Se coace la 180 de grade, dureaza sub o ora si iese satioasa, complet vegana si fara gluten daca alegi faina potrivita. In ultima vreme mi-am dat seama ca imi place tare mult sa il tai in jumatati si sa il coc pur si simplu, iar de aici totul devine usor. Stiti foarte bine cat imi place versatilitatea cand vine vorba de retetele pe care le prepar, asa ca imi place sa gatesc cateva lucruri de baza pe care pot apoi sa le combin in multe feluri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cand vine toamna, imi place foarte mult sa fac meal prep cu dovleac. De exemplu, atunci cand prepar mancare pentru saptamana care urmeaza, imi place sa bag una sau doua tavi de legume la cuptor, pe care sa le am la dispozitie pe parcursul saptamanii. Puteti decide singuri care este cea mai buna umplutura pentru un dovleac copt, in functie de preferintele proprii, dar eu va recomand astazi o umplutura pe baza de ciuperci. Reteta se bazeaza in mare parte pe dovleac placintar, dar mie mi se pare ca toti dovlecii sunt foarte asemanatori intre ei, asa ca poti folosi ce gasesti proaspat. Cauta un dovleac greu pentru marimea lui, cu coaja ferma si fara pete moi sau lovituri. Cu cat este mai greu, cu atat are pulpa mai densa si mai dulce. Un dovleac mediu se taie cel mai usor daca il asezi stabil pe planseta si tai in lungime, pe linia mediana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ciupercile<\/strong> dau corp si gust de umami umpluturii. Alege ciuperci ferme, cu palaria inchisa si fara zone alunecoase. Nu le tine in apa cand le speli, pentru ca absorb lichidul ca un burete; sterge-le cu un servetel umed sau clateste-le rapid. Taie-le felii uniforme ca sa se gateasca egal. Secretul este sa nu le aglomerezi in tigaie: daca le pui prea multe odata, lasa apa si fierb in loc sa se rumeneasca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Spanacul baby<\/strong> se adauga la final si are nevoie de foarte putin timp, doar cateva secunde, cat sa se inmoaie. Spala-l bine si scutura-l de apa inainte sa il pui in tigaie. Are un volum mare cand e crud, dar se reduce dramatic la caldura, deci nu te speria de cantitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laptele de cocos<\/strong> este baza cremei. Foloseste lapte de cocos la conserva, mai gras, nu bautura de cocos de la cutia de bauturi, pentru ca acela este prea apos si nu leaga sosul. Daca vrei un sos si mai catifelat, agita conserva bine inainte sa o deschizi, ca sa amesteci partea grasa cu lichidul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fulgii de drojdie inactiva<\/strong> aduc nota aceea de gust branzos, fara lactate, care face crema sa para mai bogata. Sunt diferiti de drojdia pentru aluat, deci nu se inlocuiesc intre ei. Adauga-i treptat si gusta, ca sa ajustezi cat de pronuntat vrei gustul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina<\/strong> are rolul de a ingrosa crema. Cele 2 linguri se adauga peste legume si se gatesc scurt inainte de lapte, ca sa nu ramana gust crud de faina. Daca ai nevoie de o reteta fara gluten, foloseste o faina fara gluten; functioneaza la fel pentru ingrosare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Branza vegana rasa<\/strong> se pune deasupra, la final. Eu am facut varianta vegana, deci am folosit branza vegana, dar in card apare si mozzarella ca optiune daca preferi. Pune-o cat dovleacul si umplutura sunt inca fierbinti, ca sa se inmoaie frumos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Coace dovleacul cu fata in jos sau cu fata in sus, ungand bine cu ulei de masline.<\/strong> Stii ca e gata cand intra furculita usor in pulpa si marginile sunt aurii. Daca se rumeneste prea repede deasupra, acopera-l cu folie de aluminiu, exact ca in card, ca sa se gateasca in interior fara sa se arda.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasa ceapa si usturoiul sa se inmoaie la foc mediu 3-5 minute, fara sa se arda.<\/strong> Usturoiul ars devine amar si strica tot sosul, asa ca tine focul mediu si amesteca des.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu te grabi cu ciupercile.<\/strong> Lasa-le sa stea in tigaie cele 5-7 minute pana isi lasa apa si apoi se rumenesc; aici se construieste gustul. Daca le scoti prea repede, raman apoase si fara aroma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gateste faina scurt inainte de lapte.<\/strong> Cele 30 de secunde cu faina, dupa spanac, elimina gustul crud si pregatesc crema. Apoi adauga laptele de cocos si amesteca continuu la foc mic pana devine cremos, fara sa fiarba in clocot.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Condimenteaza in doua etape.<\/strong> Pune sare si piper pe dovleac inainte de copt si din nou in umplutura, la final. Cand vine toamna, imi place foarte mult sa fac meal prep cu dovleac: coc jumatatile de dovleac si pregatesc separat umplutura de ciuperci, apoi le tin la frigider in recipiente inchise 3-4 zile. Cand vreau sa servesc, umplu dovleacul cu crema si il incalzesc la cuptor pana se inmoaie branza deasupra. Umplutura de ciuperci se pastreaza si separat si merge folosita peste paste sau orez, daca ti-a ramas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac retetele cremoase cu ciuperci, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/gnocchi-umpluti-cu-ciuperci\/\">gnocchi umpluti cu ciuperci<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/musaca-de-dovlecei-cu-ciuperci\/\">musacaua de dovlecei cu ciuperci<\/a>.
