Totul se gateste intr-un singur wok, iar rezultatul este aromat, colorat si satios, fara ingrediente de origine animala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am inceput sa gatesc cu mai mult orez dupa ce am reluat principiile macrobiotice in dieta mea, asa ca retetele asiatice au venit la fix. Nu am fost niciodata mare fan al bucatariei asiatice, insa m-am indragostit treptat de cateva ingrediente cu specific asiatic: laptele de cocos, pudra de curry si orezul in toate formele lui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta aceasta a iesit dintr-o dorinta de a face ceva rapid, dar plin de gust, intr-o seara in care nu aveam chef de feluri complicate. Folosesc o cana de orez basmati, care fierbe in apa si absoarbe apoi sosul de cocos cu curry. Basmati ramane usor separat dupa fierbere si are o aroma fina care se potriveste bine cu condimentele asiatice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lapte de cocos:<\/strong> jumatate de cana de lapte de cocos da cremozitate si un gust dulce-aromat sosului. El este si motivul pentru care reteta este vegana, inlocuind orice lactat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pudra de curry:<\/strong> o lingurita de pudra de curry aduce culoarea galben-aurie si aroma calda specifica. singur.<\/li>\n<li>Amesteca ocazional in ultimele 15 minute, ca orezul sa absoarba uniform tot lichidul si sa nu se prinda de fundul vasului.<\/li>\n<li>Pastreaza o parte din ceapa verde proaspata pentru a o presara deasupra la servire, nu doar in mancare.<\/li>\n<li>Potriveste sarea de gust abia spre final, dupa ce orezul a absorbit sosul de cocos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Alt tip de orez:<\/strong> daca nu ai basmati, poti folosi alt orez cu bob lung, ajustand cantitatea de apa si timpul de fierbere dupa nevoie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai mult sau mai putin picant:<\/strong> creste fulgii de ardei iute daca iti place picant sau renunta la ei pentru o varianta blanda, potrivita si pentru copii.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alte legume:<\/strong> poti adauga si alte legume taiate marunt, cum ar fi mazare sau ardei de alta culoare, pentru si mai multa culoare.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Curry mai intens:<\/strong> creste pudra de curry cu inca o jumatate de lingurita daca vrei o aroma mai puternica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
