Combina orezul basmati cu lapte de cocos, ciuperci urechi de lemn rehidratate, muguri de bambus si sos dulce de chili, obtinand un preparat aromat, usor picant si satios, specific bucatariei asiatice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta asta a aparut in viata mea dintr-o provocare culinara &#8212; campania The Asian Connection &#8212; si a ramas una dintre preferatele mele de atunci. Am descoperit ca ingredientele asiatice pot crea combinatii de gusturi si texturi cu totul neasteptate, mai ales cand le gatesti simplu, fara prea multa bataie de cap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientul secret care transforma totul? Boia afumata. Da, stiu, pare o combinatie ciudata intr-o reteta asiatica, dar exact asta ii da acel gust adanc, usor afumat, pe care nu il gasesti in alte retete cu orez. Are boabe lungi care raman separate dupa gatire, ceea ce il face ideal pentru preparatele asiatice cu mult sos. Foloseste exact 1 cana de orez la 1 1\/2 cana de apa &#8212; aceasta proportie asigura un orez fiert corect, nu cleios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laptele de cocos<\/strong> este ingredientul care transforma simpla apa de fiert intr-un sos cremos. Adauga 1\/2 cana odata cu celelalte ingrediente, dupa primele 5 minute de fierbere. Foloseste lapte de cocos integral din conserva pentru un gust mai bogat &#8212; varianta din cutie Tetra Pak este mai diluata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Urechile de lemn deshidratate<\/strong> trebuie rehidratate 10 minute in apa calda inainte de folosire. Aceste ciuperci au o textura usor gelatinoasa si crocanta in acelasi timp &#8212; exact contrastul care face reteta interesanta. Dupa rehidratare, scurge-le bine si taie-le in fasii daca sunt prea mari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mugurii de bambus<\/strong> (jumatate de borcan din produsele Shan&#8217;Shi) trebuie clatiti bine cu apa rece inainte de a-i adauga in wok &#8212; lichidul din conserva are un gust puternic care poate domina preparatul. Adauga o textura crocanta si un gust usor pamantiu, specific bucatariei asiatice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sosul dulce de chili<\/strong> (2 linguri, Shan&#8217;Shi) este ingredientul care echilibreaza gusturile &#8212; adauga dulceata, un pic de picant si umami. Nu este foarte picant, deci reteta ramane accesibila chiar daca nu esti fan al preparatelor iuti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Boia afumata<\/strong> este ingredientul secret al retetei. O lingurita adaugata in wok transforma complet profilul de arome &#8212; da un gust adanc, usor afumat, care nu s-ar banui intr-un preparat asiatic, dar care functioneaza surprinzator de bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ardeiul capia si ceapa verde<\/strong> completeaza reteta cu culoare si prospetime. La incalzire, adauga 2-3 linguri de apa sau lapte de cocos si incalzeste la foc mic, amestecand, pentru a preveni lipirea. Nu este recomandat pentru congelat &#8212; urechile de lemn isi pierd textura dupa decongelare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru preparare in avans, poti rehidrata urechile de lemn si clati mugurii de bambus cu o zi inainte si sa ii pastrezi la frigider. Orezul basmati se poate spala si lasa la scurs.
