor la aburi, fara sa se inmoaie prea tare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adauga orezul brun fiert abia la final, impreuna cu condimentele, si mai gateste totul prin metoda stir-fry inca doua minute. Asa orezul se incalzeste si preia aromele, iar legumele isi pastreaza textura. Presara seminte de susan integrale pe deasupra inainte de servire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce functioneaza metoda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stir fry-ul gateste legumele rapid, la temperatura mare, asa ca isi pastreaza culoarea vie, crocanteala si o buna parte din vitaminele sensibile la caldura. Adaugarea condimentelor abia la final, dupa ce ai pus orezul, le scoate aroma in evidenta fara sa le arda. Iar adaugarea orezului brun deja fiert la sfarsit inseamna ca nu il suprafierbi: doar se incalzeste si preia gusturile din wok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce se serveste si ce alte retete sa incerci<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acest stir fry este o mancare completa in sine, dar merge minunat cu un sos asiatic alaturi. Il poti incalzi rapid intr-o tigaie incinsa, cu un strop de apa, ca sa nu se usuce orezul. Pentru o pregatire mai usoara, fierbe orezul brun din timp si tine-l in frigider, exact cum fac eu de obicei: asa, in ziua in care vrei stir fry, ai nevoie doar de cele cateva minute de calit legumele. Eu il fac adesea cu legume congelate, asa ca il poti avea pe masa oricand, fara prea multa planificare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai facut acest stir fry macrobiotic? Spune-mi in comentarii cum ti-a iesit, ce legume ai pus si daca ai ales un sos alaturi, si nu uita sa lasi un rating retetei.
