Curmalele tin loc de lipici si de indulcitor, faina de canepa aduce proteine, iar carobul da gust de ciocolata fara cafeina. Aveam pofta de ceva dulce, dar in acelasi timp nici nu voiam sa imi bat joc de dieta mea, asa ca am optat pentru niste trufe raw sanatoase. Cred ca a apucat si Costin sa manance vreo 3-4, dar restul au fost ale mele! Sunt pur si simplu preferatele mele pentru ca se fac foarte usor si sunt gata in 10 minute sau chiar mai putin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce pui in trufe: ingredientele pe scurt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta are doar cinci ingrediente si fiecare are un rol clar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Curmale fara samburi<\/strong> &#8212; baza dulce si liantul care tine totul legat. Daca sunt uscate sau tari, lasa-le la inmuiat 15 minute in apa calda ca sa se proceseze usor si sa iasa pasta fina.<\/li><li><strong>Carob (pudra de roscove)<\/strong> &#8212; da gustul de ciocolata fara cafeina si fara amareala. Folosesti o parte in compozitie si pastrezi cateva linguri pentru pudrat la final.<\/li><li><strong>Faina de canepa<\/strong> &#8212; partea hiperproteica, care aduce si o nota usor verzuie, de seminte. Proceseaza ingredientele pana se aduna intr-o pasta fina care se lipeste cand o strangi intre degete &#8212; abia atunci se modeleaza bilutele perfect rotunde si nu se sfarama. Daca pasta e prea uscata si nu se leaga, mai adauga o curmala inmuiata sau cateva picaturi de apa; daca e prea moale si se lipeste de maini, lasa-o cateva minute la rece sau mai pune putina faina de canepa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pune carobul de pudrat intr-o farfurioara, formeaza bilutele cu mainile usor umede ca sa nu se lipeasca, apoi rostogoleste-le prin pudra de roscove pana sunt acoperite uniform. Asa capata exteriorul acela usor amarui care echilibreaza dulceata din interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Variatii si cu ce le poti inlocui<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trufele raw sunt cele mai iertatoare deserturi: te poti juca cu gustul si textura si poti crea zeci de variante pornind de la aceeasi baza. Cateva idei care merg sigur:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Versiune vegana 100%<\/strong> &#8212; sari peste miere si lasa indulcitorul optional deoparte sau foloseste sirop de artar ori de agave. Tine-le intr-o cutie inchisa la frigider si rezista cateva zile, desi la mine rar apuca sa stea atat.
