Aceasta este intebarea principala pe care o am zilele acestea. Si da, stiu ca reteta de astazi de bazeaza in mare parte pe dovleac placintar, dar mi se pare ca toti dovlecii sunt foarte asemanatori intre ei. Toamna este sezonul in care ne calmam si luam lucrurile mai usor, pe rand, dar este si anotimpul noilor inceputuri la nivel mental si spiritual. Inceputul toamnei poate insemna atat de multe lucruri importante, precum noul an scolar.<\/p><p>Atunci cand eram copii, asociam toamna cu intoarcerea la scoala si, mai apoi, cu inceperea facultatii. Si, desi scoala nu suna neaparat ca ceva foarte distractiv, am ajuns, treptat-treptat, sa asociem acest anotimp cu cele mai bune pati ale sale: atunci cand ne reintalnim cu prietenii dupa o vara lunga, bucuria de a cumpara rechizite pentru scoala si multe altele. In primul rand, atunci cand zilele devin mai friguroase, moda devine mai interesanta si hainele mai confortabile si calduroase. De fapt, am destul de multe retete pe baza de dovleac pe care urmeaza sa le impartasesc cu voi zilele astea si pe care le consider a fi extrem de delicioase. Unele dintre ele sunt putin mai complicate si necesita ceva mai multa atentie. Asa ca, in schimb, imi place sa gatesc cateva lucruri de baza, pe care pot mai apoi sa le combin in multe feluri pentru a obtine preparate gustoase si diferite.<\/p><p>De exemplu, atunci cand prepar mancare pentru saptamana care urmeaza, imi place sa bag una sau doua tavi de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/linte-cu-legume-gratinate\/\">legume la cuptor<\/a><\/strong>, pe care sa le am la dispozitie mai apoi pe parcursul saptamanii. Si, in ultima vreme, mi-am dat seama ca imi place tare mult sa il tai in jumatati si sa il coc. Mai apoi pot sa il consum asa cum e, ca un piure de dovleac, sau sa il combin cu diverse alte ingrediente din care sa obtin retete super bune. Este plina de vitamine, minerale si antioxidanti. In plus, este plin si de fibre!<\/p><p>In afara de umplutura recomandata de mine, pe care o puteti gasi in reteta pas cu pas de mai jos, puteti sa preparati chiar si o umplutura pe baza de quinoa, de exemplu. Puteti sa fierbeti quinoa si apoi sa o puneti in tigaie cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tort-cu-lamaie-si-ulei-de-masline\/\">un pic de ulei de masline<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/taitei-cu-usturoi\/\">usturoi<\/a><\/strong> si condimente, pentru a obtine un amestec plin de aroma. Aveti grija sa nu uitati sa adaugati si ierburi proaspete si condimente, desigur! Chiar daca acest fel de mancare este pe baza de legume, asta nu inseamna ca trebuie sa aiba un gust fad. La final puteti chiar sa puneti <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-de-branza\/\">niste branza vegana<\/a><\/strong> pentru un plus de textura si gust.<\/p><p>Dupa cum am mai spus, imi place tare mult aceasta reteta pentru ca este extrem de versatila si simpla. Este si foarte satioasa, deci perfecta pentru un pranz care te va tine energizat pana la ora cinei.<\/p><p>In concluzie, va recomand cu caldura sa incercati aceasta reteta de dovleac umplut cu
