Se face dintr-un aluat simplu pe baza de oua batute spuma, faina fara gluten si ulei de masline, in care se ascund masline negre feliate si un strat generos de pesto rosu. Pana acum le-am facut intr-o gramada de variante: cu ciuperci si cimbru, cu ceapa verde, cu usturoi copt si rosii deshidratate. Ador faptul ca reteta este foarte versatila si usor de adaptat dupa gustul fiecaruia, asa ca varianta cu masline si pesto rosu a fost o continuare fireasca. Asta nu inseamna ca mananc checuri in fiecare zi, dar din cand in cand imi mai fac pofta, iar acesta e genul de chec care dispare repede de pe masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce pui in aluat: ingredientele cheie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta se sprijina pe cateva ingrediente simple, dar fiecare conteaza. Daca aveti intoleranta la gluten va recomand sa folositi faina Schar (Mix B) &#8212; eu doar cu ea gatesc si nu mi s-a intamplat pana acum sa nu imi iasa vreo reteta. Daca nu aveti intoleranta, puteti folosi linistit si faina obisnuita de grau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Faina fara gluten (180 g):<\/strong> un mix de panificatie precum Schar Mix B da structura si tine aluatul legat in lipsa glutenului.<\/li><li><strong>4 oua:<\/strong> albusurile batute spuma sunt cele care aera aluatul si ii dau pufoseala, asa ca nu sariti peste pasul asta.<\/li><li><strong>Praf de copt (10 g) sau bicarbonat:<\/strong> daca folositi bicarbonat, stingeti-l cu o lingura de suc de lamaie pentru ca cheaca sa creasca frumos.<\/li><li><strong>Ulei de masline (100 ml):<\/strong> aduce umiditate si o aroma care se potriveste de minune cu maslinele si pestoul.<\/li><li><strong>Masline negre feliate (1\/2 cana):<\/strong> feliate, nu intregi, ca sa se distribuie uniform in fiecare felie.<\/li><li><strong>Pesto rosu (3 linguri):<\/strong> stratul ascuns care da culoare si o aroma intensa de rosii si busuioc.<\/li><li><strong>Sare de mare (1\/2 lingurita):<\/strong> se adauga peste albusuri si echilibreaza tot.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1770\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC8864.jpg\" alt=\"chec fara gluten cu masline reteta\" class=\"wp-image-203639\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC8864.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC8864-600x885.jpg 600w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC8864-305x450.jpg 305w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC8864-694x1024.jpg 694w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC8864-768x1133.jpg 768w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC8864-651x960.jpg 651w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC8864-732x1080.jpg 732w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC8864-814x1200.jpg 814w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC8864-150x221.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Secretul unui chec pufos: cum bati albusurile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cheia acestei retete sta in albusuri. Le separi de galbenusuri si le bati spuma cu mixerul, adaugand sarea. Atentie insa: albusurile nu trebuie batute prea mult, iar spuma nu trebuie sa fie fixa, ca de bezea. De ce conteaza? O spuma moderata pastreaza bulele de aer fara sa devina rigida, asa ca aluatul ramane aerat si se ridica uniform la coacere, in loc sa se lase dupa ce iese din cuptor. Apoi incorporezi faina si praful de copt amestecand usor, ca sa nu spargi aerul, si la final adaugi galbenusurile batute cu uleiul. Nu iti face griji daca apar cocoloase &#8212; se duc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum ascunzi pestoul si coci checul<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dupa ce ai amestecat maslinele feliate in aluat, unge o forma de chec de aproximativ 30&#215;10 cm cu putin ulei. Toarna jumatate din aluat si intinde-l uniform, apoi adauga pesto rosu pe toata suprafata si acopera cu cealalta jumatate de aluat. Asa pestoul ramane ca o vana aromata in mijlocul checului. Alternativ, poti pune pestoul deasupra, pentru un aspect mai marmorat. Da forma la cuptorul preincalzit la 180C si coace 25 de minute. Verifica cu o scobitoare: daca iese curata, e gata. Poti inlocui pestoul rosu cu un pesto verde de busuioc sau de rucola, poti adauga rosii deshidratate sau ierburi aromatice. Daca iti plac aromele indraznete, incearca-l alaturi de un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-cu-pesto-de-busuioc\/\">humus cu pesto de busuioc<\/a> sau de o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/fasole-batuta-cu-masline-kalamata\/\">fasole batuta cu masline Kalamata<\/a> pentru un platou de aperitive complet. Merge minunat si cu o garnitura de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ceapa-verde-rumenita-la-cuptor-zaatar-masline\/\">ceapa verde rumenita la cuptor cu zaatar si masline<\/a>. Daca esti in cautare de inca o varianta de chec sarat, am o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chec-sarat-fara-gluten-cu-ciuperci\/\">reteta de chec sarat fara gluten cu ciuperci<\/a> care merita incercata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum il pastrezi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Checul se pastreaza foarte bine 2-3 zile la temperatura camerei, intr-o cutie etansa sau acoperit cu folie, ca sa nu se usuce feliile. Daca vrei sa il tii mai mult, il poti pune la frigider pana la 4-5 zile sau il poti congela feliat, ca sa decongelezi exact cat ai nevoie. Inainte de servire, cateva minute in cuptorul cald ii readuc pufoseala si aroma. De asemenea, am facut de curand si un video la aceasta reteta, ca sa poti vedea pas cu pas cum se face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci checul, mi-ar placea sa imi spui in comentarii daca ai mers pe varianta cu pesto ascuns in mijloc sau marmorat deasupra, si nu uita sa lasi o evaluare cu stelute ca sa stiu cum ti-a iesit.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
