Simplu: gasesc aceste avantaje ale fiecarui sezon si ma focusez pe ea. Da, zilele de vara sunt minunate. Imi place si mie mult cand ies la o plimbare si iau si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/inghetata-cu-cafea-inghetata-dalgona\/\">niste inghetata<\/a><\/strong> de pe drum, cand port pantaloni scurti si rochii colorate sau cand stau si ma relaxez la soare. Dar, din punctul meu de vedere, vara inseamna mai mult distractie si viata traita pe repede-inainte ca sa avem timp de cat mai multe plimbari sau excursii, in timp ce toamna este anotimpul in care ne calmam si ne relaxam cu adevarat.<\/p><p>Si cum putem face asta mai bine daca nu prin a ne cuibari sub o patura cu o portie mare de curry cu dovleac? \ud83d\ude09<\/p><p>Ati putea crede ca <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-dovleac-dulci-si-sarate\/\">dovleacul a ajuns sa fie deja un fel de obsesie<\/a><\/strong> pentru mine, nu-i asa? Ei bine, nu ati fi prea departe de adevar! Imi place la nebunie, e super delicios! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Mi-as dori sa pot gasi dovleac proaspat in magazine pe tot parcursul anului dar, avand in vedere ca acest lucru nu este posibil, din pacate, aleg sa ma bucur de el cat de mult pot in fiecare toamna si sa prepar cat mai multe mancaruri cu dovleac. Mi-am dat seama, de-a lungul timpului, ca preparatele de tip curry fie-ti plac la nebunie, fie le urasti de-a dreptul. Foarte multi oameni, mai ales la noi, nu sunt familiari cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-asiatica\/\">bucataria indiana<\/a><\/strong> sau au incercat curry o data si nu le-a placut deloc. Si trebuie sa recunosc si eu ca nu este o bucatarie prea usoara sau comuna si, uneori, e nevoie de ceva mai mult timp sa o &#8220;descoperi&#8221;.<\/p><p>Cand vine vorba de preparatele indiene, daca folosesti prea multe condimente, de exemplu, vei obtine ceva cu un gust extrem de puternic, ceea ce s-ar putea sa nu fie pe placul tuturor. Trebuie doar sa nu exagerati, caci aromele indiene sunt puternice de la sine.<\/p><p>Pe scurt, sunt de parere ca acest curry cu dovleac este un inceput perfect daca vreti sa descoperiti bucataria indiana. Este destul de simplu: de la copacul numit curry. Frunzele de curry sunt un ingredient de baza in Sudul Indiei, care este locul unde a luat nastere acest tip de mancare. Curry-ul exista, bineinteles, in foarte multe variante cum ar fi curry galben, cunoscut in mod traditional sub numele de <em>gaeng garee<\/em><em>.&nbsp;<\/em>Este un tip de curry thailandez cu influente indiene si contine turmeric drept ingredient-cheie &#8211; de aici si culoarea lui galbena superba!<\/p><p>Ce-mi place cel mai mult la aceasta reteta de curry cu dovleac este faptul ca este gustoasa, satioasa si pur si simplu perfecta pentru o zi rece. Si este si sanatoasa in acelasi timp! Puteti adauga o multime de legume in aceasta mancarica (chiar orice va place), cum ar fi ardei gras, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/orez-cu-broccoli\/\">broccoli<\/a><\/strong> sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/rulada-cu-morcovi\/\">morcov<\/a><\/strong>, cum am facut si eu. Este plin de vitamine si minerale precum vitamina A, C, potasiu, cupru, mangan, vitamina B si E. Este si o sursa foarte buna de fier &#8211; doar o cana de dovleac gatit contine 8% din doza zilnica recomandata de fier. Ca sa nu mai spun si ca este sarac in calorii, avand in vedere ca este format in mare parte din apa (la fel ca majoritatea legumelor), deci nu trebuie sa va faceti griji in legatura cu silueta!<\/p><p>Dovleacul este plin de fibre, pe care va recomand cu caldura sa le includeti in dieta voastra intr-o cantitate cat mai mare. Aceasta reteta de curry cu dovleac contine o multime de legume si sunt sigura ca va iesi super satioasa!<\/p><p>Puteti sa <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-naut\/\">adaugati si naut<\/a><\/strong> in compozitie, asa cum am facut si eu. Nautul este o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/proteinele-in-dieta-vegana\/\">sursa vegana de proteine<\/a><\/strong>, ceea ce va face acest fel de mancare chiar si mai satios. Apropo, cand vine vorba de elementul iute, puteti adauga mai mult sau mai putin chili &#8211; depinde doar de voi si de preferintele voastre personale. Este si o reteta buna pentru a va goli frigiderul de legume, pentru ca puteti folosi orice tip de resturi in compozitia de curry.<\/p><p>Acestea fiind spuse, sper sa va placa aceasta reteta de curry!
