Si pentru ca dovleacul placintar este atat de dulce si are o textura asa de cremoasa, poate fi considerat <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/gustari-de-post-retete\/\">o gustare de sine statatoare<\/a><\/strong>, dar poate fi si adaugat in multe alte retete. Va voi vorbi despre asta imediat.<\/p><p>Dovleacul placintar este un tip de dovleac de iarna care creste pe un fel de &#8220;vita&#8221;. Si semintele sunt, de asemenea, comestibile, fie ca alegeti sa le consumati crude sau sa le coaceti la cuptor. Sunt si pline de nutrienti! Apropo, semintele de dovleac pot fi chiar presate pentru a obtine un ulei, tare bun la gatit sau atunci cand preparati salate.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Deci, pe scurt, dovleacul este un aliment extrem de bun si versatil!<\/p><p>Apropo de asta, noi in Romania consideram dovleacul ca fiind, din punct de vedere al intrebuintarii, mai mult un fruct decat o leguma. Si, spre surprinderea tuturor, din punct de vedere biologic, dovleacul chiar este un fruct! Este plin de foarte multe vitamine, minerale, fibre si antioxidanti, constituind o idee buna indiferent de dieta pe care o urmati. S-a dovedit, de asemenea, ca este eficient si in protejarea sanatatii inimii datorita continutului ridicat de antioxidanti. Apropo, probabil stiti deja ca este destul de important sa includem suficienti antioxidanti in dieta noastra de zi cu zi pentru ca acestia ne apara de declinul mental!<\/p><p>Deci cred ca am reusit sa va conving deja ca este o idee tare buna sa consumati cat mai mult dovleac toamna aceasta. O solutie foarte buna ar fi sa pregatiti aceasta reteta de dovleac copt cu tofu afumat la cuptor la final de saptamana sau oricand altcandva aveti timp. Cam asa procedez si cand vine vorba despre acest dovleac copt cu tofu pentru ca este foarte versatil! Mai apoi, tot ce trebuie sa fac este sa-l decongelez si sa-l servesc alaturi de orice alta mancare am pofta in ziua respectiva, indiferent daca ne referim la ceva dulce <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-picante\/\">sau picant<\/a><\/strong>. De exemplu: il puteti manca asa cum este ca fel principal, ca garnitura sau chiar ca gustare intre mese.<\/p><p>Puteti chiar sa-l taiati cubulete si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salate-bogate-in-proteine\/\">sa-l adaugati in salate<\/a><\/strong> pentru un plus de fibre si aroma gustoasa. Sau puteti sa-l umpleti cu amestecul recomandat de mine, din <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/gnocchi-fara-gluten-cu-leurda\/\">tofu afumat<\/a><\/strong>, si sa-l <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-cartofi-dulci\/\">serviti la cina<\/a><\/strong>.
